- dirty walls and doors - old carpet - useless glass door in the bathtub with holes, so the bathroom was basically flooded after each shower - old dirty windows - very steel stairs

the room allocated needed to be acessed by 2 flights of very steep narrow staircases that spiralled It was extremely difficult for my wife to ascend these stairs she has a ling condition and is registered disabled. We did ask a member of staff if we could change room but was told there was no availibilty on the ground floor

A well-located hotel and the room that we stayed in had a wonderful sea view. The deal itself was wonderful, with an amazing array of restaurants.

This is not a hote in the normal way.l. This is more like service departments or similar. Attention to detail was not great. The room could have been cleaner. For example the lamp shades were very, very dusty and there was a slow leak in the bathroom coming through the wall, which was clearly not new. However the staff were attentive and helped when there were problems. Overall despite the issues, I would probably stay again.

Easy self check in and out. Room was clean, comfy bed, having a bath and a shower was great. Facilities in the room were great and replenished each day. Excellent WiFi connection and wireless charging unit.

I found the quilt quite heavy.

I liked how central it was, and how easy checking in was. It was all pretty seamless.

Unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable, the rooms are a little tired and could do with a little tlc. I know it probably isn't in the hotels control but the parking to the rear - you can stay from 6pm-8am for free but then you only get 3 hours max stay after that. You have to move to another car park which I believe is also a 3 hour max stay.

Location is excellent, lovely large bathroom, very comfortable bed. Plenty of shelf space and the room was quite spacious.

The room wasn't ready at 15:00 for check in as it was still being cleaned. Top shelf was very dusty which transferred to the suit carrier I placed on it

Location was good and the room was good (2). After reading all the reviews, I really wasn’t looking forward to our stay at the hotel but in all fairness the room was comfortable, it was quiet overnight and we didn’t have any problems. it was actually enjoyable stay.

Price and common areas downstairs. It was v expensive for where and what it is. No breakfast, no parking included.

The facilities were good and the bathroom large with all the required equipment. The location and sea views are amazing. The easy check in and out were also great for speed and convenience.

If I’m honest it was ok , just thought it was a little expensive with no breakfast, only manned 09.00 to 17.00. Stairs were a nightmare to the top floor with bags and narrow staircases.

Super location

Room 5 is actually small repurposed storage/ service space. There was no space to walk in the room, the bathroom was large and bigger than the room. The sliding door to bathroom was obstructed with the tv. One twin bed looked straight into wc. Disappointing space.

The Hotel was on the seafront at Deal. The receptionist was helpful on arrival. The room was clean, and the appliances in room were great. Coffee/Tea making facilities, Microwave, Crockery and Cutlery, Iron and Ironing board. All made for a comfortable stay.

Yes the room was clean, but there was a couple of spots in the room that could do with a touch up.

The toilet tank didin’t fix after use

Lovely room, great location and the staff were all so helpful and lovely.

My only gripe would be that the single beds weren't zipped together. Parking is a pain but it's the councils fault as they control the local parking.

The best location in town just in front of the beach and cafes and restaurants, the room was quiet and very nice.

Didn’t realise it was regatta day the night we stayed and the street outside full of people partying and loud live music which was clearly audible - people were sitting on windowsill of room!!

The location was perfect, the suite was well furnished and had some very nice touches.

The stairs are hard to navigate, they go in all different directions making it hard to find your room. The communal areas are tatty and the front of the hotel is very unappealing. The carpet in the room was very worn.

The room was big and stylish and had everything you would need. It's just opposite the pier and beach which is nice. Our room was ground floor so smack bang on the street which meant you needed to keep curtains closed when dressing. It wasn't particularly noisy from traffic. The double glazing seemed to work well. They had wine for a charge in the room which was a nice touch. They also had tea/coffee making with tea biscuit. Also nice. However the nice coffee machine was dusty on the inside and not sure if it had been cleaned or descaled in a while so gave it a miss which was a shame as it was a decent coffee. Shower was enormous.

It was a kind of self service so not staff around. If you arrive early that's fine but if you arrive after they've left at 5:00, you're on your own. I personally prefer someone on hand especially as the room wasn't particularly cheap. It was about £200 for the night. Bathroom needed hooks and the temperature control on the shower didn't work which I advised them of.

A bit rambling

Super unkompliziertes Self-Checkin Hotel. Supersüsse, gemütliche Zimmer, bequemes Bett und top Lage an der Meerespromenade in Deal. Nur 10min vom Fährenterminal in Dover.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber es störte nicht wirklich, da es somit noch heimeliger wirkte.

Situated on the seafront. Street door access to our suite with a fridge, microwave, crockery and air conditioning which was very welcome in the hot weather.

We really liked all of it.

The hotel was great, a great location to everything you could want. It was lovely having a little kitchen area , fridge, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. We had a lovely couple of days.

The only thing that could have been better for us was that we found the bed to be very hard and uncomfortable. We appreciate that with a bed everyone has different needs also.

The shower head was fixed in a low position. Not great for tall person, especially as the water pressure was poor so it was tricky! I also used the vending machine and the food had gone past the use by date.

Bequemer Zugang durch den Türcode, der zuvor per Mail kam. Die Lage zur Stadt und zum Wasser ist sehr gut, die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind traumhaft. Es sind alte Gebäude, manches ist etwas krumm und schief, doch das macht den Charme aus.

Wow. Favourite room I think I’ve ever stayed in. Just stunning. Amazing location.

It is on the front so road traffic and beach noise can be louder in the evening so bring ear plugs and an eye mask.

Individuelles Zimmer mit Treppe zum Badezimmer. Sauber und freundliches Personal. Parken leider etwas aufwändig, da alle 3 Stunden nachbezahlt werden muss. Lage perfekt am Strand!

It is a great location and the suite was also lovely, clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and even let us check in a bit earlier than 3 pm.

The aircon in the room makes noise every few minutes when in operation.

Room was clean, good decor, excellent facilities - microwave, crockery & cutlery plus fridge. Air conditioning was most welcome!

Location is excellent 👌 amazing sunrise. The staff we met were friendly and attentive.

The front of the property needs to be smartened up and made more presentable as others are in the area. When considering the price of the rooms one would expect breakfast included or alteast the oppotunity or purchasing a breakfast, unfortunatly a vending machine doesn't suffice.
