Friendly staff amazing prices great location love how close it is to all my favourite food

Not much available parking but that wasn't due to the hotel it was because there was a fireworks show so parking wasn't available until late after people had gone home from the fireworks

You got what it said on the tin, location was sound, the lady on reception was so helpful and friendly

Only down side room was a bit hot could have done with a fan in room

No Breakfast, No Bar was closed, Car Park was only for 5 cars with 28 rooms no chance of a space

Advertised with private car park but t small to accommodate the amount of cars. One room the key did not work properly and we could not lock the door when we went out.

A lot of hotel is blocked off, windows outside were filthy, shower wouldn’t stay up even though it looked new.

Scammed us on the picture , when we got there it was a very small room. If the picture showed the exact same thing on it I wouldn’t have booked .

As always the staff are pleasant and friendly the rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Never fail to make us feel welcome...went with my 2 teenage sons and partner the kids love it everytime which my 14year old is autistic and very hard to please but he always is sad to leave.

Ive stayed in various hotels b&bs around the country for the past 10 years ive stayed in hovils and 4+ star i have never been asked for a upfront fee for damage especially £60 thats outrageous the lady was pleasant enough but when i explained i had only £60 for the nite and no bank card it had expired she then started talking about a virtual wallet and going to the arcade to purchase credit to show at the hotel reception, really you having a laugh i walked out and slept in my car. ,never again check the small print on your booking I didn't

Provided one smelly black towel for four nights, talk to customers disrespectfully, staff highly dismissive, used one bedsheet for four nights, old rooms and furnishings, no WiFi, no heating, customers told to dispose bins by themselves, customers clean their rooms by themselves. I will never recommend this to even my enemies.

The location was convenient.

The bed sheets and pillow were dirty and were not replaced until the next day. I was also charged twice for the same room despite having a signed cancellation receipt from reception.

The price is a little steep but it's worth it to be honest you can't hear anyone else in any other rooms it's nice friendly and quiet.

Room very run down, beds were old divan bases dipping, mattresses were not comfy springs digging into you. Doors banging late into the night. Also didnt realise till we got there extra £15 to park and in their parking drive bins over flowing with rubbish

I really liked the location

The lift was not working when we arrived and we was on the 3rd top floor, we had to carry our luggage and suitcases up the stairs. And to park in the car park it was £15 per night which then we spent time looking for where to park. You could hear rats in the ceilings running, we went for 2 nights but ended up only stayed the 1 night. We were very disappointed, my kids were really looking forward to it. Staff were nice, hotel is really outdated and needs TLC.

On the coast line really good sea view. Staff were absolutely amazing. Very helpful. They were very attentive. Kettle and complimentary tea and coffee available in the rooms. Very convenient! Location was perfect. Would book again.

Doors slam too much. Needs a bit of a clean around the outsides of the property. Blinds were broken. Parking fee was £15 whereas street parking and other hotels were offering £8.

I loved the location, right on the sea front about a 5 minute walk from the south pier, plenty to do and plenty of food stops around to grab breakfast lunch and dinner, the rooms were immaculate.

The lady on Reception was lovely. Very friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Really good price so wasnt expecting the best but it exceeded expectations in the room! Smelt clean and fresh and had basic ammenities. Fantastic value!

No lift. Had 4 kids with 1 being a newborn and we were up multiple stairs..lots of exercise! Toilet seat was broken on check in and was told would try and fix but was only there 1 nights so didnt get chance. No bar access and toilets were locked so after check in couldn’t use facilities.

Wrong description. When booked mention private parking. But hotel owner charge £15 for parking. They ask for bond of room if any towel missing or strain on bed sheets they will charge extra . Never go again this place . Matters in bad condition.

Upon arriving the lady at reception was extremely welcoming, ignore any bad reviews you read on this place, I was skeptical at first due to some reviews but it completely exceeded both mine and my partners expectations. Friendly staff, clean rooms, perfect location, all in all just a beautiful little gem of a place. Will definitely be returning! My 3 year old loved every second of his mini stay in his ‘new holiday home’

Bar wasn't open or the facilities which was unaware until we checked in, outside was a junk yard rubbish everywhere and old wood from previous work been done just stacked outside, seating area only 2 tables which was in the shade near the building rest of benches all stacked up, no lift out of service and we was on top floor my partner having a back issue was a nightmare getting all cases up all the stairs. Check in so late from 4pm and then so early 09.30 so many rules just wrote on every door passing. Rooms need refurbishing, sink in room leaked which was in our room, shower area so dark toilet seat broken and wouldn't flush right. Blinds broken so couldn't lift them up we had sea view but the windows were so dirty so spoilt the view. When asked about changing bed covers the owner said wouldn't change a pillow case for a small mark but this was red and one of pillow had a full foot mark and red stains on sheets which we was assured by the owner it was not blood which I still wasnt convinced and shouldn't be a single stain on any covers, one of the worst hotels we have stayed in, service was. Very slow too.

Bar / games room closed our whole stay.No stand for shower was attached to bath taps. Basically nothing happening in hotel apart from sleeping. Did hope to have some fun / relax with drinks in hotel with the kids but spent most of the time out with hotel

Very spacious rooms. Across the road from the beach. Didn’t have breakfast with our stay, not sure if that was an option but it’s like 2 doors up from McDonald’s.

Very cheap and in a good location.

Advertised as private bathrooms but I had to share, Advertised as a sea view room but only got a limited side sea view. The rooms were in a poor state of repair and not very clean, reported the issues but was told there was nothing they would do. Unfortunately missing slate on the blinds made the room very bright and hard to sleep.

The woman who worked on the desk was very quite rude to me over her husband’s mistake the night before saying no she was projecting a lot of stress onto me and I’m just a customer lack of communication between staff

No toilet paper, no fresh towels no top up of coffee, sugar, milk, £15 per night to park, £60 bond and if they said you were smoking, then you were smoking🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️no one was smoking in rooms, very messy and untidy outside, WiFi was switched off at points in the morning 🤷🏻‍♀️

It was clean in the room.

On arrival I had booked double room and requested ground floor as previously I had stayed and they put me in a triple room because I have a baby and obviously a pram and bearing in mind they was only myself with one child. So the receptionist told me I was on the 4th floor and the lift doesn't work and hasn't for years, so I asked if they was anything she could do in terms of changing rooms or even some help with my bags seen as I had my baby to carry and I was told no even though I said id wait until she was free and they was a young lad their aswell. So I thought I'm not going to make it up all them steps with all my stuff and baby in hand. So in the end up I had to pay DOUBLE the original amount to stay in a room on the first floor which was for 4 people, which I thought was ridiculous she knew I couldn't manage the top floor so prayed on that by getting double the money I had originally paid. I had stayed previously too so I would of thought me coming back again and knowing the situation wasn't really my fault that they could of either helped me or gave me the other room for the same amount or even paying a little bit more for it. Then upon walking into the room, well compared to the previous room Is was not nice. The headboard were broken the little room with the double bed in was the size of the prison cell then the other room (which didn't have a door and the one with the two single beds didn't have a TV in in. The view from the room was terrible it was just rubbish and bricks etc I had as much view. I won't be stopping here again, and it is quite sad as I visit Blackpool a lot and when I came last time I thought the room for the price etc was lovely and thought to myself this could be my go to when I come to Blackpool but it won't be.

The bed room that we was in was right next to a landing door that was used to access the rooms all night long slamming really really load an then someone in two rooms down he battered the hell out of his bird an she was smashing the room up an nothing was done about it at all it went one for like 3 hours an the noght staff just sat an watched all an never wrong the police to help the lady that was getting badly hurt so the other women that was there she was the one to call em an she was a guest toooooo ill never return ever to that place is a noooooooo noooooo

Communal area is so bad looks like not clean from several years Staff were rude Don’t understand why they charged 60 pounds deposit. Guest comes for sleep and comfort not for stealing or damage the property. After checked out we waited more then 30min to get my 60 pounds deposit No lift working They charged 15 pound cash for overnight parking.

Honestly there is nothing good about the property

I’m just gonna keep it real, if you’re considering to stay at this hotel please don’t, imagine being in a room with no ventilation I complained and they acted like the back door was okay and the previous visitor made it bad but they actually did nothing about it for the three nights I was there, gave me a fan that was like for a decoration and told me to open the bathroom door and window for ventilation lol, we stayed three nights and no one could come clean the room they didn’t care if the room was messed up,poor service from staff I don’t even think they have a real staff, no lounge in the hotel as the one you’re seeing is a disguise, Very poor hotel I’ll rate is 0.5 star if there is anything like that
