Marion Lodge

At a quiet place, and it’s private

Nothing

Very friendly and professional service. Facilities were really clean and well looked after. Good wifi for my online meetings.

Great place, friendly owners, delicious food, free room upgrade was very nice of the.

Food is really good and the staff are so helpful

Location, peaceful surroundings, good staffthe

The dinner meal options weren't all that great

Tle location, the atmosphere, it is in a very quiet suburb, with friendly staff.

It becomes noisy when your next door takes a shower, the sound becomes unbearable. Other than that I am happy, a 9/10 stay...

The breakfast was the best! Location convenient. Pretty garden. Nice pool area.

I booked the smallest room and it took me a while to feel.comfortable. Second time there. Next time I'd try a bigger room.

The location, the staff.

That breakfast was not served as scheduled but is sometimes late.

Urozmaicone śniadanie, dobra restauracja i bar tuż obok basenu. Bezpieczne i spokojne miejsce.

Accueil super sympa.

The location. The peace and friendly staff.

The austhetics, the furniture, colour theming of the Lodge and interior needs morden touch. Otherwise some ornaments and furniture is unnecessarily added while others are just too old to be there.

Venue and Staff

None

Staff were brilliant, Humphrey and Kimberley exceptionally friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily. Food was good. It was very secure and felt safe too.

Our room was 5, opposite the breakfast lobby so we were woken up early by staff preparing breakfast and guests having early breakfast. The Hostess not so friendly on the first day of meeting us, she loosened up as the days progressed.

Staff was so friendly

No heaters in the dinning room for cold weathers

The employees were very warm and friendly, breakfast was amazing, incredible hospitality, a well maintained property and good security.

Nothing

Friendly staff, great service, great rooms

Clean and close to all amenities.

The Lodge is well located- walking distance from Benmore Gardens Shopping Centre. The staff are very friendly - welcoming - providing an excellent breakfast.

I can only speak well of Marion Lodge.

Hospitality was extremely excellent

Nothing except that I didn’t notice when booking that I booked a small room

Everything, rooms was amazing and comfortable.

Nothing bad to point.

Our stay at the property was really good and comfortable. Enjoyed every moment.

Perfect guesthouse for a brief or slightly extended stay. Nice garden and poom, good breakfast, very comfortable room. Humphrey is exceptional at the frontdesk.

Nothing.

The place was very quiet

The hotel offers a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation…

Friendly staff.

Disliked the unclean shower curtains and leakage of the airconditioner all over the bathroom floor.

Location

Facilities are a bit outdated. Bathrooms outdated.

The room was very good and everything was awsome

Nothing at all

Rien

Everything was perfect, the rooms suited us very well, and the helpful staff assisted us in every situation. We highly recommend it.

Lugar agradável, seguro, bem arrumado. Ótimo café da manhã. Funcionários atenciosos.

Nada a reclamar

The quietness of the area The Staff The disposition of the rooms.

No comment! It is a great place for stay.

I don't normally write reviews. I have given Marion a 9 due to the fact that they went over and beyond to ensure that I had an enjoyable stay. They really tried to give me an excellent stay. This is much appreciated.

Secluded and appeasing, yet in proximity to city centre and easy connection to national roads.

Nothing not to like.

Very clean, quiet, good amenities in the room like kettle, fridge, soap, shampoo and a Smart TV. Breakfast was really good and drinks were reasonably priced. WiFi was very good, I was able to work remotely using WhatsApp audio calls with no issues. Staff were really friendly and helpful

My daughter was staying there temporarily for school. It closer to the school. They changed her room to a bigger one so she could be comfortable. Any request we had they attended to it. The place is safe. When she was checking out they thanked her with some snacks which was really nice.

Nothing

Firstly: the property is in a quiet location. I slept in an executive room, it was very big. Secondly: it felt like home away from home. Staff were too friendly and the level of hospitality is too high.

Nothing except that the carpet in an executive apartment needs to be changed. Everything was too good

It looked unkept

Simpatia do pessoal. Sempre foram simpáticos connosco.

Nada a apontar

The apartment is well clean and the service was good.

The was noise of the cars passing by at night since it’s next to the main road and also there was a hobo who kept making noise by my window, throwing small stones on the carport which made my stay uncomfortable.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the “upgrade.” Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing. The bed was completely worn out — the springs could clearly be felt and heard, making it uncomfortable to sleep. There was also a noticeable smell of mold in the room, which made the stay unpleasant.

Location

Nice place with very quiet neighbourhood. I would stay there again

Not much

Friendly staff

Very pleasant guesthouse, good lay-out, great bedroom (we were upgraded), nice garden, good breakfast, very nice and welcoming staff.

There wasn't anything I did not like

I always book with Marion lodge when I'm in Sandton. I love it here ❤️
