Welikehotel Fenix

Nice comfortable bed, good shower, great breakfast, good pool , location bars and restuarants.

The front walk ways and stairs need to be more clearly marked and lit. The pool had different levels and again need to be clearly marked. One of the children fell painfully due to not seeing the levels had changed. The children loved the pool, the adults were more anxious. The parking was difficult especially as we arrived late after a disrupted flight. The different parking areas should be more clearly identified even if they are a 10-15 walk away.

Confortable !

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Busstation direkt vor dem Hotel.

Les chambres sont propres et bien aménagées ! Belle emplacement et bon petit déjeuner!

Le manque de parking !

The room was clean and spacious. With everything needed in it. The cleaning ladies were polite, dilligient, and most importantly, you cannot hear them working in the morning. The balcony was big and comfortable for morning coffee.

I was hearing the snoring of a guy in some of the rooms next to mine and every step (and those were a lot) of the people in the room above mine. This kind of spoiled the experience.

Colazione a buffet varia e sempre ben rifornita.

Very friendly staff and great location - close to the bus stop to Palma and the airport, 10 min to the water park, 10 min to the beach on foot. Good breakfast though it’d be nice to have a greater variety

There was occasionally an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioner and the bathroom, even though the bathroom was clean—probably an issue with the pipes/drainage. It would also have been great to have a drying rack for clothes.

Personale molto disponibile, ci sono venute tante volte incontro. Colazione dolce e salato abbondante

Nulla

location, staff, breakfast

parking but fortunately public parking close-by

Personal nett

Frühstück war nicht besonders. Omelette nicht zu empfehlen. Matratzen sind auseinandergegangen

TOP

Posizione ottima per chi intende visitare l’isola in auto

Liftas veikia

Sienos be garso izoliacijos, maisto pasirinkimo galetu but daugiau

Strtttura ben organizzata, pulita, ottima colazione e personale gentile e accogliente

Everything was good. Clean, the staff were really amazing, very friendly. Nice rooms, clean and spacious.

If you are planning to use the pool, specially with kids, I would not recommend. There were loads of loud drunk tourist drinking alcohol in the pool and a couple of them vomining inside and outside the pool. The atmosphere was not good in there. And it was not even a weekend.

Gemütliches Hotel an ruhiger Lage.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war überdurchschnittlich

La gentilezza dello staff, la pulizia e la colazione

Tutto perfetto!

Very comfortable and clean room, superb continental breakfast, very friendly staff. Easy to reach from Palma's airport

Unfortunately the hotel does not provide private parking. Finding public parking available may be difficult in the high season

relaxte sfeer

Cleanliness and helpful staff

The swimming pool was a little small

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage, leckeres Frühstück, alles super

Da gibt es nichts

Saubere und ansprechende Zimmer, freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Nulla

La estancia perfecta, el personal muy amable.

Everything was good and comfortable with babies.

Only thing we felt was pool could be open a bit early because the checkout is at 11am and the pool opens only by 10am.

Nice and clean and quiet considering the area

Top

the staff were super friendly and attentive and the location has nice restaurants and it feels very fresh there and its clean and shower was pretty nice

the beds are not really that comfortable and the room is very simple a bit outdated not really exactly like on the pictures the room is also not soundproof you hear everything so for one or two nights stay its good
