De Riad begeeft zich dichtbij een doorgaande weg, daarom makkelijk bereikbaar en vindbaar. Dichtbij zijn allerlei faciliteiten bijvoorbeeld een ATM geld automaat, winkels en restaurants. De host is heel erg behulpzaam. Mochten zich problemen voordoen, dan staat hij onmiddelijk klaar om ze op te lossen. Hij heeft ook mijn zware koffer naar de taxi gebracht. De Maison is prachtig ingericht en ook de grotere kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien, ik miste wel een kast om kleding op te hangen. Misschien dat sommige mensen de luxe missen van een hotel maar hier kom je gewoon thuis en word je deel van een familie.

Het huis heeft een heel mooi en groot dakterras dat best verwaarloost is. Veel planten waren halfdood en er stonden oude kapotte meubels. Dat is jammer. Bepaalde dingen zijn aan vervanging toe vooral in de badkamer zoals wc brillen en emmers..

The staff were very friendly and in contact. We arrived late at night and they were super accommodating and understanding. We stayed for one night, arriving late and leaving early and it was perfect for that. The bed sheets were very soft and comfortable.

The room we stayed in was very unsoundproof, and there was no toilet paper (a water gun that sort of worked was provided).

Je viens au Maroc depuis 2017 mais c’est clairement l’expérience qui m’a le plus marquée par la qualité du service client ! Premièrement, nous avons pu accéder à la chambre à 11h au lieu de 14h. Une chambre spacieuse et propre, sans insectes - contrairement à notre séjour dans d’autres riads. Deuxièmement, nous avions des habits sales à laver. Ils l’ont fait avec soin et rapidité. Ensuite, la gentillesse de l’hôte est vraiment marquante. Nous avons acheté du melon à l’extérieur et ils ont accepté de le couper pour nous et le conserver au frigo. L’énergie qu’il dégage est chaleureuse et hospitalière. Cerise sur le gâteau : nous avons ramené la commande de la climatisation à l’aéroport par erreur 😅. Lorsqu’on a réalisé, nous l’avons appelé et il nous a demandé de remettre à un taxi qui va lui ramener. Il a payé lui même ce trajet et n’a pas voulu que nous payions. La prochaine fois que nous viendrons à Fès, je ne vois pas comment nous pourrions aller ailleurs. Je recommande !

Emplacement idéal, le logement se trouve dans une ruelle calme, ce qui permet de passer une bonne nuit mais l’emplacement est super au bout de 5min de marche, on est proche de tout!

Excellent séjour ! L’établissement était très propre, confortable et conforme à la description. L’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel très sympathique et disponible. L’emplacement est également très pratique. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerai avec plaisir.

I stayed for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. Adil was very helpful and made a real effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable. He gave me such a beautiful and spacious room, which I really appreciated. He also answered all my questions about how to get to the medina.The breakfast was also delicious. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Maison Adam. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had such a charming Moroccan atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and having a private bathroom and air conditioning made the stay even more enjoyable. The traditional Moroccan decor, beautiful tilework and warm ambience made the experience feel authentic and special. Breakfast was also included and was a lovely way to start the day. Overall, Maison Adam was a great place to stay in Fes, especially if you want to experience the charm and hospitality of Morocco. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, lovely traditional breakfast. Super central, safe and easy to reach location in the south of the Medina. The place is very characteristic with beautiful tiles and furniture. Good bathroom with very nice tiles.

When people are sitting at the rooftop terras and move their chairs you can hear that at the top floor bedroom. Just ask to be quiet and it's no issue. There is no closet for your clothes is the bedroom, so keep them in your suitcase

La proximité de la porte de fez vous êtes à 3 min de la place rcif, la porte bab boulgour juste à quelques minutes à pied je recommande pour vivre une immersion totalement locale,

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Adam. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was authentic, varied, and absolutely delicious. The place itself was very clean, tidy, and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Another great advantage is that it is within walking distance of the medina, which made exploring the area very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo. In particolare il ragazzo alla reception si è dimostrato educato e ha cercato di aiutarci quando abbiamo segnalato i problemi, quindi su questo aspetto nulla da dire. Purtroppo però la struttura mi ha delusa molto. La prima camera che mi è stata assegnata non era assolutamente vivibile: faceva molto freddo e il riscaldamento non funzionava, nonostante nella descrizione fosse indicata la presenza di aria condizionata con funzione di riscaldamento. Inoltre il bagno aveva un odore molto forte e sgradevole. Ho chiesto di cambiare stanza e inizialmente mi è stato detto che non c’erano altre camere disponibili. Come soluzione mi è stato proposto di dormire con la mia amica nella sua stanza oppure di spostarci in un altro riad nel mezzo della notte. Alla fine mi è stata data un’altra stanza per la prima notte, ma comunque l’esperienza complessiva non è stata positiva. Il problema principale, oltre al freddo nella stanza iniziale, è la pulizia. Purtroppo ho notato una grande mancanza di attenzione ai dettagli e all’igiene, soprattutto nel bagno, che risultava poco pulito e poco curato. Questo rende il soggiorno piuttosto sgradevole. Anche la colazione è stata molto semplice e piuttosto povera: poche opzioni, caffè poco bevibile e latte praticamente inesistente. Un’altra cosa che mi ha sorpresa riguarda il pagamento. Nonostante la prenotazione fosse garantita con carta tramite Booking, ci è stato chiesto di pagare in contanti oppure tramite bonifico bancario alcuni giorni prima dell’arrivo. Personalmente non mi era mai capitata una richiesta simile prenotando tramite Booking. Se mi prelevano soldi lo segnalerò assolutamente perché mi sembra veramente poco chiara come cosa… In generale il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, ma purtroppo questo non compensa le carenze della struttura, soprattutto per quanto riguarda pulizia, comfort e attenzione ai dettagli

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage sehr gut und die Unterkunft ist gut und schnell zu erreichen. Das mit inbegriffene sehr gute Frühstück wird in dem schönen Innenhof serviert. Die Unterkunft hat auch eine schöne Dachterrasse. Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.

Sehr gut wenn man berücksichtigt dass es in Marokko ist, es war alles vorhanden, Handtücher, Seife, alles hat funktioniert, der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und das Frühstück ausreichend und lecker. Ich würde dieses Zimmer jederzeit wieder buchen. Auch der Abstand zum bewachten Parkplatz ist optimal, nachts war es ruhig.

Kein Becher zum Zähneputzen, aber ich denke wenn ich es eher gemerkt hätte, dann hätte ich einen bekommen. Bett war sehr hart.

Le Riad est très joli, avec une chouette terrasse qui donne sur la médina, et le petit déjeuner était très bon. Mais surtout le propriétaire/manager a été très arrangeant : il nous a permis d’arriver tard dans la soirée et a arrangé notre transfert depuis l’aéroport. On reviendra pour un futur voyage à Fès !

El personal maravilloso, me puse mala del estómago y me dejaron el último día quedarme en la habitación pasada la hora de salida sin problema hasta que me fui al aeropuerto, en el desayuno me hicieron una tortillita y fueron muuuy atentos! 10/10 un encanto!!

La camera era al piano terra del riad con le uniche finestre con delle parti sempre aperte che si affacciavano sulla corte interna comune che non permettono privacy e insonorizzazione. La corte è chiusa sul tetto quindi in camera non arriva aria. La camera è buia e molto umida, anche perché il bagno non ha finestre né nessun tipo di areazione.

The location was really good and quiet at night. We were able to walk into the medina easily without being right in the centre plus easy to get dropped off in taxi without a long walk to the riad. We were served tea at check in and the breakfast was great. We also had a very early pick up in the morning of checkout and they kindly made us a to-go breakfast. The hospitality was amazing :) Really good price to quality ratio.

We stayed in a riad managed by Abdullah and even worked remotely from there for a day and a half. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay feel effortless and welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the warm, crispy parathas that quickly became our favorite. The rooms were spacious, and the bathroom was huge and spotless. We loved the minimal aesthetic, it gave the space a calm, uncluttered charm. The sit-out area had beautiful natural light, making it feel fresh and relaxing, and the terrace was just as well maintained. A special mention to the breakfast caterer as well, who was very kind and added to the overall experience. I would happily recommend this riad to anyone looking for a comfortable and thoughtfully maintained stay.

Beautiful riad, pretty quiet given that all riads are not very soundproof, good breakfast, kind and caring staff, spacious room. Good shower and solid WiFi.

It was doable, but if you have bicycles the only place to store them is on the uncovered roof terrace up a narrow winding staircase. The bathroom was quite small and needed a little maintenance like the door handle fell off and the toilet moved, but overall still functional.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und typisch marokkanisch bis ins Detail. Das Personal äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich als allein Reisende Frau sehr wohl hier gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist mit Liebe selbstgemacht und üppig. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man kommt in fünf Minuten in die Welt der Märkte von Medina. Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay at Adam Mason. The riad is beautiful, with a spacious room, a lovely courtyard, and a nice terrace to relax on. We also really appreciated the takeaway breakfast. What truly stood out was the staff. Abdul at reception and Hassan at night were incredible. genuinely kind and always ready to help. Abdul even stayed on the phone with us to make sure we got the right bus, even though he absolutely didn’t have to. Both of them also gave us great directions and guidance for our travels. Amazing service, great value for money, and truly warm hospitality. Highly recommend!

Everyone who works there, especially Mohamed, were just amazing! The breakfast was good and he helped me to get a taxi to the bus station. Also, they I forgot some personal belongings in the room and they gave them back to me when I was back in Fes haha. The shower is very good as everybody mentions

It was great location in medina, we park the car on 5 min. walking distance on public and save parking, for 25 dirham. Tha accomodation was traditional Marocan, with beautifull organised sharing area.. the room was big and clean, and I really like the rooftop balcony. The owner was super kind and nice. The breakfast was really good.
