La ubicación, el desayuno la piscina.

Me cobrarán por el uso de la caja de seguridad a pesar de que cuando la reserve decía C.S. incluido, la habitación estaba sucia a las 2 de la tarde y cuando reclamé en recepción la encargada me dijo que hasta las 14:30 hrs tenía que esperar, así que tengo que ir al comedor sin lavarme ya que no tenía toallas limpias, muy mal el personal de recepción, malas formas. Aquí no regreso.

Estava quase tudo excelente fiquei no 6 piso no prédio 1 gostei bastante da limpeza da senhora loira quando era as outras o quarto ficava com bastante areia de resto estava td perfeito

O facto de a piscina fechar às 19:00 e eles começarem a tirar as espreguiçadeiras e fazerem bastante barulho e a comida ser sempre muito repetitiva todos os dias.

As atuações de música ao vivo são só em inglês e não demonstram nada da cultura espanhola, assim como o hotel em geral é direcionado só para a cultura inglesa/americana A piscina é pequena As cortinas do quarto não fazem black out

Our trip started off well, and we were having a nice time for the first few days. However, everything turned into an awful experience when we discovered bed bugs in our room.

What made a stressful situation even worse was the hotel management and staff's total lack of support. They did absolutely nothing to help us with our clothes or to ensure our belongings were safely treated or laundered to prevent the bugs from spreading. Finding bed bugs is bad enough, but dealing with an unhelpful and dismissive staff during such a nightmare is unacceptable. I would highly recommend avoiding the Hotel Ambassador Playa if you value cleanliness and good customer service. We left incredibly disappointed and stressed.

la 3-4 minute de mers pe jos de plaja, locație excelentă, personal foarte amabil, mâncare foarte gustoasă, iar camerele sunt curate, a fost perfect

Deveria haver mais animação, intercâmbio com o público. E durante o dia não há. A nível de alimentação embora a confeção foi boa, deveria haver mais diversidade. Já estive em vários hotéis mas tinham muito mais escolha.

Las instalaciones, las habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas, la terraza bastante grande, no sé oía ruido del exterior.

El horario del comedor, permitía llegar 5 minutos antes de cerrar, y eso no es justo para nadie. Las cortinas no eran opacas, dejaban pasar demasiada claridad a ciertas horas.

Un hotel muy muy básico, no entiendo de dónde sacan las 4 estrellas.

La ubicación no puede ser peor, estás justo en la calle de la fiesta y los pubs yankees, la música hasta altas horas de la noche te impide dormir y el olor insoportable, además de la inseguridad de andar según a qué horas por esa zona. De la piscina olvídate a no ser que hagas cola a las 8.30 de la mañana para poder coger una hamaca, además hay dos piscinas pero súper pequeñas que hacen que el bañarte resulte muy incómodo. Buffet justito con lo básico, orientado al público inglés. En resumen, si lo que quieres es relajarte, pasar unos días de tranquilidad y disfrutar del hotel, este no es tu sitio.

Fin design på hotellet. Bra att det finns parkering för högre bilar, dock extremt trångt.

Otroligt dryg och otrevlig personal. Betalar man så stora summor pengar förväntas man att bli bemött av bra beteende, dessutom när hotellet påstår sig ha fyra stjärnor. Absolut inte städat, rummen städas varje dag, trots det kom man tillbaks till rummet och det var kvar hår på golvet och smuts eftersom de bara moppade oliven och inte dammsugande. Vi var en grupp på sex personer, så det är inte så att bara en av oss i rummen blev mött av smutsiga handdukar och smutsiga lakan. Utan alla tre rummen. Då förstår man ju att det är brister i hotellet. Vi fick smutsiga lakan flera gånger, bilder finns. Hår på kuddarna också. När jag ringde ner till receptionen för att be om att de skulle byta lakan till min mamma sa de att de inte kan skicka nån eftersom det är för sent. Så hon behövde sova i smutsiga lakan. Några dagar senare fick jag själv smutsig lakan och möttes av hår på min kudde. Tog bild och gick ner till receptionen, varpå han i receptionen (en man, halv flintis, lite äldre) suckade och sa okej då vi kan byta. Några dagar senare fick min syster smutsiga lakan med fläckar på. Den sista droppen var en otroligt smutsig handduk som jag fick, med massa ljus röda/ oranga fläckar runtom hela. Otroligt äckligt. Gick ner till receptionen med handduken och sa att jag skulle vilja få en ny handduk då den här är helt smutsig och att jag inte kommer använda den då det är äckligt. Då blev han i receptionen (samma man) otroligt irriterad och började säga att det är jag som har smutsat ner den och kommit ner med den, det kunde jag absolut inte gjort då handduken byttes ut vid lunch tid när det städades och då var jag på stranden, kom tillbaks på kvällen vid kl 19 och såg den smutsiga handduken när jag skulle duscha, fick då istället använda min killes handduk. Efter det gick jag ner till receptionen , jag gav tillbaks en helt torr och inte använd handduk.

Only problem getting out of pool top step not high enough noticed quite a few people struggled to get out

Clean and modern

Cleaner entered room twice whilst we had the do not disturb on the door. 1st time we were still in bed. Second time 1 was in the shower whilst and my partner was naked in the room.

I have stayed in this hotel for years sometimes 3 times a year but my stay this time just was not as good . Room could have been more cleaner under bed was very dusted and felt the maid did not clean very well each day as floor was not brushed properly and shower tray was not cleaned properly either . Also there was someone came into restaurant in morning and stole someone’s bag and phone was caught on camera and was nothing to hotel so why did he get in . Security really needs to be stepped up and only get into hotel with your card as you want to feel safe . It cost a lot off money to stay here and they need to keep there standers up . Also pool bar dose not open to 11:30am and when it’s really warm in summer you need a drink disappointed with this . Also in explorers bar they need have have video on some off the tv’s as when acts are on if you don’t have seat at front by the pillars then you don’t see any thing and there is more than enough tv’s to do something to let everyone see acts. Food was not as good chips rubbery soup cold ,fried eggs cold and food a bit repetitive not a lot of chicken and no curry’s so need to look into all these things to make sure they keep customers safe and come back.

The bar, the outside area and the rooms are comfortable

The last step to get out of the swimming pool is far to high. I saw many an old person struggling on their knees to get out. The food was good but not as good quality as I remember it being in the past. The orange juice at breakfast is disgusting proper fresh orange should be served.

Possibly not enough sun beds and one member of staff around the pool throwing the sunbeds around which was rather noisy and when he cleared the beds to put the chairs out he just threw them but the rest of the staff were lovely and very considerate

I liked everything about this hotel...it was at the start of the strip and even considering how close still felt like you were out of the hustle and bustle...once inside. The Staff and service excellent...always happy to help...which started from the moment we arrived by the very pleasant reception even at 3:45am With a small welcome pack and helpful advice. I had my 60th birthday celebrations at the hotel, which was excellent and even the staff sang happy Birthday... One of the best hotels I have stayed in...the food was very good...The drinks not expensive and free entertainment also.....what's not to like... I would absolutely recommend the Ambassador Playa 1 and 2 I will be returning..... thanks to all the wonderful staff.....

The lifts could be a little quicker,the television had a lot of interference but we didn't watch much

The property was clean, staff were welcoming. Food was good with plenty of choice.

Unfortunately my room 1438 smelt of stale cigarette smoke, which wasn’t the fault of the cleaners I think it was in the soft furnishings of the room. So whenever the room was closed up without the balcony door open it smelled awful e.g when I came back into the room in the evening from being out and worse of all in the mornings when I woke up. I know this is from previous customers smoking in the room but it has put me off staying again.

Fantastic location, not too far from beach and right on top of the nightlife of the busy strip. Food was absolutely beautiful and plants of choice.

Air conditioning needs turning on earlier some nights it was too hot but if you opened the patio it was too noisy so please switch it on earlier

Hotel. Fabulous location for new town and strip. Very modern and extremely clean everywhere. Rooms very good quality and decor finishes. Lovely and clean. The Spa was a nice extra .

The hotel was lovely, beautifully clean in all areas.

It was noisy outside at night. The balcony doors closed kept the room quiet but we found our room was far too hot for us to sleep. Unfortunately, air conditioning doesn’t function in February it seems.

Am facut rezervarea pe booking unde eu eram inregistata cu facebook si apar pe booking cu un nik name Nela Nely..si la hotel,cu re,ervarea in mana, cu emailul in care se comfirma rezervarea,cu acces la aplicatia de booking nu vroiau sa ia in vonsiderare rezervarea ca nu e pe numele din buletin..sa mai platesti 100€ in plus pt schimbare nume..am facut multe rezervari si pt mine si pt alte persoane si niviodata nu am avut aceasta problema..noroc ca la receptie era o fata romanca si mi-a zis sa schimb numele in booking ,doar ca o sa dureze ceva ca apoi sa se schimbe si in rezervare..si asa a fost dar am piedut jumatate din zi pentru asta..
