Breakfast and dinner were generally good. It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Safe and hairdryer didn't work not only in my room but also in other rooms too. A clean, quiet place, but clearly outdated.

Food was amazing, very relaxed.

Hotel je v svojim kategoriji odličen .bili smo že v veliko hotelih na Kreti in je ta v svoji kategoriji odličen. Prijazno osebje,čistoča ,hrana,vsak dan tudi tradicionalna grška ,pa saj to je čar Grčije. Zahvalil bi se že za res obilen zajtrk za na pot,ki so nam ga pripravili ,ker smo imeli zgodnji let.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Central Hersonissos Hotel. L’établissement offre un bon rapport qualité-prix, notamment pour son emplacement et les prestations proposées. C’est une bonne option pour celles et ceux qui recherchent un hôtel correct à un tarif raisonnable. Le personnel était agréable et l’ambiance générale de l’établissement était sympathique. En revanche, quelques points seraient à améliorer. La literie n’était pas très confortable, ce qui a parfois rendu les nuits moins reposantes. De plus, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement pendant notre séjour, ce qui était assez gênant, notamment avec les températures élevées. Malgré ces petits désagréments, nous avons passé un bon séjour et nous pensons que l’hôtel reste une bonne adresse pour son rapport qualité-prix. Avec quelques améliorations, notamment au niveau de la literie et de la climatisation, l’expérience pourrait être vraiment excellente.

- the building as well as the facilities are old. - the doors can be opened from outside if you forget to manually lock them. - the shower is back to the 80s with curtains and very low possibilities to store or place things. - hair dryer was not working. - when the room card with the key was removed from its slot, electrical power was cut off at the room. - breakfast places could be under the shadow of a tent, as at the time of rush hour, there's no place to sit.

Close to the beach but the beach and the sea are awful. Full of sunbeds which you had to pay for. Exactly next to sunbeds beach, there is a tiny free beach with very limited space where a waste pipe was throwing "liquids".

Purtroppo causa volo in ritardo sono arrivato in struttura 15 minuti dopo la chiusura dell'orario di cena e non mi è stata data l'opportunità di cenare se non con un misero piatto di stuzzichini freddi

Struttura in ottima posizione per chi vuole godersi passeggiate sul lungo mare a due passi e negozietti / ristoranti di ogni genere. Pulita e in ordine sempre. La piscina è piccolina ma sempre molto tranquilla con gonfiabili a disposizione degli ospiti.

Colazione e cena a buffet secondo me da rivedere. La qualità del cibo non era male, ma manca un po di varietà per accontentare un po di più i gusti di tutti. Bagno da ristrutturare: il piatto doccia era consumato, idem i rubinetti. Letti scomodi.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία. Το πάρκινγκ είναι εύκολο καθώς θα βρείτε σίγουρα μια θέση σε ένα μεγάλο "free parking" spot ελάχιστα μέτρα πιο δίπλα. Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό. Πλούσιο πρωινό με πολλές επιλογές. Η πισίνα είναι καθαρή, είδα μάλιστα ένα κύριο να τσεκάρει την ποιότητα του νερού.

Γενικά είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο που… "τα έχει τα χρονάκια του" αλλά με κάποιες ελάχιστες πινελιές εκσυγχρονισμού. Σίγουρα θα μπορούσαν αρκετά πράγματα να βελτιωθούν, έστω κάποια βασικά βαψίματα. Όμως και πάλι η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής είναι άριστη! Κανένα ουσιαστικό παράπονο.

A szobában a tisztaság 3 napig volt kavics a fürdöbszobában. Nem volt folyékonyszappan. És főlef éjjel nagyon büdös volt, csatorbaszag. Az elviselhetetlen volt.

The hotel absolutely does not live up to its price range. The room was awful. There was a strong smell of chlorine that lingered in the room and was impossible to air out. The air conditioner was barely working and made cracking noises. The shower was terrible 😱 — the shower curtain had an unpleasant smell, and the water drained very slowly. The doors were squeaky as well. The food, which many guests praised, was actually not tasty at all, and the selection was very limited. In summer, the only fruits available were apples, oranges, and lemons. Before staying here, we stayed at the Harma Hotel, which was on a completely different level for almost the same price. I do not recommend this hotel. There was also a broken trash bin in the bathroom — the lid wouldn’t even open. This is just unacceptable.

Good location of the hotel. The room was very clean and the personnel at the buffet friendly (special thanks to Georgia and the evening cook !). The only (big) problem is the noise due to the doors that are not soundproof and that people slam days and night...

Tägliche Abwechslung beim Buffet und immer gut gegessen. Nur ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß von der Strandpromenade entfernt und direkt im Zentrum. Sehr freundliches Personal. Für ein paar Nächte vollkommen in Ordnung - super Preis-Leistung.

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort - dafür ist es vollkommen ok. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt müsste das Zimmer etwas komfortabler sein und der Pool mit mehr Liegen bestückt sein (haben wir nicht genutzt).

מלון נקי, צוות שרותי מאוד, ממליץ על חדרי הסופריור, החדרים הפשוטים אמנם נקיים אבל יותר ישנים. בלילה הייתה לנו בעיה בחדר רגיל, כבר בבוקר סידור, ניקו, והפקידה זכרה לשאול אם הכל סודר. בלי שהיינו צריכים להזכיר כלום. אנחנו שומרי כשרות וביקשנו ירקות במקום ארוחת בוקר, הביאו לנו מגש של ירקות שטופים ויפים. כל בוקר מסדרים את החדר ומחליפים מגבות פעם ביומיים מחליפים מצעים. הבית מלון מרחק של 5 דקות הליכה מבית חב"ד. פשוט מאוד להגיע מהמלון לבית חב"ד.

אין שמיכות להתכסות, רק סדינים. בחדר סופריור מזרנים קשים, ודווקא בחדר הפשוט היו מזרונים ממש טובים.

האוכל היה ממש בצמצום לא מגוון לא ממש טעים כמי דלא אוכלים בשר לא נאמר תמיד מה עם בשר ואין מה לאכול למי שלא אוכל בשר,אין מים למלא רק באאוחת הבוקר,הדירותים והמרלחת אינסטלציה גרועה,אין סוכי חלב כמו סויה שקגים,ארוחת בוקר לא מגוונת גרוע מזה בערב. המי זוג בלובי לא עובד ,היה רשום שאפשר מונית דרכם לשדה לא היה כך,החדר מאוד קטן,אין מתלה לבגדים באמבטיה

Struttura da migliorare, piscina piccola, riassetto camere non quotidiano, eccessiva fretta nello sparecchiare durante la colazione (non appena ci si alzava dal tavolo anche solo per prendere un'altra pietanza, non trovavi più il piatto e il bicchiere con pietanze ancora da consumare).

Good location, pool unsuitable for children as steep slippy slope, didnt see many people use pool so no issues with sunbeds. Very quiet during day. Room small basic and dated no bin/ hairdryer in annex room, looked out on street. Rooms in main hotel were a bit more updated. Ate out most of the time, food was ok at hotel but had better. Staff were ok but reserved. If keeping room on then required to pay 60% full room rate and extra if require evening meal.

Camerele sunt curate, însă nu arată ca în pozele de pe Booking. Posibil ca unele camere renovate să corespundă fotografiilor, dar celelalte sunt mult sub așteptări. Aerul condiționat nu face față temperaturilor ridicate, ventilația este foarte slaba, în camerele din anexa hotelului internetul nu funcționează, camerele sunt renovate partial, nu este perdea la dus si astfel toata baia se uda. Personalul este foarte amabil si incearca sa rezolve pe cat posibil problemele.

The hotel has a great location, there is a bus station if needed, pharmacy, bank, markets and very close to some beach. The staff was super friendly especially the ladies in the reception, the housekeeper and the cleaning lady they made our stay to be the best. We asked for a few things and they immediately made it. Everything is clean, the room's cleanliness was on a high level.

The food needs changes, it was tasteless, it's the same food everyday. The cook for the diner is not very friendly and if you ask for ingredients or what type of meat he will not care to answer or maybe he didn't understand English. The old wing needs changes, needs some investment and repairs.

Bilderna stämmer inte alls överens med hur rummen och hotellet faktiskt såg ut, var jätte äckligt, smutsigt, man kunde inte ens stänga toa dörren för det va så söndrigt. Frukosten var inte alls något speciellt, rostat bröd och pålägg. Inte alls städat, men framför allt besviken över att bilderna INTE ALLS stämde överens med verkligheten. Hade aldrig sovit där igen, absolut inte för d priset. Man hade kunnat få samma för 20 euro

Il condizionatore non andava e non volevano nemmeno cambiarmi stanza, offrendomi di pazientare dino all'indomani quando sarebbe intervenuto un tecnico. Ho dovuto insistere, non poco, dato che la temperatura nelle stanza sfiorava i 30 gradi. La cena non è classificabile, piatti con cibo di riciclo del gg prima, nessuna varietà e qualità jnesistente. Anche per colazione, le marmellate avevano tutte lo stesso sapore,; cereali di 2 tipi, ma soprattutto tutti i prodotti sono evidentemente da discount di jnfimo livello. Per quanto riguarda la camera, pulizia precaria. Doccia con tenda che non era neppure lunga per arrivare allo zoccolo della doccia. Bagno allagato ogni singola doccia. In camera, non dico di vole trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua, ma neppure avere un bicchiere in dotazione... insomma esperienza negativa su tutti i fronti. Costo alto per servizi inesistenti.

Hôtel propre et bien tenu, le personnel autant en reception qu'en service ou ménage est très sympathique et souriant, le buffet est relativement varié et de bonne qualité autant le matin que le soir, l'emplacement est intéressant si vous voulez vous séparer un peu de la voiture le soir, restaurants, boutiques, bars, supérette et plages sont seulement à quelques minutes à pieds. L'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking mais un parking gratuit est situé juste au dessus à seulement 100m. C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix

Douche étroite donc rideau de douche gênant. Les couloirs et escaliers résonnent beaucoup ce qui peut créer des nuisances la nuit.

I liked the staff, especially the girls who clean the rooms and the waiters. And, of course, everyone else.

The room was very clean and free breakfast and dinner was very reasonable! It is located in a great spot on the city and tour bus routes!

Well the shower curtain was to short in the bathroom causing the floor to get extremely wet, they need to invest in longer shower curtains. And mattress was like sleeping on a box spring not soft at all

Le matelas était très dure. Après l'avoir signalé, le personnel a mis un surmatelas. Le personnel est réactif et il est facile de profiter des commerces et du frond de mer sans utiliser sa voiture. Un espace de stationnement gratuit est proche de l'hôte mais sans doute saturé en pleine saison.

Des signes d'usure : certaines chaises mériteraient d'être remplacées, les horaires d'ouverture de la piscine ferment un peu tôt le soir 18h pour permettre de manger dehors à partir de 18h30 puisque la restauration extérieure a lieu aux abord de la piscine

Super morgenmad og aftensmad, og vi var vilde med prisen. Vi boede langt væk fra lufthavnen så bookede bare en enkelt overnatning godet fortrød vi ikke. Der var dejlige dyner, og meget rent..

Sengene var uden topmadras og selve madrassen var ualmindelige hård, så hård at det gjorde ondt 😊 Badeforhænget var for kort, så vandet løb ud på gulvet.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Essen war voll in Ordnung, Zimmer schön sauber und sogar mit Klimaanlage. Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend, kostenloses gutes WLAN, nah am Strand und Zentrum. Im Großen und Ganzen eine super Option!

Duschvorhänge waren zu kurz, weshalb es schwierig war beim Duschen. Getränke abends waren relativ teuer.

За свою вартість готель чудовий. Смачні сніданки та вечері. Близько до міського пляжу - до 10 хв пішки. Але цей пляж нам не сподобався, пісок сірий та пляжна зона дуже вузька. Їздили на автобусі на пляжі Малії та Сталіди, що відносно близько. Були у другій половині жовтня, людей було дуже мало, погода чудова.

Не сподобався душ у номері. Штора, що відгороджувала душ була короткою і вода розхлюпувалась на всю ванну кімнату. Я не перша хто пише про цю штору, невже настільки проблематично їх замінити.

Pues no sabría por dónde empezar…..😓😓la noche fue horrible no pudimos descansar, había unos cahavales alojados en el hotel gritando, corriendo y hablando a gritos por la pasillos abriendo y cerrando puertas de golpe y nos llegaron a tocar la puerta!!😤 creo q a las 1:30 o 2 de la mañana conseguimos dormirnos, después a las 7 de la mañana la mujer de la limpieza intentó entrar metió la llave y al ver q no podía entrar llamó a la puerta cuando salí estaba entrando a la habitación de al lado, se entiende q si la llave no está en recepción y tampoco habíamos bajado a desayunar estamos durmiendo lógico un domingo a las 7 no!!hizo muchísimo ruido limpiando y arrastrando las bolsas y 20 min después intentó entrar de nuevo 😓😓😓

Osoblje je fenomenalno, uvek su nasmejani i uvek su tu da pomognu kod svakog pitanja ili nedoumice. Lokacija je super, blizu je plaze, plaza koja se nama svidela je na 15min peske. Lako se dolazi do svake plaze i setalista. Hrana je uvek bila sveza, uvek ima kuvano i voca. Imali smo problem sa fenom i nakon prijave problema isti je resen u roku od par minuta. Nema buke, ulica je mirna i izolacija u hotelu je dobra. Imali smo pogled na more i na zalazak sunca sa terase.

Posteljina se zadnja 3 dana nije menjala al soba se cistila. Duseci nisu toliko udobni al to je stvar licnog osecaja i svakome je to drugacije.

The hotel is in a quiet location, just off the main road, so there's no noise at night time from bars etc. All the staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. When I first arrived, it was quite late and had an issue with the air-conditioning not working. I went across to the reception, and someone came over to fix it right away! They had also saved me some light salad/ cheeses/ meats as it was past the dinner time, which I thought was really nice. Special shout outs to Genti the barman, who was really funny; friendly and helpful, Elli and Yannis at reception, and the waiting staff at breakfast and dinner all lovely, friendly and helpful as I was travelling solo. They are all there to answer any questions you may have. The bar prices are really reasonable, €3.50 (£3.06) for a glass of local wine! The breakfast and dinner were also good, plenty of variety. But I am not a fussy eater, so there was always something I could eat. Pool area is very quiet and doesnt really get much sun in the day time until later, I only spent my first day around the pool and was alone most of the time, the rest of the time I went to the beach or excursions. There is also a book shelf to borrow a book to read whilst on holiday. My room was across in the Annex building, but was perfectly clean for a 3* hotel. There is a small fridge which was a little noisy but that's to be expected. And the balcony faced the street but again, not much noise on a night time. It does mention that towels are only cleaned once every 2 days, but in a 7 day-stay, I think my bedding was only changed twice, so the cleaning schedule is a bit sporadic. This was my only issue. There are plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies, and public transport nearby. Nearby one of my favourites to visit was Mare Mio beach and resto, €10 for a sunbed for the day and the food was lovely. I can also recommend a visit to Knossos Palace and Heraklion and Spinolonga island with Elounda and Agios Nikolas. Thanks for a great stay! You made a solo traveller feel very welcome :)

אלי מצוות המלון הייתה כל כך נחמדה מסבירת פנים ומזל שיש להם אותה! ארוחת בוקר פשוטה מאוד אבל לא צריך יותר מזה קפה טוב, ביצים,סלט,גבינות. הייתי מרוצה סה''כ. חוץ מזה אין כלכך מה לעשות במלון הזה וכדאי לצאת ממנו להכיר את האזור

המלון יותר כמו אכסנייה פחות מלון 3 כוכבים חדרים פשוטים קטנים ובסיסיים ריח של ביוב עולה מהשירותים תמיד הצנרת מחוברת אז יש רעש מים חזק כל פעם שחדר ליד מוריד בשירותים את הניגרה. מקלחת שהמים תמיד בורחים החוצה בצורה קיצונית מרטיבים הכל ואין מגב לטפל בזה לוקח למים מלא זמן להתחמם ואין מים חמים שניסיתי להתקלח ב4 בבוקר. ארוחת ערב לא טעימה ואחרי היום הראשון לא חזרנו אליה עוד נסענו אחד שומר כשרות ואחד לא ולא היה לשומר כשרות מה לאכול בכלל חוץ מסלט יווני אבל שלא תחשהו ש מה שהיה לא כשר היה טעים. חשבנו שתפסנו מלון טוב אבל שהגענו גילינו שממש ממש לא אפשר לשפר בו הכל. לא להשכיר אוטו מהמלון המחירים שלהם ממש יקרים המיקום אש!

Location was excellent, quiet area but only 2 minute walk from the seafront and restaurants/bars. Staff were amazing- reception and barman especially. Breakfast was limited but enjoyable.

The beds were super hard/uncomfortable. Bar was only open at evening meal time although very few guests utilised it which may be the reason. Very noisy from the adjoining rooms bathroom.

Personale gentile, professionale e attento ai bisogni del cliente. La colazione varia e abbondante ma nulla di speciale. La cena al buffet molta scelta ma ripetitiva. La camera abbastanza spaziosa con balconcino e ma aria condizionata molto rumorosa. Comunque tutto sommato abbastanza bene!!!

Da migliorare sicuramente la pulizia, per una settimana ho trovato capelli non miei dappertutto, il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani. Fare un pò di manutenzione nelle camere e nei balconcini. Il mio stendino sul balcone era rotto.

Ich habe nicht so gut geschlafen, da kein ruhiges Hotel. Eher hellhörig. Die anderen Gäste waren auch teilweise bis 03 Uhr nachts hörbar.
