Reviewed Sep 1, 2026早餐超級好吃！有很多不同蛋的煮法（歐姆蛋、水煮蛋、炒蛋等）吐司有枷椰醬！還有其他馬來西亞料理 早餐多元化，不怕找不到自己敢吃的 房間有小桌子跟浴缸，電視很大 因為桌子的關係，雙人房只能打開兩個登機行李箱會比較舒適 對面有24小時超商
唯一可能要挑剔的是地理位置，離商城走路10分鐘，買完走回去可能會有點累 但撇除這個，他還是滿分的飯店，請一定要體驗他的早餐，非常好吃

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Het hotel ligt heel centraal in Kota Kinabalu. De kamers hadden mooi uitzicht over de zee en waren ruim. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid. Prima zwembad om even af te koelen.
Toen we aankwamen hing er een wat vreemde geur in de kamer. Door de airco hard aan te zetten werd dit minder. Her en der zou er wat onderhoud plaat kunnen vinden maar dit was absoluut niet storend.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026周遭是亞庇最熱鬧的地方，百貨、夜市、超市、各種食物店家都具備，十分方便。房間有超大面窗戶，面海的景觀很棒，尤其是可以在房間內就看到美麗的夕陽，令人印象深刻。淋浴空間很大，水壓足夠，房間還算寬敞，WIFI訊號穩定，房內只提供小罐瓶裝水，沒有飲水機。早餐品項豐富，用完再補的速度也算快，但品項和其他飯店大同小異，讓我懷疑沙巴的旅店都是提供這樣的早餐嗎?
這是中國人開設的飯店，所以房客大概八成都是中國人。用完早餐後，大概中午肚子就怪怪的，下午就一直拉肚子拉到晚上才好一點，不確定是哪一項食物有問題。

Personeel in het begin niet bepaald hartelijk. Na het gedoe en de discussie overdreven vriendelijk.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Perfect location, quiet with a great view of the water from the 12th floor. Good food from the cafe downstairs.
The breakfast had a wide variety of foods but the only coffee available was from a Nescafé machine with just 3 choices: black coffee, black tea and salted caramel latte. The black coffee was instant coffee and was bitter. I wouldn’t have considered trying black tea from a machine. The salted caramel latte was so sweet that I found it to be undrinkable. Also the cold cereal offerings were basically sugar and chocolate junk food. For a top notch hotel I think it’s shameful that they didn’t have an espresso machine or at least have brewed coffee; and didn’t offer a healthier cold cereal like muesli or granola.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026My kids love the swimming pool n definitely the bathtub.. enjoy the breakfast n its walking distance to the gaya street (choose weekend! Friday n Saturday - night market, variety of good food. Sunday - Gaya street sunday market start in the morning). Parking - Rm5 per entry. I received yummiest cake fr my belated birthday.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026The convenient location, the good breakfast spread, the polite and well-trained staff (including the duty manager), the fact that the room was well-equipped with everything (iron and ironing board, even a weighing scale!), my room on Level 13 (P) was clean, spacious and had such a beautiful expansive view of the sea!
The hotel is a little dated, it also attracts hordes of certain tourist groups (I suppose because of its reasonable pricing). When we first checked in, we were shocked at the number of people standing around the small hotel lobby, it made it look like we were checking into a budget hotel. However, thank goodness, when we saw our room, it sort of made up for the initial shock. Our room on Level 13 (P) was quiet and peaceful at night.

Location was perfect for us, visiting the Night Market and short walking route to the Clock Tower and Chinese area, as well as the pier. Would highly recommend and would return if we came back to KK.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Friendly and efficient staff - made check-in and check-out a breeze. Request for quiet room was accommodated. Room service was quick and delicious - both breakfast and dinner (dinner portions were huge- beware!). Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Very spacious and well appointed room. Exceptional view from top floor. Laundry service a bit expensive but efficient and highly convenient. Prime location close to Gaya Street night market and convenient shopping (convenience store, pharmacy, Borneo made souvenirs, clock tower, etc.)
I did not try the free breakfast but other guests complained food was cold.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, we found shorts from a previous guest in a drawer, and a few of the corners were mouldy. Staff in the restaurant need better training, and acted like school teenagers together. Pool glass needs regular cleaning too.
