Minor issues such as bedside light didnt work, pillows unusually hard, broken shelf but did not affect our stay

Single beds could do with new mattresses as bit lumpy

Very polite, clean rooms, fridge, kettle, large bathroom and cozy beds, Netflix and WiFi and no rush with leaving the next day and the owner even let us leave our bags at the holes and kept them locked away for us so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. Parking was great. Will definitely be staying again.

Room could have been a little cleaner. Found a dummy under the bed and a little dusty. But bathroom, beds and were very clean.

room was great and clean with fridge and spacious shower and bath was great especiallyfor children lol, hosts where very friendly and helpful. host was kind to offer curry and tortillas to try, was delicious 😋 x location fantastic especially if visit to pleasure beach and waterpark 3 minutes to south pier. seating in front garden and lit up on the night lovely. strongly recommend will definitely stay there again.

The host made us feel very comfortable he went out of his way to make our stay perfect kettle coffee, tea bags, sugar milk all in the room ready waiting for you. The ring was clean small but it was only for two of us but the house goes out of his way to make you feel happy. Will I come back again if I didn't have a caravan? Yes I would 100% the evening gave me a bit of curry to try and the tuna curry was fantastic. Just like to say to the family of the hotel. Thank you very much

The bird poo on the table and chairs needs to be cleaned every day or checked every day for poo as it would only take 2 mins other than that the toilet brush needs cleaning. That's it! Everything else was perfect

Man who met us was friendly enough. Location was perfect.

I had my check in time confirmed by the hotel arrived with 2 young children to then have to ring a number and be told I couldnt check in until 3 hours from agreed check in.

The owner was lovely, The room was small but we only needed the bed so was OK for us

It's a little dated, the Window wouldn't close, the toilet was hard to Flush, the TV was too small for the room

One of the beds was very squeaky and every time my child moved during the night it would make noise.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, The beds had stains on the bedding, the room smelled. The man who worked there was a bit rude was leaving the hotel when we got there and give us the keys and told us we needed to find the room ourselfs because he wanted to leave.

Location is ideal. Right adjacent to south shore, shop right on the corner with many other facilities at your fingertips. The owners of the property were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been nicer. Called us before arriving and were quick to respond to any texts etc. The room (14) was spotless clean, warm and comfortable. There was a fridge, fan, lovely fresh towels and tea/coffee etc. Great views too. Provided with wifi password etc.

Only small problem was the water pressure in the shower and trying to find a balance with hot and cold water in shower. Tv also didn’t connect often with it being a smart Tv but we were out that much it wasn’t an issue really.

We got to choose which family room we wanted. Staff lovely on arrival. Room a lovely size. Very good value for money. Close to all amenities.

Not a complaint but carpet near en-suite sticking up a bit may be a trip hazard to others (unsure if your aware of the carpet so thought would mention)

He was great value for money , it's was very clean , the family room was perfect for myself , daughter and two grandchildren and the host Jay was a gentleman nothing was too much trouble for him .

This hotel is spotless clean, extremely comfortable. Management greets guest with a massive welcome and big bright smile and the atmosphere because of this is hospitality at its finest. We will come back to this hotel as out of a few places we stayed in Blackpool, this hotel was exceptional. Thank you Jay and family for a brilliant stay.

The Rooms are very clean and tidy, hotel offers a travel cot if needed even without request, i was very satisfied with a bathroom wich was in the room and was very clean, personel is so lovely

Only one thing i didnt like was the parking. In offer say there is a parking available but it's not exactly true, on the back of the hotel is very small space to park a car. Otherwise all the rest was just perfect

The room was grubby and run down shelves coming away from wall carpet fraying . Bed linen was grubby and stained pillows were stained and uncomfortable double bed smelt as if it hadn’t been changed from previous occupants lots of black hairs over the pillows . Pictures on website dint live up to actual rooms extractor fan was clogged with dust didn’t do its job overall disappointed left and booked a different hotel

Amazing service! The host was very kind, the rooms were clean, the location being near the beach and pleasure beach is great and the bed is very comfortable. Overall it was a very wonderful accommodation.

Ideal location, staff could not do enough for you. Very helpful and polite. Great value for what we paid, especially being so close to the fronts and all attractions. Would definitely come back again.

We booked this hotel because of the price, and on that front it absolutely delivered — £68 for two people for two nights is incredibly cheap, especially for the location. The bedding was clean, the floor had been hoovered, and the toilet and sink were spotless. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a very convenient spot for the Pleasure Beach. Another bonus was the free on‑street parking, which made things much easier. We also appreciated the small touches like tea, coffee, shower gel and shampoo being provided..

That said, the hotel is definitely showing its age and could benefit from some maintenance. The carpet was stained and really needs replacing, and the wallpaper was bubbling and peeling in both rooms. The bathroom had some mould in the shower, and the shower itself took a long time to warm up. We also experienced loud banging noises from the water pipes, which was quite disruptive. There was a stain on the ceiling from a previous leak, a hole in the floor, and even a cracked window pane. The windows also had a lot of condensation, and the blinds wouldn’t tilt properly. The ceiling lighting was extremely bright, making the room feel a bit harsh, and the wardrobe area was starting to peel. Finally, the towels provided were very small, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, if you’re looking for a very cheap place to sleep, this hotel does the basics: it’s clean where it matters most, the staff are lovely, and the location is excellent. But be prepared for a number of maintenance issues that could affect comfort. With some investment and repairs, it could be a much better stay

Staff was friendly.

Dirty room, wallpaper hanging off, window held open with broom pole, curtain was black with damp . Shower cold. No covers on duvet stains on bed .thin door in-between rooms can hear everything. Kettle was dirty. Looks nothing like the photos. Went down to ask for another room and nobody on reception.
