Service was great. Staff at desk were very helpful and pleasant.

The parking lot was a tight squeeze for us who are not used to it. Needing to download an App just to park for 1 night was a nuisance, but the desk staff at the hotel were helpful.

Rooms very comfortable, clean no problem with rooms really liked them. I made a return visit with a friend because last year’s visit was such a good experience.r

This year’s breakfast experience was very poor. Food not topped up after large group left, what was left by 8.40. Was sparse and unappealing. Marmalade dispenser empty two days running.Tables not cleared from large group by the time we left at 9. 30. Seemed very few staff compared with last year.

Das Zimmer ist mit normal breiten Betten ausgestattet. Weiterhin sind ein Wasserkocher, Tee, Instantkaffee und Milch vorhanden. Die Dusche ist sehr gut.

Mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten wären zu begrüßen. Das Parken im Parkhaus nebenan ist nur über eine App möglich und wir hatten damit Probleme. Wir wissen bis heute nicht, ob die Bezahlung geklappt hat.

niezbyt urozmaicone śniadanie i minus za to ze śniadanie było do godz 10, a o godz 9.50 zaczęto już zabierać z niego rzeczy i je porządkować - nie powinno to mieć miejsca. Niedobra kawa do śniadania

The room was hot and you cannot control the temperature. It is NOISY there so sleeping with the window open is not an option. Even with the window open it is noisy. Loud street noise

Super Unterkunft und sehr freundliches Personal! Es befindet sich in einer tollen Lage und man ist direkt im Stadt Zentrum! Es gibt wunderbare Restaurands und Pubs in der Nähe!

Great location, within walking distance from the train station, and close to the bus stops on Castle Street. The Aberdeen Ferry Terminal was less than 1/2 mile away too.

Unfortunatley our stay there co-incided with a coach tour so all of the passengers came down for breakfast at the same time as we did, which meant that there were insufficient tables for everyone to have their breakfast on. i am sure on a "normal" morning the area would be OK. The food was great though, especially the sausages!!!

This is my second time staying here. Lovely, clean place and Staff were lovely.

L’ingresso al parcheggio è decisamente macchinoso: bisogna scaricare un app, con tutte le perdite di tempo del caso, pagare online e non all’hotel! Poco personale alla reception, insufficiente nelle ore di punta, sebbene simpatico e gentile.

Too warm in room

Really like this hotel, it is located in a great area that is in walking distance to everything. The staff were lovely and friendly and the room was nice and clean

I was in room 220 which over looks the harbour. Even with the windows closed and the TV on you can hear a constant drone from the boats which are docked making it very difficult to sleep. I stayed for 3 nights, if I'd have been staying any longer I would have had to ask to change rooms. Staying in a city I would expect to hear noises however I have never experienced anything like this before. The droning noise was 24/7 there was no getting away from it once in the room. I would imagine any of the rooms facing this way would be the same. It was not good. Such a shame as other than this it was great. Also something that needs looking at for room 220 is the TV. I could only get BBC1 whilst there, it obviously needs retuning. I left early as couldn't handle the droning noise anymore. No one was around to report any of this to

Comfortable room and bed. Great staff. Great central location. Value for money.

My room had a noise that sounded like it came from a night club. Thankfully I had earplugs. The restaurant was very simply decorated. The chairs could have been a bit more comfy.

Frühstück war gut und sehr abwechslungsreich, Personal sehr bemüht Lage ware direkt in der Innenstadt Betten waren bequem und über Wasserkocher, Kaffemaschine, Wasser alles vorhanden im Zimmer. In der Lobby konnte man gut sitzen und an der Bar etwas trinken

Ontbijt was pover. Wel keuze maar alles was smakeloos (behalve de koffie). Is niet zo in andere ibis-hotels die we kennen. Netheid (vloer, tafels) in restaurant was niet OK. Personeel ook minder vriendelijk dan aan de receptie.

We had a twin room but I never slept the first night due to the mattress having a big dip in it Thought I would swap beds with my husband but his was just as bad …. After complaining they staff offered another topper mattress (that seems to be what all the beds have on top of there original mattress’s) but they were thin which in turn would have just went into the dip A lovely member of the staff (Alexander) suggested a double quilt which I could fold into a thicker layer and lie on that which worked a treat

My room (107) was very noisy I think it faced the harbour and main road. Gave some excuse about not serving or limited food service. At breakfast no one there and no food available.

The request for rooms to be close to each other could not be accommodated. The parkade was a nightmare to exit with a larger vehicle.

Staff were incredible, they were so helpful with recommendations and anything else we needed during our stay.

The location was great, the NCP car park nearby had plenty of spaces when we arrived. The greeting from reception was warm. Harbour view room had a decent view, and lots of activity to watch. Hotel was fully booked but there was not much noise from other rooms.

There didn’t seem to be an automatic vent from the bathroom pod, so bathroom smells tended to linger.

Abbiamo dovuto girare un po' per capire come arrivare all'hotel e al parcheggio, perché sembra che la via che si deve percorrere sia a traffico limitato. Lo staff, quando manda le istruzioni dovrebbe precisare che di può arrivare davanti l'hotel senza problemi, e il parcheggio è proprio di fianco. Colazione così così, potrebbe essere migliorata

Bedroom was very uncomfortable due to being too hot, though a small fan was provided. Air conditioning was worse than useless.and exterior noise levels meant that the window could not be opened.

Location was great, close to train station, buses to airport, within walking distance of seafront and city centre.

Only 1 lift, which could be an issue when busy. Fortunately I was on 1st floor. Bedside plug/charger socket would be useful.

Everything was fine Breakfast plenty of choice .Room was very clean .Had a lovely view of the Marina /Docks .Staff very polite and helpful .

The room was very hot no air con.Had to ask for a fan which had to have on most of the time .You couldnt open the window .

Довольно чисто и отличное расположение. Номер довольно просторный.

Номер был немного странноватый, в частности речь про маленькую ванную комнату. Вытяжки не было и много воды попадало на пол у душа, как бы аккуратно мы им не пользовались. В итоге в номере было очень влажно. На завтрак был совсем небольшой выбор блюд и многое заканчивалось из-за большого потока людей (в 8:30-9 утра).

Super good value for city centre hotel. Bathroom was spotless, linen was crisp and it felt very safe. Parking is next door (paid £12 for overnight and multiple entry). Very convenient.

Hyvällä paikalla lähellä pääkatua ja satamaa sekä rautatieasemaa. Siisti huone ja erittäin hyvä kylpyhuone.

Ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneeseen kantautui melua satamasta ja kadulta. Aikaisemmin yövyimme ylemmissä kerroksissa eikä siellä ollut samaa ongelmaa. Aamiaisen leipävalikoimassa olisi voinut olla muutakin kuin paahtoleipää.
