5/10Multiple negative reports about staff rudeness, poor reception behavior, room-entry without knocking and inconsistent treatment/pricing; a few mentions of friendly afternoon reception but overall service is a weakness.
Location
9.5/10Consistently praised ("Ubicación", "cerca del área industrial", "bien ubicado", "easy access"); strong positive sentiment about convenience and proximity to points of interest.
