Smeštaj ima sasvim korektnu lokaciju i nije previše udaljen od plaže. Takođe, pogled sa terase je zaista lep i prijatan.

KRAĐA U HOTELU I KATASTROFALNA HIGIJENA! Prvog dana nam je iz sobe nestao ranac sa garderobom i patikama. Umesto da pomogne i pokaže kamere, recepcija je agresivno skočila u odbranu osoblja, ubeđujući nas da ne idemo u policiju (koju smo ipak pozvali). Ranac je misteriozno vraćen u sobu trećeg dana, tek kada su shvatili da nemaju koristi od stvari i da ne odustajemo. Menadžer nas za 10 dana nije ni pozvao ni izvinio se! Higijena je nula. Sobe se uopšte ne čiste, samo zatežu krevet. Posteljinu ne menjaju, obeležili smo je hemijskom i 6 dana je nisu pipnuli. Kada smo zahtevali čišćenje, čistačica je iz besa odbila i da uđe. Zbog takvog bezobrazluka skinuli smo sve sa kreveta i spavali na golom dušeku, a brisali se isključivo svojim ličnim peškirima koje smo srećom imali. Sobe su premale (prolazi se bočno), TV ne radi, klima jedva hladi iako radi ceo dan. Doručak je svaki dan isti. Za 1663 evra, ovaj hotel je čista farsa i ne vredi ništa. Izbegavajte ih u širokom luku ako ne želite da vam nestaju stvari!

Rooftop was good but opening hours should be early.

Room was so small even we could barely open our luggage on the floor. It wasnt obvious from the pictures. Also there isnt any place to drag the luggage in front of the hotel enterance, if you have heavy luggage, all you get is stairs :)

Die öffentliche Terrasse im 10. Stock ist wunderschön eingerichtet a la mykonos style. Gute Snacks und Drinks. Ich habe jeden Abend dort den unglaublichen Blick aufs Meer und den perfekten Sonnenuntergang genossen.

Naročito mi se dopao sky bar i bazen na krovu hotela te dostupnost lezajki na istim. Sobe se ciste svaki dan sto je također za pohvalu :) Na mirnoj lokaciji tako da ste izvan gradske buke.

- It might happen that you don’t have a space at the upstairs pool, if it fills up too quickly - The elevators are slow and you have to wait for a long time

Just got home after a 4 night break here at Wahala fun . The whole place was spotless . We got the same two beds every day around the pool which in fairness is due to me being an early riser and the pool doesn’t open until 11 . We went room only so can’t comment on the breakfast but we had lunch 3 times and the food was very good . My daughter enjoyed the cocktails ,claiming that the pina colada was the best she had ever had .The views from our balcony weren’t great but the surrounding area other than the harbour looks a bit run down but that is no fault of Wahala fun . The room has a fridge and a safe which was free to use . The staff were very friendly and good at their jobs . We left on the afternoon that the solar eclipse was taking place that night and the pool area was absolutely packed when we left . The pool isn’t the largest but it was perfect for and needed as it was in the upper 70 degrees most days . Very short transfer from airport and only a short walk onto the promenade where there are restaurants and the beach . Overall a great place to stay .

This hotel is a must! Breakfast was really good, lot of options! Staff accomodating skills was super! Really love the woman who checked us in, didn’t have a chance to get her name but i’ll love to see her again when we comeback! Room was very clean and satisfying! Environment is well structured and it is very convenient in all the locations you wanna visit! I rate this a 10/10, very deserving! I’ll surely wanna be back here soon again. I’ happy and well satisfied 🫶🏼

Nice from outside, some steep stairs to get in/out, not easy to park if you have a car; (tiny) swimming pool is only open h11-19, (very good) breakfast h8-11. We had wc and bathroom water shortage one day. Expensive (225€ / night for a double room), in general, considering the area where we are (S'Arenal is not Palma city).

On the last night of our stay, we had no water as we prepared for an international flight. This had a very negative impact on our stay and travel.

Roof top bar has good potential, however, sun beds crammed together with some pushed up against side walls! Music loud all day….awful choice of music which drove us to spend our days at the beach… asked receptionist if volume could be turned down to which we were informed “this is party town music is loud” no manager on duty when we asked so we found another hotel close by which was perfect. We asked for city tax refund which was declined. If you want a good sleep it’s fine as room is comfortable. But communication is really poor…music to loud and not to most people’s taste during the day on roof top bar and sun beds squished together. I’m sure someone will respond with excuses…..

This wasn’t our usual type of hotel/resort but was a last minute option. Rooms very basic, no ‘extras’ no frills, definitely no luxuries in any area, however we asked for a kettle and iron and were obliged immediately. predominately a German tourist area which initially we found slightly daunting and were definitely treated slightly different, however we soon got the gist of how to get noticed. Very cramped by the poolside and although it doesn’t open until 11 you could get there at 10.30 for a bed. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, felt very safe in all areas and would stay in this hotel again for a short stopover.

Az nem tetszett,hogy a tetőteraszon este csak úgy lehet leülni,ha fizetsz.A szobalányok egyszer sem takarítottak az 5 napos ott tartozkodásunk alatt.Csak törölközőt cseréltek,és kukát ürítették.Nem figyelték mikor hagyjuk el a szobát,mindig akkor jöttek mikor épp a szobában voltunk.

Such a lovely small hotel with a lovely roof top terrace and pool. The food on the roof top terrace is delicious. I sampled the club sandwich and the pizza and both were yummy and very reasonably priced The staff are so friendly and the rooms are really nice and simple and extremely clean. Would highly recommend

Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert

I stayed at this hotel with my friend, and we absolutely loved everything from start to finish! We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the amazing Adrian, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. His kindness and professionalism made a wonderful first impression. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The towels were changed every day, and we especially loved the beautiful balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The common areas were always clean and well maintained, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the location was simply perfect—close to everything we needed. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We would definitely love to come back!

Es war sauber, Zimmer waren schön.

Am ersten Abend haben wir die Klima 4 Stunden laufen lassen und es wurde nicht kalt. Es war 23 Uhr, dann haben wir an der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt, dass es 36 Grad in dem Zimmer hat, da es draußen so heiß war. Der Kollege an der Rezeption meinte nur, ja die Klima ist kaputt, sie haben kein anderes Zimmer, welches sie uns geben können, wir sollen für diese Nacht die Fenster aufmachen und morgen früh wieder kommen. Wir haben geschwitzt im sitzen in diesem Zimmer!!!! Es war unmöglich. Wir mussten dann das Hotelzimmer wechseln für eine Nacht und den Preis dafür zahlen. Am nächsten Morgen waren wir wieder dort, da war ein anderer Kollege da. Er hat gesagt, dass sie im Zimmer waren und die Klima funktioniert. Man hätte nur einen Knopf drücken müssen. Das hat uns aber niemand gesagt, woher sollen wir das wissen? Wir haben KEINE Erstattung für die Nacht bekommen. Lediglich kostenfrei Frühstück für die folgenden 2 Tage, welches wir aber bewusst nicht gewählt hatten, weil wir es nicht brauchen.

What I liked was that the hotel was clean, the room was cleaned regularly, and the staff were always willing to help with any questions and were very friendly. I also appreciated having a safe in the room, which was very convenient for storing documents and valuables.

On the downside, the room was very basic and lacked a number of amenities. There wasn’t even a bottle of water, which was particularly disappointing considering the outside temperature was over 35°C. There were also no drinking glasses, tissues, or some basic toiletries such as cotton buds. The room had a TV, but there was no option to connect personal devices or watch your own content, which was a bit inconvenient. I also noticed that some members of staff greeted us in German, even though we were clearly not German. This gave me the impression that the hotel caters mainly to German guests.

As I stayed in the hm hotels before and being a hm club member I expected a little bit more. There was no welcome detail, and although the two problems that bother me to most were solves quickly (sort of) I didn’t feld welcome like a used to be. There were other rooms available online (I looked it up) but switching to an other room wasn’t an option. I took a shower before leaving to the airport but unfortunately there is no lock on the door so I was glad I put my backpack in front of the door. I will not choose again for this hotel.

I had a really pleasant stay at this property. The room is clean, tidy and well-equipped with all necessary facilities. The staff are friendly, polite and always ready to help. The location is great too, convenient for transportation and daily activities. I felt comfortable and relaxed during my whole trip. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and will choose it again next time.

La chambre a été très confortable et la petite vue sur mer latérale est un vrai plus! Nous avons pu faire garder nos bagages dans une salle fermée, revenir à la piscine en fin de journée et même prendre une douche, c'était vraiment super ! La vue du rooftop est excellente.

Le sol de la salle de bain/ douche accessible au -1 pour ceux n'ayant plus de chambre était particulièrement sale et trempé. Mais certainement à cause d'une personne passée avant moi. Attention vigilance sur ce point.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab eine große Auswahl. Die Lage war für uns ganz angenehm, da wir nicht direkt in der Partymeile wohnen wollten. Man ist in 5 Min. am Strand und somit auch gleich bei den Restaurants und Geschäften.

Ein kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es, da die man die Handtücher erneuern könnte. Aber für uns nicht so tragisch

Stayed here last minute so didn't really put much thought into it. The hotel is very clean and very quiet in the evening for such a busy hotel. The pool area on the roof is small, but there was always a bed or chairs to sit as most headed to the beach, great veiws, music could be turned down a level or two as it was a bit loud sometimes. I ordered food twice and the food was very slow in coming up, over an hour on both occasions and I had to ask them on both times how long more but it turned out on both times that they forgot to put it through??? I don't know, maybe this was just my bad luck, but in general it looked like it was being run well. The rooms were very quiet, bed was very comfortable, herself was delighted with the pressure in the shower, as I don't think I've ever had one so good. Fridge is small. Not much privacy on the porch area as the bamboo structure was annoying with people in the next rooms constantly looking in. The cleaning staff make alot of noise out in the hallways in the morning (early), so if your out late and want a lie in....forget that one, they talk loud to each other and the radios they carry are just as bad. Didn't eat there as there's loads of options around, bus stop to and from the airport is less that 200mtrs.

La struttura molto bella moderna e pulita. Servizi ottimi. La colazione era pazzesca, c’era di tutto e molte cose fatte al momento. Top. Il Roof top stupendo con una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sul tramonto e anche i cocktail e il cibo servito era molto buono.

La zona in cui si trova è ad un passo dal lungomare ma intorno è una zona abbastanza degradata.

Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und das Hotel sauber und gepflegt. Die Bar auf dem Dach hat gute Getränke und bietet einem bezaubernden Blick. Die Balkone sind geräumig und die Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und am liebsten hätte ich das Kopfkissen mitgenommen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das sehr gute Frühstück, welches für jeden Geschmack etwas bietet. Die ruhige Lage hat alles abgerundet.

Mir fällt nichts ein, was ich zu bemängeln hätte. Alles andere wäre jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and overall had a very good experience. The location is definitely one of its biggest advantages — it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by everything you might need, including restaurants, shops, and cafes. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options available every morning. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel was always very clean and smelled fresh, which made the stay even more pleasant. The rooms were good and having a balcony was definitely a nice bonus. The only downside was that during the night it was quite easy to hear people talking in the corridors and doors closing, which could sometimes be a bit noisy. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel does not have its own parking, so you need to look for parking around the surrounding streets, which can sometimes be inconvenient. Overall, it was a good stay and it’s definitely a hotel I would return to.

Für die jenigen die zum Party machen da sind und auch mal Ruhe wollen optimal. Der Weg zu Fuß 20 min. an der Promenade lang. Hotel hat eine schöne Dachterasse mit Pool und Bar. Das Frühstück sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Personal sehr freundlich und Zimmer sauber.

Die Lage, die Sauberkeit, die Betten und die Isolierung. Obwohl das Zimmer neben den Fahrstühlen lag war Nachts absolute Ruhe. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und reichhaltig.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen und uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und es gab viel Auswahl. Auch die Dachterrasse mit der Bar und dem Pool war sehr schön und der Ausblick ein Traum. Um zu feiern sind wir etwa 20 Minuten bis zum Mega Park gegangen. Der Weg war voll ok. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
