Top, macht weiter so. Übrigens auch Zimmer mit Holzfußboden.
Outstanding service particularly from the concierge. Lovely, well-situated property with great views. Excellent buffet breakfast and fine Chinese cuisine at the restaurant.
Nothing - everything was wonderful.
Out of this world
Nothing - everything was perfect
Absolute incredible hotel, zero complaints, especially for the insane location within the prime Shenzhen city center.
Everything
None
Great location near the Futian Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to my requests and anticipated my needs. The hotel atmosphere was very pleasant and luxurious. I got a skyline view room, and the view was stunning. Everything was working as expected, and the room was clean and quiet. Overall, good value and definitely recommend.
Breakfast was lovely, extensive and in a lovely setting. Staff were very kind. I really appreciate all of the small high quality details such as Le Labo products in the toilets, the dyson hair dryer etc. Attention to detail is always appreciated.
Good location
Nice design
Very good location- though it shares the same building as PA Mall, there is no internal access so you have to walk outside the hotel and onto the street. Still, it is very central to many malls and no more than a couple minutes walk. Hotel amenities were great, highly recommend the spa. Service from staff is excellent and they are very attentive. Will come back again.
I had high expectations for the Park Hyatt Shenzhen, but unfortunately, my stay fell far short of what a hotel at this price point should deliver. The biggest issue was the breakfast at the Glasshouse on the 47th floor. We went down around 10 AM and found a queue of over 30 people waiting outside for a table. There was no proper management, no alternative arrangements offered, and no apology for the wait. For a luxury hotel charging premium rates, this level of chaos at breakfast is completely unacceptable. The room itself was another letdown. It felt small and oddly laid out – the bathroom took up nearly one-third of the space, leaving the living area cramped and impractical. There was barely enough room to open a large suitcase. For the price charged per night, you would expect a more comfortable and functional space. Overall, this stay offered very poor value for money. Between the endless breakfast queue, the awkward room layout, and the lack of attentive management, I left feeling that the Park Hyatt Shenzhen is riding on its brand name rather than delivering a genuine luxury experience. I would not recommend it and will not be returning.
Park Hyatt Shenzhen is undoubtedly a top luxury hotel. Rooms are spacious, well furnished and designed. Total black out. Pool area is excellent. The entire journey from the ground floor to the room is flawless. The location is somewhat on the south edge but reasonably close to Coco Park and the nearby metro.
We had 2 rooms including corner suite which was stunning and super comfortable. Cleaning staff were amazing. Breakfast options were vast and delicious. Ordered items arrived quickly. Check in process was cumbersome. A welcome drink and place to sit would have been nice and they need to recognise traveller weariness and that for many foreigners China is quite an alien seeming country so need to provide more of a “welcome to our hotel - this is what we’ve got to offer” type experience. We paid extra for inclusive bar and lounge but were left very unclear about what was actually included - if they could just have a piece of paper with all the information it would have resolved the issue. In the end we only used the bar one evening and felt like second class citizens for trying to use our inclusive package. We didn’t try the lounge at all - who knows what was included! Likewise some printed information about all the hotel restaurants would have been helpful especially as you have to use multiple lifts to access communal areas - the place felt like a maze! We ate out! The hotel pool is a bit functional - more like an exercise pool than somewhere to hang out with the requirement to wear a swimming cap and no bar service. It’s also fully covered and not that warm which felt a bit bizarre in the Shenzhen heat
The Park Hyatt in Shenzhen has a WOW factor. The property is fantastic in every way, and I loved my stay. The breakfast was spectacular from the menu selections to the general buffet items. The rooms are clean, have fabulous views, and the automated toilet was pretty awesome as well. I also received a spa service (massage) the last night and it was incredibly relaxing. The fruit and lemon type of jelly at the end of the massage was a great touch! The Attic Bar was great, and the live music was also enjoyable. I loved this stay and hope to be back soon!
the customer relationship team provide truly great service, including Chris,Peven,Esther,Shelly and Zalina. They contact me ahead of arrival, during the stay and even post my stay. they address all of my questions and requests promptly. that is super awesome. on top of that, it is at prime location of shenzhen, and oriental decoration and room is just great. I would say it is one of the best hotel in shenzhen. strongly recommend
I have stayed at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen multiple times over the past few years, and the excellent standard has been completely consistent. I've always enjoyed my time there.
Best location for first time visitors.
Buffet breakfast was sumptuous. But not spectacular.
Everything, it’s stunning
Nothing
Very positive experience. One of the biggest highlights is its excellent location. Gym and pool Facilities were great. I would consider staying here again.
phantastic view! great barkeeper Alex.
Beautiful and well maintained. Staff were plenty and excellent. Location convenient. One of my best experiences at a hotel.
Upscale and elegant
Great location, great services. enjoy our stay. 2nd time we were back. Staffs were very attentive, helpful and always welcoming. Other things we enjoyed, breakfast, views and location!
The only letdown from an otherwise superb experience was the grumpy lady at the spa, who was overly vocal and watched guests like a hawk, suppose to be relaxing place.
As always, I received exceptional customer service from the entire staff during my stay. I would like to extend special recognition to Anastasia, Wise, Iris, Hanna, Edison, Drew, Rye, Sunrise, Bobby, and the three concierge team members at the entrance. Each of these team members contributed to creating a perfect stay and made me feel truly at home. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and professional service exemplify the highest standards of guest care. I look forward to my next visit.
早餐菜单选择比较多,员工服务态度好,酒店位置好,吃饭购物都很方便。酒店公共区域装修风格很有质感。
Everything is perfect
I think doors are slamming if there is soft closure on doors it would make noise better
Отель великолепный, комфорт на высшем уровне (ощущаешь себя как дома) Завтраки очень вкусные. Все понравилось! Вернусь в Шэньчжене только в этот отель.
We were truly impressed by the hotel's wonderful recent improvements. The staff consistently provided professional, warm, and attentive service throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ms. Chelcie Hu, whose kindness and genuine hospitality made our experience feel especially welcoming and memorable. We greatly appreciate everything the team did to make our visit so enjoyable!
Twin bedroom was great. Really liked the layout. Provided bath salts which was nice, but it was hidden under other amenities so search for them. Clean room. Enjoyed the free minibar drinks and snacks. Service really needs to be improved at such a high end establishment. We arrived at 4 pm and was told our room was being cleaned and not ready yet. Ended up not being ready until 5:30 pm. We were given a room to rest in at 5:00 pm. Did not expect this to happen at Park Hyatt. We didn't try the pool but we walked by and it looks very nice and comfortable. You might need to wear a swimming cap. Overall, the hotel is in a convenient location really near coco park. Also walking distance to the Futian High Speed Railway station. Tried the dinner buffet at the Glass House. Overall it was ok. But the seafood could be fresher. I did like that they had special dishes at various times such as the hairy crab, Beef wellington, and coconut chicken. Some minor service issues at the buffet such as low battery in the light on the table, which although minor, probably shouldn't happen in a Park Hyatt.
The hotel is beautiful, it was my first time in Shenzhen so I was captivated immediately after entering the hotel. The unpleasant experience came during breakfast, nobody was at the entrance to welcome me and as a first timer at the hotel I was not explained how the breakfast service works. I had to look for someone to let them know that I arrived. I got some menus to order drinks or some food, after more than 10 minutes nobody came to my table to ask if I needed anything, it was not busy and we saw other tables being served. Decided to leave after noticing that. I explained what happened during check out, got some travel kit which was a nice gesture, but still I was not expecting that level of service from a Park Hyatt.
As a loyal patron of the Park Hyatt brand—having frequented properties from Buenos Aires to Dubai to Beijing—I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at Park Hyatt Shenzhen. My experience was characterized by a lack of sophistication and a total absence of the hospitality manifestation the brand is known for. 1. Health and Safety (Spa): The lack of professional training in the spa is a liability. Staff mis-sold products that caused severe skin redness. Rather than taking professional accountability, the staff avoided the situation, and the subsequent "remedy" caused me to be 45 minutes late for my following appointment. The lack of ownership during a physical reaction to a treatment is unacceptable. 2. Culinary Failure: The breakfast service was chaotically managed and lacked any culinary sophistication. The coffee was unpalatably bitter, the pastries were dreadfully dry, and the staff demonstrated a total lack of understanding of basic service requirements. 3. Room Environment: The room quality was substandard. A persistent damp odor made the environment uncomfortable, and the mattress quality was significantly below the brand’s global sleep standards. Overall, there is a lacking of intuitive service and refined execution that justifies the brand's positioning. The experience was characterized by a total short of sophistication and a disconnect from the true meaning of hospitality. Utterly disappointing!
Great location. Great team effort. Flawless management. Feels welcoming to all of us( kids, family, and non-chinese) .
Todo impecable. El trato del personal insuperable. Te hacen sentir de maravillas! La ubicacion un 10
Nada
Gorgeous
The building and rooms were outstanding.
Nothing
Amazing experience. Best hotel I have ever been. Beautiful and stylish - the interior design was inspiring. Absolutely perfect breakfast as well. I will be coming back. The staff was so friendly as well :)
Gym could have a bit more equipment.
Servizi top
Aria condiziona in camera veramente insopportabile
My recent stay at Park Hyatt was far below expectations, especially considering the brand’s usual standard of professionalism. During check-in, both Sally and Chris at the Front Desk failed to provide even the most basic courtesy or information. There was no introduction to the minibar, hotel facilities, or my Hyatt membership benefits. The entire conversation revolved around money, with no sense of hospitality. When I raised a formal complaint to the Front Office Manager Xiao Shuai, his response was extremely defensive and continued to focus on the rate, rather than addressing my actual question about why the check-in process was so unprofessional. What made it worse is that my official complaint was later replied to by Xiao Shuai himself, which is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. That said, I would like to express my appreciation to the Concierge team and the evening turndown attendant. They were genuinely warm, attentive, and kind – a sharp contrast to the attitude at the Front Desk. Their care made my stay slightly better, but overall, I sincerely hope the management will take a serious look at the training and attitude of the Front Office team.
I love to stayed in the hotel. All staff were great. Thank you so much for everything.
Stayed this hotel for two nights and I can say the hotel is on the upper end of 5 star hotel. Hotel lobby is at the higher floor, decor is what I can say quiet luxury. Check in was smooth. Have pre notified Hattie before on my special arrangement needed and being taken care of. Reception desk is also great.. almost all were fluent in english. Our check-in staff (Chelsie? Forgot the name) was also attentive. Room is great, again with quiet luxury theme with hint of chinese decors, though didn’t like toilet and bathroom arranged separately. Le Labo toileteries was decent. We picked skyline view but it was underwhelming, no light shows can be seen, unlike my previous stay in Futian area. Maybe I am expecting something that didn’t exist from this hotel. Breakfast was one of the best apart from Ritz, as we have tried quite a few 5* in SZ. What we liked most is that they have the menu based specialty apart from the normal buffet, I ordered beef noodle and dim sum, both were good. The upper price justifies for its quiet luxury, great breakfast and great service too, from the bell boy, receptionist and even to the restaurant staff. Overall a quiet luxury hotel with great breakfast and service. Will consider to stay here again in future.
I was feeling slightly unwell so I ordered chicken porridge for room service around noon, thinking that it’s an easy and safe choice. I was very surprised when I was told that there is no more chicken porridge for me to order because it was “sold out.” How can a five-star hotel in Shenzhen, Guangdong—a province known for its delicious Cantonese style food—be “sold out” completely on a basic staple item as a chicken porridge? And can’t the kitchen just make one from scratch?? So with that option gone, I ordered the preserved egg porridge. It was the saltiest porridge I’ve ever had in my life, and it was dry with lots of pepper added. They could’ve left the heavy pepper on the side. I don’t know what happened—did the kitchen get burned? Even at breakfast time, it was possible to just get a bowl of chicken porridge or preserved egg porridge where I could add my own seasoning and not have it taste so terrible and dry. Sorely disappointed.
Beautiful hotel ,professional staff , club lounge amazing with an impressive selection of the most delicious food and drink.
What an incredible few days at this beautiful hotel..and oasis of calm. Staff amazing and professional..beautiful room , wonderful breakfasts and lounge privileges were also without fault.
Very nice!
I had a pleasant stay at Park Hyatt Shenzhen. It is located at the heart of Shenzhen (Futian CBD) and is close to almost everything that you need - awesome food, great shopping mall, convenient transportation. The team also greeted me with smile and enthusiasm, and they have been very responsive to my requests (e.g., I asked that the luggage be delivered to my room in an expedited manner, etc.). Last but not least, the Shenzhen Bay view from the room is really impeccable. I would totally stay here again when I visit Shenzhen next time!
.
Great service, good food. It feels like an oasis in a busy city. The view was great and the room was really comfortable. One of the interesting thing was the list of things you can request from the hotel esp for daily use items you have forgotten!
My stay at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen was a study in contrasts. The hotel’s location is perfect, and the service from all staff—from the proactive bellmen to the diligent housekeepers—was truly exceptional and the highlight of my stay. However, this positive experience was severely undermined by critical failures in room facilities, unacceptable for a luxury brand. The refrigerator did not cool at all, spoiling food. The TV remote was largely non-functional, making it impossible to change channels without restarting the television. Furthermore, the bathroom's magnifying mirror was broken and unusable as its hinge was loose. These are not minor issues; they point to a serious lack of maintenance and management oversight. It's a shame to see the hotel's excellent staff being let down by failures in basic hardware, which ultimately tarnishes the Park Hyatt reputation.
My recent multi-day stay at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen was an experience of stark contrasts. The hotel boasts an impeccable location and is staffed by a team of truly exemplary service professionals who embody the hospitality the Park Hyatt brand is known for. However, this excellence was severely undermined by the shocking disrepair of basic in-room facilities, which not only marred the comfort of my stay but also raised serious questions about the hotel's management and attention to detail. The Outstanding Positives: 1. A Prime and Unbeatable Location: The hotel's location is, without a doubt, one of its greatest assets. It is superbly situated right next to the magnificent Ping An Finance Centre, surrounded by a plethora of excellent restaurants. Directly across the street is Coco Park, a large, modern shopping complex with endless dining and retail options. For any traveler, this is an absolutely ideal base in Shenzhen. 2. Impeccable Staff Service: If the location is the hotel's strength, its staff is its soul. * The Bell Staff and Doormen:I must give my highest and most sincere praise to them. Every bellman was enthusiastic, courteous, and incredibly proactive. They did more than just carry luggage; they went the extra mile to assist guests, making one feel truly welcomed and cared for. Their warmth and professionalism are the hotel's most valuable asset. * The Front Desk and Lobby Staff:The ladies at the reception were equally friendly, proactive, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. They would actively offer directions or help press the elevator buttons—small gestures that made a big difference. * The Housekeeping Team: The housekeeping staff were exceptionally diligent. The room was kept spotless and immaculate, and their commitment to cleanliness is truly commendable. The Serious Shortcomings That Need Urgent Attention: Unfortunately, even the most outstanding service cannot mask the critical failures in hardware. These were not minor inconveniences but major functional defects that are simply inexcusable for a five-star hotel, let alone a premier brand like Park Hyatt. 1. A Completely Non-Functional Refrigerator: The in-room refrigerator was nothing more than a non-cooling cabinet. Drinks I placed inside never got cold, and fruit I had bought spoiled by the next day. For a luxury hotel, having a refrigerator that does not chill is an unacceptable equipment failure. 2. A Practically Useless TV Remote Control: The TV remote was a frustrating experience. It was clearly a generic, non-original remote, and most of its buttons were non-functional. The only controls that worked were the power switch, volume adjustment, and a single directional button. This meant that every time I wanted to change the channel, I had to turn the TV off and on again to use the initial startup menu. This was incredibly cumbersome and not the seamless experience one expects. 3. A Loose, Broken Magnifying Mirror: The wall-mounted magnifying mirror in the bathroom was broken. The hinge was so loose that no matter how I positioned the mirror, it would immediately fall and face downwards due to gravity. It was impossible to keep it angled towards my face, rendering it completely useless. Conclusion: Management Negligence Undermines Staff Excellence In summary, my stay at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen was a profound contradiction. I wholeheartedly thank and commend the entire frontline staff for their outstanding performance; they are a credit to the Park Hyatt brand. However, their brilliant efforts were completely let down by the cascade of failures in basic room amenities. These problems—a non-working fridge, a barely functional remote, and a broken mirror—point directly to serious negligence in the maintenance department and a fundamental lack of quality control from the management team. A truly great hotel is defined by both its warm service and its flawless hardware. It is a great shame that the management's oversight has failed its dedicated staff and left a guest's experience deeply flawed. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses these issues, because it would take very little effort to fix these details and elevate the guest experience to the high standard this hotel should be known for.
30+ day stay this time. same great service. But some things has definitely fallen short this time around. Hope it will improve next time. Same great people and service though.
とてもスタッフの対応が良く、素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。
For a hotel that goes for 4k HKD per night, this hotel is shockingly average. It's my first time staying in a Park Hyatt (or a Hyatt property, I think) as I simply do not believe in hotel memberships. I choose a hotel based on what I like, not its affiliations. In this scenario, it just happens to be a Park Hyatt. First off, service. No pre-arrival checklist/survey before our stay was received, which was probably the reason why when we checked in, the welcome fruit/gifts were not in our room, and was only delivered after lunch when we were about to rest. The porter, upon hearing that I didn't have any luggage in the trunk of our cab, promptly ignored the big bag I was carrying and just told me to go up to the 32nd floor to check in. No one was waiting for me on that floor, and I had to find my way to the reception. The front desk staff who did our check-in was polite, but that's as far as hospitality went. We were given the corner room that we requested, which was nice. The room was quite nice and had great views, and I liked the neo-Chinese design (or whatever this is called). I didn't understand why they placed two wardrobes that occupied 2/3 of the space instead of a floor-to-ceiling one that offers more storage. I imagine if I stayed here for a longer period I would have a hard time with storage. Design trumps utility I guess. The part I hate the most about this hotel, or luxury hotels in general in China, is that they somehow all decided that they were too upscale for delivery robots, and delivering the food to guest rooms were somehow beneath them, so the compromise they've chosen is for you to get your ass down there and pick them up yourself. In the case of Park Hyatt Shenzhen, it's particularly frustrating because you had to change to another lift on the 32nd floor to get down. The digital lockers reserved for food deliveries were also too small for the number of guests, so more often than not, your food will be left on the ground. It's amusing how the hotel cited "food hygiene reasons" for not bringing your food up to your room, but the option they chose was infinitely worse from a guest experience perspective. Breakfast was passable at best, and they clearly had a capacity issue. We had to wait for a couple of minutes before being allowed in. The whole buffet was like a morning market, chaotic and not very appetizing. The food from its room service, however, was spectacular. All 3 dishes were super delicious and reasonably priced. However I do not like that I couldn't find the menus for all of their restaurants on their website. There's no way for you to know beforehand if you like the dishes or not unless you are in the room and scan their QR code. Tried out the hotel's gym due to being stuck by Typhoon Wipha. It was small but well-equipped. But definitely small. Tried the hotel's lobby bar before leaving. The ice drip coffee was nice and reasonably priced. Finally, the hotel seems to have a clientele problem and was infested with stuck-up influencer bros that would size you up and walk with a stick in their ass, and middle-aged uncles with dark color polo shirts and an LV belt. Fits the hotel's vibe, I guess.
I wanted to thank the team for a fabulous weekend at the Park Hyatt SZ. Consistent with our past experience, we received the highest levels of hospitality, starting with our personal late night welcome from Chris who made sure we were safely in our room before retiring for the weekend to spend Father’s Day with his family. Our suite was immaculate as usual and we woke up to a great breakfast spread at the Glasshouse which, although full, was able to accommodate all of your guests cheerfully and efficiently. We really enjoyed the happy hour offering at the Living Room, where we hosted our guests who were equally impressed with the set-up. It’s an extremely unique (and from the look of the crowd - popular) product and will keep us coming back over and over again! The combination of high quality F&B, great service and unbeatable views make this a very compelling proposition. We were also able to enjoy lunch at the Garden Pavilion the next day - where we had numerous social dinners in the past and my wife celebrated her birthday last year. The food was wonderful and although the service was hampered by the unexpected full house, it was nevertheless still at a high standard. Special shout-out to Doris who went above and beyond to make sure we left contented - including calling back the chefs to prepare a missed order (apologies to the kitchen staff!). She is the epitome of the “never say no” hospitality professional and a great addition to the team. Thank you for being such great hosts.
Rooms were clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Went back to the hotel again with my family for a 3 nights stay and this time it didn't fail to impress. Services were top-notch and the young man (from bell/concierge) never fails to greet us with big smiles whether its day or night. Love the proximity to CocoPark and how the young men from Bell/ Concierge who always gives great recommendations for food and local attractions.
Excellent hotel with great service and food. Hotel rooms, gym, and pool areas were well maintained and up to date. Highly recommended and this is my third stay.
The breakfast was amazing, it is very clean and the staff is really kind. Perfect hotel.
I chose to have my birthday celebration here and was very happy I did. The whole experience was fantastic from the food to the staff. The team were so attentive and helpful. The food was so good and well presented. I will have no problem staying and recommending this hotel to others 100%
The Hotel was great and tall that you can have a good view from your room or the lobby and restaurant. It is also near to a Mall and lots of restaurant to choose from. The room is clean and the staff are very kind and full of smile. The pool was cozy and nice, the gym is also ok.
This was my second stay here, and overall, it was still a great experience with good service. Location is also great and the staff outside was very helpfull.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, the variety was limited, and I had to wait quite a while for my order, which took so long that the rest of my food was cold by the time it arrived. In the evening, when we went for drinks, there was a bit of a language barrier with the restaurant staff, and surprisingly, the chocolate cake was already unavailable by 9 PM. Something I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this standard. It was a pleasant stay, but the service in the restaurant and café could definitely be improved.
