Breakfast was really good with a choice of food Hotel was close to all amenities Staff friendly at bar when really busy Room was really good and maintained each day

My booking which I should of checked myself was for a room which wasn't suitable for my needs it was on the top floor and unfortunately the lift did not go this far so there were stairs to climb I'm in a wheelchair and would not of managed. The staff at the hotel was amazing and so helpful they found me another room and changed my booking and although the room was a little smaller it was excellent the hotel staff made me feel so important, the food and service was exceptional we will be going again in the future

The only issue and it's not the hotel really it's the parking Everything else is spot on with the hotel.

Excellent food in the Bistro and excellent service. Very good central location. Good, modern lift to all floors. The shower room was modern and clean. This is a hotel I have stayed in before and would choose it again.

Bedroom decor looked tired and a little worn and needed some updating- the pillows on the bed were too well used and needed replacing. The breakfast coffee reminded me of hotel coffee in the 1970s - a coffee machine in the Breakfast room that guests could use and choose what type of coffee they wanted would be a huge improvement.

Location was excellent. Food in bistro was great. Staff were all friendly bd welcoming

The slope of the floor made the bed head lower than my feet. One of the handles on the shower pulled of. It made the toilet lower than it should which was difficult for my disabled mother

The noise from the venues downstairs were far too noisy. Able to sleep. No fridge in the room, especially for a Deluxe room.

Where the hotel is situated is perfect and right on the seafront. The Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to assist me as I am in a wheelchair.

The bar and restaurant area are lovely, but the rooms need work, it's looking really tired. We last stayed here 10 years ago, and it seemed quite modern at the time, but clear there has been no work or modernisation done since then. For the amount they are now charging in an area with lots of competition, it needs more, rooms really lack quality.

As above, the rooms are just really tired, and really don't match the prices charged. It's a shame as the bar and food are good.

Great location, very central as opposite the pier. The staff on the reception were lovely but the lady when we came back later to check in told us that we had to take the lift to the 1st floor then walk with our cases up the second flight of stairs. Very strange advice as we took the lift to the 2nd floor and our room was directly opposite the lift.

The room sloped significantly. The carpet was awful, it was a vile pattern and colour of brown and yellow stripes with big creases where it wasn’t properly fitted causing trip hazards and then marks that looked like someone had dropped bleach? The water from the tap was such a low pressure for the massive sink it was a dribble and the shower pressure was equally as disappointing. The plastic trim on the shower door edge was mouldy and so easy to replace. Very dark and dingy in the bathroom. The view would have been great but the windows were filthy, the nets made it darker apart from where there were holes in them. It’s the details that let it down.

It was in the perfect situation and the room was lovely and right in the corner so we could see every thing

There were a number of tiles missing in the bath room and the milk was off in the room the milk was also off in my sisters room aswell

Could only get a standard double room as fully booked but it was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Great staff throughout friendly and very helpful, thank you!

Parking not good near the prom hotel

Location was perfect! Restaurant and bar downstairs if needed. Friendly staff. We had a family suite. Two rooms with en-suites joined by a corridor and another door out into the hotel. Clean, comfortable and found it quiet. I was worried because of the location and bar. But no noise at night in our room.

Great location...lovely and clean...great and friendy staff.. .Went with my 8 and 9 year old that cant wait to go again and actually wanted to stay another night...breakfast was amazing...I've traveled the world with my job and pay attention to detail...Helen who runs the round on the breakfast shift and the rest was amazing and kept the place on top form...will never go back to yarmouth and stay anywhere else...

The location was very good just opposite the Britannia pier and there was a bus stop outside the hotel. Breakfast had a good range of food and well prepared. The restaurant food was also very good and came up hot with good service

Could do with a grab rail in the shower as it was quite slippery Couldn’t find air con remote, if there was air con, really warm When we arrived the lady on reception was a bit off, just said check in isn’t til 2 (it was 1.30), no check to see if the room was ready, quite abrupt and leaving they weren’t really bothered- we said goodbye but they never answered - staff in the bar were excellent though

I absolutely loved staying here! Perfect location. Would recommend to friends and family and will definately be staying here again! The breakfast was lovely.

rooms dated, not clean - beds are a disgrace, had to ask for a room swop when we arrived as the bed springs were sticking out of the mattress, the view from both the rooms was TERRIBLE! disgusting, during breakfast the kitchen manager made a spectacle out of one of the guests that had stolen food stuff, it made the whole breakfast room feel uncomfortable.. and stare. I aslo have stayed here 6 times in the past 2 years - we will now try somewhere else - I told them we were celebrating our birthday - not even a birthday wish or anything?

The location is very good to explore not only the Golden Mile part of the prom and associated retail street, but also the lovely Waterways of Little Venice and the coffee stops as walking northwards. On the Clipper bus route! The staff are well presented, friendly and helpful. Air conditioning appreciated in the heatwave.

The hotel is I think formed from maybe 5 old houses now linked together. It’s been tastefully decorated and carpeted. I noted carpet in our room and in some of the public rooms needs stretching to eliminate hazardous wrinkles and improve the look of the rooms.

Everyone is friendly, good location , lovely rooms , very relaxed , lovely breakfast .

We had a twin room and it was pretty small for 2 of us. Beds nearly touching which isn’t ideal when it’s 2 friends.

Bed was very comfy and the rooms were very nice and spacious. Clean and no obvious dirtiness in sight. Would stay again. Soundproofing was good and had the best night sleep in this hotel of all the rest I've stayed in over the years. An I'm a very light sleeper and hate being out my own bed!

Corridors felt very narrow and bit claustrophobic. But its a decent trade off for bigger rooms.

The staff were lovely and the room was amazing. Air con saved me as it was very hot and aircon helped me to cool down. not far from regent road and the beach

Property is excellent and very clean and tidy

The food was soo good here and our room was lovely and comfy especially with the aircon in the room. Photos doesn't do this place justice, it's so much nicer than the family connecting room photos show.

We came as a family of 3 adults and had an interconnecting family room but found the 2 single beds in the second room was absolutely shocking, I felt so sorry for my brother in his 30's having to sleep in it! I assume the interconnecting rooms are for families with children hence why the beds were so basic, you could feel the wood of the base when you sat down on it that's how bad the mattress was, if the bed in the main room was like that I would not have stayed. Hotel is rated as a 4 star but not with those beds Please sort this out! This is not right to expect children or adults to sleep in those. This issue alone has let everything else down. We are coming back to yarmouth on 14-17th August but will not be staying here due to the beds situation which is very unfortunate as everything else was so good and I really enjoyed my stay.

Das Frühstück war leider nur Britisch, keine Wurst Schinken oder Käse. Kein Gemüse,(Tomaten, Gurke, usw) Kein anderes Gebäck wie Toast. Im Bad gar keine Haken für die Badetüchern zum Aufhängen!

This property advertises "Exceptional Breakfast" and charges £33 difference between with and without breakfast. The breakfast consists of the following only: - Eggs - Bacon - Baked Beans - Sausages - Mushrooms - Bananas - Small croissants - Concentrated orange juice - Bananas - Strawberry Yoghurt small pots This breakfast is far from exceptional and produced in the style of school/less than local cafe would get you for £12. The maximum difference here should be £15 between breakfast or no breakfast and simply state BREAKFAST INCLUDED.

The price of breakfast versus the booking price. Nobody should be booking with breakfast at this hotel. The staff are great and rooms are fine but whoever is responsible for pricing breakfast needs to correct this.
