Inaceptable para un 4 estrellas: Fallos graves y una solución absurdaDecidimos alojarnos en este hotel por su categoría de 4 estrellas, pero la realidad fue una enorme decepción. La limpieza fue inexistente y la habitación presentaba múltiples desperfectos que nadie se molestó en revisar antes de nuestra llegada: bombilla fundida y la televisión no funcionaba Lo peor de todo fue la gestión del personal al intentar solucionar el problema. Nos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación dos plantas más arriba, pero pretendían que mi hija de 12 años se quedara sola en esa planta separada de nosotros, ya que no tenían habitaciones juntas disponibles. Una propuesta completamente absurda e inviable para una familia.Al rechazar esa opción por pura seguridad, el hotel no se molestó en ofrecernos ninguna otra alternativa viable ni en arreglar los desperfectos de nuestra habitación y nos dijeron que lo único que podían hacer es que cuando nos fuéramos dejemos la habitación a las 6en vez de las 12 . Pagamos por el estándar de un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero me decepción la falta de solución y una total falta de empatía y sentido común. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

La atención de todo el personal pero sobre todo del personal del restaurante. El hotel está muy bien. Las piscinas también. Se come bastante bien.

No me gustaron los cafés y zumos del desayuno. No es culpa del hotel pero está cerca de un bar que tiene música bastante alta. No pude dormir antes de las 5h el viernes por la noche por la música y los ruidos (gente cantando, chillando). Es un buen hotel si quieres salir pero si quieres descansar un poco, no lo recomiendo.

Desde el minuto uno nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. Es difícil encontrar un personal tan atento y amable; siempre puede haber alguna excepción, pero sería injusto meter a todos en el mismo saco. 😊 Todo muy limpio, habitaciones cómodas y un servicio de aseo excelente. La comida, variada y deliciosa, y el personal en general, ¡A1! Además, la ubicación es ideal: cerca de todo y de la playa. 🌊 Como única sugerencia, un dispensador de agua e hielo sería ideal, especialmente en verano. ☀️ Sin duda, ¡repetiríamos! 👏

El agua de la piscina estaba muy sucia. Los ascensores funcionaban muy mal. El buffet del restaurante con muy poca variedad para vegetarianos y casi siempre la misma comida precalentada (para mi, fue lo peor del hotel)

No geral, é um bom hotel. Os quartos não são muito grandes, mas são modernos, confortáveis e encontram-se em boas condições. A comida é bastante variada, havendo sempre várias opções disponíveis. No entanto, apesar da variedade, considero que a qualidade poderia ser um pouco melhor. Ainda assim, é perfeitamente aceitável.

A piscina é bastante pequena para a quantidade de hóspedes do hotel, acabando por ficar demasiado cheia. A animação/festa à noite também deixa um pouco a desejar. Relativamente à localização, o hotel fica do lado da praia onde existem mais rochas. Se voltasse, escolheria ficar mais para o outro lado, uma vez que acabámos por caminhar cerca de 30 minutos todos os dias para chegar à zona de praia que preferíamos. Outro ponto negativo é ficar mesmo ao lado da zona dos bares. Todos os dias, ao passar nessa rua, havia um cheiro bastante desagradável a vómito e lixo, sobretudo de manhã, o que acaba por prejudicar um pouco a experiência.

L’hotel in sé non era male, abbastanza nuovo e pulito

La posizione, la spiaggia era con le rocce dentro, dovevamo caminare più di 1 km per arrivare a una buona spiaggia. Poi per i 4 stelle hotel chiedere per i prodotti essenziali nella sala da bagno non è il massimo.

Habitación correcta, buen baño, desayunos buenos y cenas correcta pero muy sencillas. Pileta bien muy concurrida.

No me pareció grato que se me cobraran las toallas para pileta, la reposición luego del primer día de los sobrecitos de café y té de la habitación y el uso de la caja de seguridad. Hubiera preferido que esos pocos euros se incorporaran al costo y no que para cosas menores halla que pagar extras,

Hotel staff were all very welcoming and polite, especially at reception. The restaurant was excellent with a good choice at each meal. The restaurant staff kept the tables clean and clear constantly. Our room was cleaned to an excellent standard every day, with clean towels too. The coffee & tea making facilites and fridge were lovely to have. The pool DJ entertainment during the day was good fun. The sunbeds were plentyful in all areas and the pools clean. We particularly enjoyed The Explorers Club bar, resembling a train carriage and the singers performing there every day.

i liked the location and my pool facing room. The food was very good

The aircon was controlled by the hotel it was very hot sometimes and I couldnt control it in my room. The restaurant wasnt controlled and I heard about 4 people say they had just walked in nearly every day for their evening meal. The towels on sunbeds were a joke. People would q waiting for the sunbeds then run to get their beds put the towels on but then leave them. We only came down when we were ready to sit on them this should be monitered and the towels taken off after about 30 mins.

Mesmo sendo localizado na rua principal dos bares, discotecas e muito movimentada o sistema de sonorização do hotel é muito boa. As instalações são muito boas (tanto as do proprio hotel quanto a do quarto), o quarto que fiquei no piso 2 é grande, acolhedor, tem mini frigorífico, chaleira e secador estando tudo funciona muito bem. Limpeza sempre em dia, só falha as camas que nao ficam "esmeradas". Espetáculos (mesmo sendo muitos deles voltado para os Ingleses) eram bons, os bares com preços acessíveis, disponibilizam também maquinas com águas fresca (1,5l por 1,5€). Buffet de pequeno almoço e jantar com muita variedade (tudo para inglês), e as bebidas também não achei nada fora de preço.

Não vou dizer não gostei mas sendo um hotel (onde maioritariamente são ingleses, as refeições eram muito ao estilo inglês), esquecendo se do tradicional "churros". O serviço de quentes também falha um pouco.

Breakfast was fantastic , I don’t really eat fried food but there was enough fresh fruit , cereals , breads and different types of eggs etc The rooms are cleaned very well Location fantastic for entertainment and if you have mobility issues.

Food at night based on British food mostly , I know that’s the clientele but it would have been even better if a few more Spanish dishes. I didn’t use the pool area but it was very very busy but again it was the start of June.

Location was perfect lots of entertainment on site. Either outside or in explorerers club. Drink reasonably priced. Staff were brilliant. Amanda in reception in particular always went the extra mile. We had a blocked toilet and maintenance fixed it straight away. Food is really good. Especially the show cooking. Soups are really nice as well. Bar staff worked really hard. Also the restaurant staff worked really hard.

Lifts were sometimes hard to get.

Wonderful Hotel large variety of food but sorry to say a little too cold also swimming pool steps into the swimming pool. First step on the ladder is far too low or you could say too high when getting out and the water at this time of the year was so cold that you couldn’t use it, which I think is a shame for such a wonderful Hotel cleaners excellent reception super very very happy we go again just the water the pool was a very big disappointment for myself and my friend

Its in a very central location and easy to get to the places we wanted to go. Even though its in a very busy bar area when in the hotel you couldnt hear it. Food was excellent and good variety. Plenty of deals on drink during the day and there were plenty of sunbeds around the pool.

Camas cómodas y hotel cerca de la playa

El desayuno es muy mejorable, aunque el personal del restaurante muy amable. La calidad de los alimentos es muy baja para el precio del hotel. Tampoco las instalaciones estaban especialmente limpias. Es un hotel diseñado para turistas extranjeros, poco recomendable para españoles.

It's an exceptional hotel. It's close to all amenities, very clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We have stayed in a few other hotels but not one of them is as good as this one. The food is fantastic and there is such a wide range to choose from. We have booked to go back later in the year.

Se me cayó la pulsera del spa y perdí la garantía pero diez minutos más tarde me llamó Tatiana para decirme que la habían encontrado y me devolvieron lla garantía . Me encantó el pub que había abajo. Gran ambiente y magníficas actuaciones en vivo.

Booked this hotel for my parents and they had nothing but amazing things to say. The food was fantastic, the whole hotel was clean and all staff are so friendly. Whilst there my mum unfortunately left her iPad in the room, the cleaning staff handed it into reception and then Amanda in reception couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried. She communicated with myself and has helped return it to us. My Mum and Dad have said they wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Benidorm from now on.

Reservamos a ultima hora y la verdad cumplio con lo esperado. El hotel super bien cuidado, modernos, habitaciones amplias y buen baño y bunea terraza, la ducha perfecta... Ademas nos dejaron una habitacion para ducharnos a la hora irnos por la tarde, y el personal super amable. El spa muy bien la verdad tambien. A destacar tambien que los precios de las bebidas en las comidas/cenas eran muy baratas respecto a otros hoteles: agua 1.10 coca cola 1.3 cerveza 1.30... eso nos soprendio mucho. La comida estaba buena pero la variedad no nos gusto.

Lo poco negativo diria que la comida aunque estaba buena estaba muy enfocada a los ingleses. Sobrevivimos a base de arroces y ensaladas para comer, y los postres que la verdad estaban muy buenos, pero deberian pensar un poco mas en el español. Ah y hay que ir con abrigo al buffet, demasiado fuerte la temperatura
