Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel

Als ich 16 Uhr einchecken wollte, war mein Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Ich bekam zwar 2 Joghurts für die Überbrückung der halben Stunde, die ich noch warten musste. Aber bei einem Check-in ab 14 Uhr sollte das eigentlich nicht passieren. Deswegen gibt's von mir einen Punkt Abzug bei der Bewertung.

Salle de sport un peu petite mais bon j’étais tout seul Par contre il y en avait une autre juste à côté mais qui était privée car je n’ai pas pu y accéder

The hotel is located in a really nice neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It was also nice and close to the border. I really enjoyed the fact that I could go to the spa within the hotel where the staff put in a really big effort despite the language barrier.

I emailed the hotel twice before my stay and I have still not heard back from them which was really disappointing.

Comunicação. São péssimos a comunicar. Nunca respondem às mensagens através do booking, por exemplo. Já fiquei hospedada duas vezes neste hotel. Das duas vezes tive necessidade de entrar em contacto antes de ir e em nenhuma das vezes me responderam. Reclamei diretamente ao balcão e o gerente ainda foi arrogante.

Happy that the hotel is next to a shopping centre with an impressive supermarket and food selections. On our last day found out there were also mani-pedi, massage and facial services on the 2nd flr! Recommend to try out the beef hotpot on the grnd flr! Hotel rooms are spacious and really good value for money. Hope to return in the future.

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable.

A breakfast was typically Chinese. Practically no other breakfast options. No smalls spoons offered only chop sticks and knifes for butter. There is a huge room for improvement to become a serious business hotel. The most bothering thing was that almost no one in the hotel speaks English.

The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket, restaurants, and coffee shops, with easy road access. It’s also less than two miles from Coco Park. The area feels clean, safe, and lively, with plenty of people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. You can even see parks nearby filled with kids, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice bed, and overall the hotel offers a very pleasant stay.

The staff was not particularly helpful when I raised an issue with my booking. They directed me to contact Booking.com, while Booking.com referred me back to the hotel. Although it seemed like the issue could have been resolved on their end, it required a lot of persistence on my part to get a clear response. Another inconvenience was the noise from neighboring rooms. It wasn’t constant, but you could hear people talking when they were loud enough. Additionally, there was a noticeable smoke smell in the hallways and occasionally in the rooms, which was unpleasant. Lastly, the air conditioning was not fully functional despite requesting assistance. Given that Shenzhen is generally warm, the room temperature became uncomfortable at times.

The hotel is located close to the metro, and there is a good supermarket Hema nearby.

The room was very dirty; in some places there was a lot of hair left by previous guests. At this price, the hotel should have a spa complex for guests, but instead there was a separate paid massage salon with a sauna, and it smelled bad. The steam bath also cost extra money because it was not part of the hotel, but because of the smell I did not want to pay for such an experience.

As pessoas da receção não são simpáticas, de todo. O quarto (apesar de ser para não fumadores) tinha cheiro a tabaco.

Big spacious well designed rooms - shower area as big as some Hong Kong Hotels - lovely staff - good location. Excellent A/C - comfy bed.

Breakfast wasn't very good for us there was not much choice for vegetarian or halal option. Everything they served had meat.

The building was nice, the rooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The location in a good neighbourhood of Futian district was good.

Most of the keys and electricity plugs in the rooms were not working properly. The curtains were too old and dirty. In summary, this hotel needs a real rennovation. The breakfast was way below the levels expected from a 5 star or 5 diamond hotel.

The location is brilliant.. 5 minutes walk to the underground station, from which you can go to all around Shenzhen. The hotel is so beautiful, specious, clean and the staff are lovely. The room is, quite, sparkling clean with comfy massive bed and all teas & coffee and high quality toiletries. It's really value for money.

The noise from the street can be heard a little from the room but that is inevitable given the location of the hotel.

Convenient and close to amenities and a good 10 minutes walk to the MTR. Spacious room and carpet needs a bit of an update together with the bathroom. On the whole, recommend for short stay

We had a nice stay in the hotel, rooms were clean and tidy, friendly staff, hotel location is good! Very good experience overall.

I did not feel comfortable in the room. The breakfast was worse. I paid for two but my brother decided not to dine there because it is very dark dining room. It does not feel clean . Food selection is limited.

Large double bedroom on 20th floor was very comfortable with writing desk in window. Very comfortable bed with high quality linen and covers, cooling pillow optional. Bath tub which was excellent to relax. Staff had limited English but were service minded and pleasant. Inexpensive and short taxi ride to high speed rail station for connection to Hong Kong.

Very safe hotel. You can not go the the room through elevator without hotel id card

Big spacious room. Even the toilet is big and has a huge bathtub. Pillow selection is even available. We had trouble with wifi connection but staff came to help us fix quickly. Housekeeping is also very prompt and polite. Hotel also kindly decorated the bed with balloons and animals made from towels for my friend's birthday! So sweet and nice of them. Hotel has many eateries nearby. Even a big supermarket 河马鲜生, luckin, kfc and heytea. Very convenient. Nearest MTR is ShiXia but need 8-10mins walk. Staff at reception area could be more friendly and include more greetings. Travelling via Taxi/didi is convenient and cheap compared to Singapore.

Tired hotel, clean and functional enough, but the gym was terrible. Room was large, the paid breakfast was fine. I would probably look elsewhere if wanting to stay in the area again.

It is quiet noisy for my room in the night. Don’t know where the noisy is from.

Shenzhen is definitely a great city. Hotel was in a good location. Little longer walk than expected to get to the subway station. Big plus that taxis are everywhere and to very expensive. Did have issues with bedbugs. Management took care of it immediately. Already booked another trip and staying at the same hotel.

Being construction behind the building

It is a high quality hotel. I don't have any complaints at all.

Location was good. Easy access to MTR. Lots of local shops. However, bedbugs bit me very badly. Response for front desk was not as I expected. Sprayed insect poison and didn’t offer another room. I did get a plate of fruits as console.
