Not enough variety for breakfast or dinner, but it was very tasty.

The breakfast isn't a buffet but rather you order and wait a while for your breakfast

I love the rooms the waiting lounge was my favourite the pool are so clean and the reception lady made me want to come back she was sooo friendly good customer service 10/10 for her services

I didn’t like the fact breakfast was not included on my package and the fact that we pay R50 for a tray and they was no sauce on my dinner like tomato sauce or tobacco the phone was not working on our room other than than I was happy and another question y u didn’t have white gowns as a 4 star hotel?

The facility was clean and perfect location.

The staff are all lovely and helpful.

Lots of noise at night from other guests. Mix up with keys when I checked in - I went into someone else's room. And a while later, a couple barged into my room while i was in there. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Food was slow in the restaurant and we were only 4 people in the restaurant

The bed was confortable. There was a fridge in the room. Room was clean.

I didnt like that the Door with acces to the parking was closed. I had to walk a long way around to the front entrance.The housekeeper never replaced our soap during our entire stay. Had to use the shower gel to wash my hands

The room was spacious. General surroundings were pretty. The restaurant menu was quite nice

The bed and linen were good. Barman was good. Toasted sandwiches were good. Swimming pool looked great. Location convenient.

No management to be seen. Safe malfunctioned and had to be forcibly opened. Aircon did not work properly. Telephone in room did not work and one bedside lamp did not work. After 3 days we were moved to another room after the hairdryer also did not work. Public areas had little atmosphere. Shuttle bus broke down whilst taking us to Sandton Gautrain. No one bothers to position the creepy crawly which remains stuck on the step all day! Hotel needs a revamp with new management.

I could see my car parked outside, from my room window in 106. Price was very decent.

Personal preference but I didn't like that the pool was right in front of my doorstep as I step out of the room.

Received a warm ‘welcome back’ from the staff, such wonderful amazing people , the hospitality compared to other hotels I have stayed at in the past is unmatched!

The staff was willing to assist with every request and also offering alternatives to challenges.

1. Room phones not functioning 2. TV picture quality bad. 2 more TV’s were swopped from other rooms but the problem remained. 3. Parking is too far from reception and the door that is meant to make parking to room commute is always locked. 4. Carpet is most likely due for replacement. 5. Kitchen menu was very lean

Location, Comfort

The hotel staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and it was sufficient for the one-night I was booked for. And I also enjoyed the water pressure from the shower; the temperature was perfect too :)

The hotel has a lot of stairs and they don't escort you to your room with your luggage. It took me time to locate my room and it was annoying as I was climbing up and down many stairs with my luggage. I was glad I'm not wheelchair bound because this hotel doesn't cater to the differently abled.

The room and the surroundings were very clean and the breakfast met my expectations. The is also a secure parking.

Compliments to the Night Duty Receptionist, Learnmore, who truly went above and beyond to welcome warmly, assist and generally offer a personal touch. Made my stay!

Great peaceful place to stay ! Clean , great location and awesome customer service. All the staff are friendly and helpful,on arrival I was met by a sweet lady named Nokwanda , she was so welcoming & professional, she made sure I arrived safely that night and helped me settle into my room, she arranged my trips for me with ease , the hotel shuttle guys were fast and efficient. A gentleman by the name of Choice organised my daily meals , which was delicious . I have extended my stay , had a great experience overall. The manager Barbara arranged a beautiful fruit platter to be sent to my room, thank you so much guys … Highly recommended !!!

The tv was not clear it was blurry and i requested water and taste was bad....it was like borehole water...

Hotel was very quiet I have been there many times in such a instance and such a large property it makes sense to then provide a free-upgrade as this add's to the overall quest experience -and can easily be done in such a large hotel without compromising possible walk-in's wanting the larger rooms. Was there for three days and was very -very quiet. the sister hotel up the road has done this with me in the past that lead me me to rather then book the up-graded room when booking. But, this is not a staff matter and must be something the management should look into.

The rooms are not beautiful like Premier Hotel in Kempton Park, actually l thought l booked the one in Kempton Park

There were no bathroom amenities / toiletries - no shower caps etc.

I love the comfy hotel, refreshed everyday, wonderful staff and the peace of the environment...I'll always go back.

Parking and the Receptionist was so unfriendly, we got there while she was busy talking with her colleague instead of stopping whatever she was doing and help us out we had to wait for them finish their conversation

The location is excellent. Very friendly staff.

No hot water for showering. The carpets could've been vacuumed before I booked in. The last person's soap still on the basin. No new soap for me to use. No shuttle service available for short distance to Morningside Shopping Centre for dinner.

The hotel was so cozy. Loved the decor. Very safe. I liked the set up of the units. You dont feel like you are inn a hotel. The staff was incredible and so obliging and helpful.

Would have preferred at least one movie channel. There were NO movie channels which was disappointing.

They couldn't organize an airport transfer. Even though we went to breakfast an hour after it opens, toaster & fryer for eggs not turned on & had to wait for it to heat up.

The space was much more than I expected. It was lovely. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The food unfortunately can do with some improvement.
