Hotel was modern and clean, great location. Corridors were bright . Large balcony. Efficient Air conditioning and ceiling fan in bedroom. Good salad selection in restaurant.

Bedrooms were on the small side and although had large wardrobes, it lacked drawer space. Restaurant was a big buffet style area, no ambiance, canteen style vibe. Have to pay for water, not impressed with breakfast.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very clean , well maintained and comfortable. The rooms have kettles, fridges and nice balconies. The food is excellent with varied choices.

The lifts can be annoying at busy times. The hotel is very popular with older and disabled customers so can sometimes feel like an old people’s home!

I was abit disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to take my teenagers into Philippines downstairs as I was when I came back in 2019. I maybe understand for a Friday or Saturday night but it was the May school holidays so I was abit disappointed as it’s a safe venue to go in Benidorm

The hotel and staff was good One thing I didn't approve off was the member of staff who was at the desk in the breakfast and dinner restaurant Ask for thr white card which I didn't bring down with me as I wasn't told I needed it Then has the cheek to tell me if I dont have it next time I wont be allowed in the restaurant just ask for my name and room number it matches up so rude with his mannerism and posture

Was sitting in thr spa bath in my room lovely and hot bath when I put the jets on all black and brown bits came out the jet holes

The room was top hot. We couldn't cool the room down and had to leave the balcony door opem

The hotel was fantastic. Busy, but nice and chilled! Great location as it's next to the strip if you want the nightlife. The hotel has a bar underneath which has good entertainment as well. Great value for money, great prices for drinks at the pool bar, and great staff as well!

Espreguiçadeiras insuficientes devido ao aluguer das mesmas muito cedo e por todo dia por parte dos estrangeiros com falta de sol no seu país. Piscina (acessos) com muito lixo, nomeadamente com copos, cigarros, latas de bebidas, pacotes de batatas fritas. Falta de bebidas nas maquinas de vending.

El sistema de acceso para los ascensores. Estaban programados para que al pulsar piso en una pantalla te indicaban cual deberías utilizar si A-B o C y había que esperar a que llegara y muchas veces tenías un ascensor vacío para poder utilizar pero no te dejaba seleccionar el piso y tenías que esperar a la opción programada.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was great, rooms,staff and especially the food. Even the pool was hot.. Fan with air conditioning was great , made a huge difference.

A salt water pool is my only dislike, but I even got over that as pool was so warm

Hotel is in a fab position. A 15-20 minute walk into Old Town but central enough for all the good bars and restaurants but not near crazy town. 5 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend this hotel for location. Food is fabulous, with a great selection of hot and cold options. Very comfy beds, and the shower was one of the best I’ve had. Hotel is spotless and very clean. Thoroughly deserved to be 4*. Will definitely return.

The security guy around the pool can be a bit much. Has a shirt with Kontrol on the back, should say control freak!!

I didn't like that once your tea coffee and sugar was used in your room that you had to pay for a refill those little extras make a difference it's a shame

Several umbrellas around the pool were defective in that they wouldn't stay up. There were not enough of them. We ended up paying 18 euros each day on the beach. Food average.

The location, excellent choice of quality food and very clean.

Some of the staff were not very friendly,. I didn't take my card holder with me on my first morning as I wasn't told when I checked in. The staff member basically called me a liar and I had to go back to my room to retrieve my card holder to be allowed to eat. Also at mealtimes the dining staff were packing food away before the end of meal times. 9.55 the coffee machines and toasters were turned off and the bread taken away (ends at 10am) Even though 4 star you had to pay €4 a day for your room safe. The tea and coffee room facilities, you could use them and if you used anymore you had to pay. Our bathroom had an awful drains smell when you used the sink. You have to get up early and queue for a sun lounger if you wanted one. The lifts were a nightmare, you had to select you floor and it assigned you to a lift, but then never arrived so I lost all patience and used the stairs.

Spotlessly clean throughout, really friendly staff, food excellent, quiet pool area restricted to guests only and though it was only a few metres from “the strip” once you closed your balcony door at night you couldn’t hear a thing. Also very reasonable drink prices in the bars (€2 a pint from 12-20.00)

Spotlessly clean and far enough away from the noise and bustle of the strip. Great rooms with daily maid service. Definitely glad we had a pool view room

The only thing I thought was annoying that no water was supplied at dinner or water stations around the hotel. Pool was a bit too small to accommodate number of guests at full capacity and the towels in sunbeds very annoying, especially when left for hours with no one coming to sit on them. Food was great. Something for everyone in my opinion.

Spent 6 nights here in March. Lovely hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Only 2 minor negatives lack of cupboard/drawer storage in rooms and payment for safe considering most hotels now provide same service free of charge.

Alles was keurig netjes en goed verzorgd.
