Great location Amazing sunset views from pool and restaurant

The pool was lovely and the staff were very friendly

The shower was really dirty and there was a speaker outside the room that was very loud. I would not recommend if you are someone who likes to go to bed early.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è, a mio parere, vergognoso. Le camere hanno un odore spiacevole e, in generale, non sono particolarmente belle né curate, soprattutto se rapportate al costo del soggiorno. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, non ne parliamo. Ho pagato un extra proprio per poter fare colazione in hotel, ma è stata un’esperienza davvero pessima: poca scelta e, soprattutto, tantissime mosche. Assolutamente non all’altezza del prezzo pagato. Un’altra cosa a cui consiglio di fare molta attenzione riguarda gli orari di check-in e check-out. Verificate bene quelli effettivamente previsti dalla vostra prenotazione e fateveli rispettare, perché a quanto pare gli orari indicati possono non corrispondere a quelli che la struttura cerca poi di farvi rispettare. Nel mio caso sono persino arrivati a chiamarmi in camera per mandarmi via. Ma la cosa che mi ha lasciata più insoddisfatta in assoluto è stata la gestione di un oggetto che avevo dimenticato nella struttura. In quel momento sarei rimasta in Malesia per altre due settimane e mezza abbondanti, quindi avevo tutto il tempo per organizzare il recupero dell’oggetto. Eppure la struttura ha impiegato tantissimo tempo a rispondermi. Ho dovuto chiamare moltissime volte e insistere continuamente per ottenere informazioni. Mi rispondevano anche dopo settimane e, alla fine, ancora oggi non ho ricevuto le informazioni che aspettavo e non so dove sia.

Good central location for access to the city centre.

Tiny motorcycles in KK seem to all have the baffles on their exhausts removed, so that they make as much noise as possible whenever one tries to sleep! 😔

1. The smell from the KK Market reaches the 18th floor and the pool and the lobby. 2. Our shower drain clogged and water overflowed out to the room.

Came to collect my bag from storage but was shocked when they didn't check if I took the right bag out of storage. I was told to go in the storage place and get it myself. What if I took out some else's bag. The reception should have checked the bag tag that was given.

Great location. Nice views and pool on rooftop. Rooms are comfortable and there are water stations on each floor and laundry. Breakfast was decent.

Staff are not very secure about stored luggage. They just let us walk in and take our luggage from the stored room vs checking our tags to the luggage. This should be corrected and staff trained to ensure to protect guests property Staff should give some tips about restaurants and also being able to watch sunset from 6th floor

I have requested for a bit of surprise event for our anniversary and it's amazing.. simple and memorable! tq for the staff for making that happen!

The room i was given was big corner room. Location of the hotel was great with suria sabah and centrepoint just a stone throw away.

The hotel lobby location is mixed with residential from the building shore so its is abit overwhelming area. Especially at orange and the lobby. So many people but it is expected.

地點就在夜市、榴槤街、加亞街附近，用餐逛夜市都方便，樓下就有便利商店，這次的房間偏小，但高樓層景觀不錯，房間還附設小廚房和簡單的廚具，可惜沒有調味料，不然可以在房間內煮簡單的食物。早餐還不錯，可惜基本菜色都沒變，每天變化不大。每一樓層都有飲水機，裝冰水和熱水都很方便。

晚上的WIFI會比較不穩定，應該是同時使用的房客太多導致，房間隔音不算很好，如果隔壁講話大聲一點會聽到聲音。

Modern building with amazing infinity pools and terrace. Good location, close to the local markets and the DBKK jetty. Breakfast can be added for 38 RM/pax. Laundry costs 30 RM (washing and drying). The restaurant has good deals for lunch.

Breakfast area is full of flies during serving hour. I feel not hygienic to dine.

I liked that the hotel room was clean and spacious. There is a kitchenette system in the room too. We had booked this one night stay before moving to the next destination. The breakfast was sufficient. There is also a welcome coffee machine (which can also provide warm milk) at the lobby if you arrive between 8AM-6PM. In addition, if you give your car no. plate to the reception, you will enjoy the free parking throughout your stay.

(not dislikes, just something for others to note) The lobby area is interconnected with The Shore. There are different areas for each but it may be confusing the first time. Also, the hotel room we stayed (1118) had loose cabinet doors: I was concerned that these may drop off.

Had breakfast once, it was fine. Lots of places nearby for food. Excellent location. Good value at about 350RM per night (as with most hotels, it fluctuates).

Location is central, the staff member who assisted us when we arrived at 2 am was amazing and super helpful when I couldn’t unlock my case.

Staff not informed about tourism maps and what to do and that there was a lovely restaurant on the 6th floor where you could get a glass of wine. Where the staff said nothing was open in the hotel and go to water front.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast menu could be improved, as it did not quite meet the expected standard. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended and reasonably priced. Its convenient location, close to various eateries and the night market, is definitely a plus.

Je ne retournerai jamais dans cet hôtel à cause de sa proximité immédiate (600m) d une mosquée. Nos vacances furent gâchées par l appel de la prière de 4/5h TOUT LES MATINS!!!. Je comprends que la Malaisie est un pays musulman, le problème c est la totale inexistance d isolation phonique des chambres, et c est le cœur du problème, l expérience de ce très bon hôtel est totalement gâchée par ce manquement. Étant donnée que la Malaisie vit grâce au tourisme, que les hôtel s assure de la bonne isolation de ses chambres, c est le stricte minimum surtout étant donné la proximité avec un mosquée. Pour les esprits chagrin, j ai poursuivi mon voyage vers kuala lumpur après KK et je n ai pas eu à souffrir de ce type de désagrément pourtant il s agit du même pays.

Location is great; near to the airport (about 30 mins drive during peak hour), and Anjung Kinabalu (night market + seafood spread) was a 5 mins walk, amongst other locations. Pretty centralised, walkable distance - perfect for exploring. Great view of the sea from the room. Comfortable bed, clean room. Friendly staff.

The room might be due for a renovation or maintenance. Visible signs of "wear and tear" such as bad waterproofing in the bathroom which leads to a stagnant smell. Unpleasant odour in the corridor that I suspect came from the carpeted floor. These two factors aren't a big deal if you are only here for a short stay.

Il n’y avait pas assez d’aliments sucrés pour le petit dej type yaourt, variétés de fruits, viennoiseries, etc Nous avions l’impression que le petit déjeuner était pensé pour une partie des clients et non l’entièreté malgré la qualité des aliments.

The shower leaked a lot of water onto the floor because of its design - just dripping from the tiles. Absolutely faulty design

Staff was quick to address issues

The shower (seemed to be coming from the drain in the floor)emitted a sewage smell. We got our room changed and within a day the new shower also started doing the same thing. Also would not recommend to light sleepers as it is near a mosque and the call to prayer plays on a loud speaker starting at 5am.

The restaurant had minimal food options and very western, having some Malaysian food as well as western could be ideal. Hot water wasn’t working initially and the bathroom gets very wet when you have a shower.

Bathroom water flowing outside toilet seat area (same issue with my last visit), need to wipe it using clothes. If not, whole toilet will be wet. I can hear the billboard music sound even I was at level 20. Sound proof really need to improve.

They were not prepared to pick us up from the airport , we used a local cab which was fine but as a first timer to Kota Kinabalu it would have been a nice introduction especially as we didn’t know what to expect.

Location is great. Great view of the sea. The kichenette was a nice surprise. Definitely value for money.

My room is located very far from the main lift and the walk way to the room must hv a proper signage to see from the far as my room is divided into 2 rooms. And for me staying alone and arr late are so scary. No coffee/tea supplies in the room.

The location is superb, very close to Gaya Street, the waterfront and other malls. The pool level is an excellent place to view the sunset, and the gym is well-equipped.

The room is not as clean as expected, got some bug bites from sitting on the fabric covered chair by the window, and the fridge had a smell.

The room was good as advertised, and it offered a great sunset view of Kota Kinabalu.

It is a little pricey for the space in my opinion, though I rarely stay in Kota Kinabalu so I may not have a good basis for comparison.

While the location is central, it is also opposite the fish market. This meant using the pool would also be accompanied by fish smells.

Es hat einfach alles gestimmt! Das Zimmer war sauber und super eingerichtet, inkl. gemütlichem Bett und Kissen und einer sehr guten Dusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig und super lecker. Außerdem wird Kaffee und Trinkwasser kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Man kann auch die hauseigene Münzwäscherei für kleines Geld nutzen. Der Pool und das Fitnessstudio sind super und die Lage ebenfalls perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

we are local guest.. 1st time heen here... very comfy n spacious ... i though it just a room.. but it is like an entire studio home with kitchen appliances and standard tableware n cutlery the location is in the center of kk town. walking distance to mall, food or everywhere in town.

The location and the pool were fantastic. The room was clean and the bed insanely comfortable! I loved the drinking water dispensers on every floor and easy access to pool towels.

The reception staff especially were very blunt and cold. Considering it was quiet and there were 4+ reception staff, I had to ask them to use the luggage cart myself and they were reluctant to show me to my room. The restaurant staff were super friendly though didn’t seem to know what ingredients were in the different food/drinks which is a huge problem in terms of allergies. Also, in order to pay card at the restaurant I had to go back down 6 floors to reception as they didn’t have a card machine. Especially with another hotel in the same building being half the price, citadines need to differentiate and provide better service to justify the price.

The smell is the hallway was very u pleasant , the room upon entering stank of greasy food. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. We booked this hotel because it offers laundry facility ( fortunately that was even clear) and we were doing a hike in the middle of the night, meaning that we would not sleep at all. We just needed a place for shower and leave our bags, and to do our laundry the next morning. Our floor’s hallway and room smelt so bad that it wasn’t even good enough for shower and resting of bags. It seems the carpet has never been cleaned.
