The pool and the view

The airco and TV did not work. The cocktails we're totally overpriced and of no Quality. The staff did not respect my girlfriend and didnt speak English. But kept however charging service costs without giving any service.

Het hele totaalplaatje, foto's op booking.com komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Kamers roken muf, de welness wandeling om het hotel was gewoon te smerig. Poolbar viel tegen, happy hour kreeg je halve glazen. En ons uitzicht vanaf de hotelkamer was niet fijn, alleen maar blad dus gordijnen dicht houden. Wij vonden het hotel sfeerloos. Nog nooit eerder meegemaakt!

Frendly staff, great facilities and really good food.

The estate exudes peacefulness and calm -- made my stay there relaxing. The yoga classes and hot/cold bath facilities were fantastic and easy to access. The restaurant was also top notch in food quality and chill ambience. The hotel manager and staff were also excellent hosts and extremely accommodating. It's a lovely retreat from urban living.

The location is a little secluded, though along a freeway. It was good that there was arranged transport to town, albeit a limited schedule.

Das Personal war super freundlich Der Kaffee hat gut geschmeckt

Unser Zimmer war voller schimmel und die Anlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen und auch vom Personal absolut unterbesetzt. Leider spricht das Personal auch kaum Englisch wie es angepriesen wurde. Tische am Pool werden nicht gewischt das muss man selber machen Im Pool schwimmen tote insekten, Haare, Spucke ... Die Bar am Pool ist durchgehend geschlossen, der Barmann nimmt Bestellungen entgegen und geht erstmal ins Haupthaus um jeweils eine Bestellung fertigen zu lassen, kommt 15 Minuten später mit dem Getränk wieder um dann erst die nächste Bestellung aufzunehmen Schlafzimmer hat Schimmel Badezimmer mit Dusche hat schimmel Siphon am spülbecken tropft Das Zimmer riecht nach alter Wäsche die man tagelang in der Waschmaschine vergessen hat Vor dem aufzug der zum Ausgang führt tummeln sich insekten die gerne mit einsteigen sobald die Tür auf geht, somit muss mann 5 Stockwerke zusammen mit den Moskitos runter fahren. Durchgehend werden irgendwelche Bäume gefällt, so daß man selbst wenn man über den schmutz am Pool hinwegsehen will wegen dem Lärm nicht entspannen kann. WLAN ist überlastet (was allerdings in vielen Hotels der Fall ist) Die Bettwäsche wurde seit unserer Ankunft nicht gewechselt, nur das Bett wurde gemacht. Mooie ruime duplex hotelkamer met grote ramen en prachtig uitzicht. Super ontbijtbuffet.

Helaas was het grote zwembad gesloten. Jammer dat er geen buitenruimte bij de kamer zat, ook omdat je nu niet bij het zwembad kon zitten.

De locatie is erg mooi en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Het is een ruime kamer met ook een ruime badkamer. De yoga lessen die worden aangeboden zijn erg fijn!

The hotel cat and the buffet breakfast. Loved the pool and the walkways behind. Saw a couple of squirrels. Also loved the Mist Onsen.

Fantastic short stay at this resort with so much to offer. Stunning swimming pool and lovely breakfast with lots of healthy options . Packed with so many nice wellness activities which we unfortunately could not experience due to time constraints .

You have to accept the location is not within reasonable walking distance of much. So allow time for taxis etc.

Das Wellness Angebot ist groß und das Hotel befindet sich an einem Abhang mit tollen Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang und das Meer und auf der anderen Seite befindet sich der Wald. Es ist traumhaft und ruhig. Es scheint noch ein Geheimnis zu sein, denn es waren wenig Zimmer gebucht. Man hatte überall seine Ruhe. In Deutschland wäre so etwas komplett überlaufen und ausgebucht über das ganze Jahr. Es werden shuttle service angeboten, um bspw zum nächsten Foodmarket zu gelangen oder zu Tagesausflügen. Es ist wie ein Retreat mitten in der großen Stadt Phuket. Man muss sich um nichts kümmern und das Hotel auch nicht verlassen.

Man nimmt den Lärm der großen Straße die sich in der Nähe befindet anfangs stark wahr, wenn man den Pool benutzt. Bei allen anderen Tätigkeiten nicht.

The staff were very helpful all round. And housekeeping, reception staff all asked how I was as I was ill on my first day of arrival. Considerate. No question was too much.

The only thing is no lift to each floor, but that is the design of the building.

Die Wellness-Area ist sehr schön, der Service top und die Zimmer sauber. Ein großer Teil des Hotels sieht neu renoviert aus.

Der große Pool war leider gesperrt.

Súper chill hotel

The staff were so nice and helpful. The hotel is pure bliss with the overall feeling of calmness. The yoga class in the morning was fantastic. Food in restaurant for dinner was amazing

It's far away from any amenities like shops or restaurants, breakfast could have been better

Sono stata una settimana presso questa struttura e posso dire che sono stata benissimo.

Investirei au qualche lavoro di manutenzione, ad esempio i lettini e gli ombrelloni della piscina. Desidero anche fare un appunto riguardo gli sprechi, porte aperte e aria condizionata aumentano i consumi, questo vale sia per i turisti che per gli al ergatori.

The hotel is secluded and with a beautiful city view. If you like quiet places to Do Yoga classes, this is the place! The pool and thermal zone are well taken care off. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable.

The breakfast is basic and some of it surved cold (room temperature). The hotel is not accessibility friendly, meaning, there are a lot of stairs between the facilities and the rooms(depending on the room floor of course). The location is on the other side of the highway. If you want to get to the town, you must take a ride either with hotel transport or a taxi. It's better if you have a motorbike. The hotel transport is complementary but you have to register 2h before

Slechte locatie, personeel. restaurant is niet goedkoop en komt nog extra belasting / fooi over de prijs.

La vue depuis l’hôtel Les chambres spacieuses et très agréables avec les immenses baies vitrées. Le petit déjeuner excellent. Très belle vue du restaurant. La piscine.

L'emplacement. Loin du centre ville mais une navette est disponible gratuitement à certains horaires.

Het ontbijt

De kamers stinken naar schimmel. De vlucht uitgang was met n fietsslot afgesloten. Er was alleen n lift van beneden naar de hoogste verdieping de rest moet met de trap. Het ligt tegen een hele steile helling waar zelfs de taxi niet helemaal naar boven wilde rijden.

Magnifique hôtel niché au sommet d’une montagne, offrant une vue impressionnante sur Phuket. Le cadre est paisible et idéal pour se reposer loin de l’agitation. Le restaurant est excellent, avec une nourriture vraiment exquise. Le personnel est souriant, attentionné et très accommodant. L’hôtel offre également un service de transport vers la ville à certaines heures, ce qui est très pratique. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Un séjour parfait pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et la tranquillité.

Spectacular hotel, perfect for relaxing, resting, and enjoying delicious food.

It was very far away, impossible to go out on foot because it was on top of a hill and there was a highway at the bottom. However, they did have a shuttle service, but it didn't run frequently.

Truly a lovely property with great facilities and outstanding staff - Pungpong at reception went above and beyond to ensure I had a lovely stay. The yoga classes and massages are a must.

The staff here are so welcoming and kind, especially Pungpond whp is a darling. The spa is delightful, the views and surroundings are lovely, the room itself very comfortable and clean. The pool, the restaurant, all of it is lovely! I based here as I was doing tests at the Bangkok Hospital and it's a perfect location for that

Sehr nettes Personal, mega gemütliche Betten, wunderbare Aussicht, leckeres Frühstück, gratis Shuttle in die Stadt, gutes Fitnessstudio, tolle Yogastunden. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre dort, mit der Natur direkt dahinter und Phuket city zu den Füßen. Perfekt zum runterkommen, aber trotzdem so zentral gelegen, dass man nicht allzu weit in die Stadt für Aktivitäten hat.

An manchen Stellen mangelt es etwas an Sauberkeit. Die Massage konnte ich leider nicht wirklich genießen, da die Dame zwischendurch des öfteren ihr Handy in der Hand hatte. Die Transfer Preise sind etwas teuer für das, in welchem Zustand die Fahrzeuge sind … da kann man sich auch ein Premium Taxi bestellen.

It was truly setup for wellness. I booked a room package w massage and it was great value for money. The sauna and plunge pool facilities were perfect after a long flight. breakfast had plenty of healthy options. The staff were very helpful and communication to book the airport shuttle was efficient, even when my flight was delayed.

The size of the room was very spacious. I had the "onsen" but water isnt hot so it is more like having a pool inside your room, which is good to me! The hotel is very pretty, amid a bit remote, but it is also a good thing, there is a thermal spa with sauna and steam room which is available for free during the day. Cold and Hot bath was very nice too! The outdoor pool is immense, the temperature is just right, it has a beautiful view over the city. At night, with the lights and everything, what an experience. Free shuttle to the main areas every 2 hours.

I had trouble getting the shuttle on the way back, they say a set hour for every spot which is logically impossible, so if they say 5.30pm. Maybe its 5.30 for the first spot to get picked up, then theyll go to the second spot then the last, so you will have to add more time and take that into consideration. I waited an hour, 2 times, then i just gave up and took a grab home.

Zu laute Musik am Pool. Ungepflegter und vermüllter Naturwalk. Zimmer nennt sich bei Buchung: Superior Blick auf den Hügel mit Onsen. Das Zimmer hat keinen Onsen.

Krásný hotel, milý personál, pohodlná postel, zdarma kyvadlová doprava z/do města.

Globalement tout, le personnel, les infrastructures de bien être, le restaurant etc..

Honeymoon suite

The resort is beautiful and it offers a retreat from the city. The staff were helpful and informative. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was phenomenal. They also offer a shuttle a few times a day to and from Phuket city, the mall or the night market.

I was initially a little worried as there really isn’t much around it. I arrived the first day at 4pm and hadn’t eaten. There is a restaurant on site but I ended up ordering in. However, you can also get a shuttle into town and bring something back to eat as well

Loved the facilities steam/sauna/jacuzzi. We had a suite which was a good size. The food in the restaurant was superb. They had a shuttle bus to take you into Phuket Town. The staff were really friendly and helpful

De achterlijk lift. Eerst omhoog en dan met de trap naar beneden.

Hotel byl bardzo ciekawie polozony tj. na wzgórzu, z pięknym widokiem wśród bujnej roślinności. Pokoj ktory mieliśmy executive suite dla 4 osób byl duży i komfortowy. Basen, wspaniały w zasadzie bez ludzi i znów z pięknym widokiem.

Dziwne są windy ktore dojeżdżają na ground floor gdzie jest recepcja, na piętro pierwsze i...piate. Dla osób z niepelnosprawnosciami czy z wózkiem i małymi dziećmi odradzam. Śniadania sa dosc ubogie i czesto zimne. Nie jest tez zbyt czysto w miejscach wspólnych obiektu ale za to w pokojach bardzo.

Great view of sunrise! The hotel is perched high up on a hill which provides sweeping views of Phuket and the surrounding mountains and ocean in the distance. Our room (executive suite) was a very generous space for a family of 5. Loved the infinity pool as well. The selection of breakfast items was excellent - a lot of hot food choices which changed daily. The hotel is well maintained, clean and in good condition. The room is very clean, furniture in good condition and they spray the room for pest management as well.

The hotel has a weird layout where the floors don't really line up and you have to go upstairs then downstairs to get to the pool. Quite a confusing layout. Also not a great place for people with mobility issues as the floors have random single steps up or down. i.e. There is a step down to get into the bathroom. To get to our suite, you take the elevator then walk across the skywalk, then down stairs, up stairs then one single step down, then the hallway to the suite. The breakfast food was often cold depending on when you go. (We went right at opening at 7 am and all the foods that were suppose to be hot were cold). It seems they turn the steamers off when there is less traffic and on when there are more people there.

Потрясающее расположение отеля!! Предлагается штатный автобус до центра города, и остальных мест города. Очень вежливый персонал, уборка каждый день - постельное белье и полноценна всегда свежие! Отлично работает вся предложенная техника. Отличный хамам и сауна!! Чистый бассейн!! Кухня в ресторане на высшем уровне! Всем рекомендую.

Average hotel, quite noisy, we didn’t like the food for breakfast and inside the restaurant

Hotel was very dirty. The cups and glasses and spoons were very dirty. One glass had a lipstick mark. Towels were dirty. We separated the single beds and there was a lot of dirt and hair underneath. The hotel was very far away from the city. There was no taxi services and grab wouldn’t come unless we paid premium prices. Overall the experience was too bad and we paid good money for the hotel.

Great views of Phuket. Very large room with an excellent view of the sunrise in the morning. It was pretty quiet which suited us. Offer of free shuttle bus into Phuket was definitely appreciated due to its location. Complimentary massage with room was a bonus.

No smart tv in our room. Breakfast was pretty limited. Pool area needs a tidy up and the sun beds need replacing. The staff were pretty absent for the whole stay apart from when we checked in, no greeting at breakfast - definitely need to improve on their hospitality skills.
