Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The receptionist Mabel was friendly and helpful as well as the maintenance assistant Vusi.
The amount of noise was horrible, people having parties until midnight. The insulation in the unit is non existing and it sounds like people are just outside you door having a party (this is with all the windows and doors closed in an attempt to minimise the noise) There was no communication on how to enter and exit the property. The security officers are too interested sitting in their guard house on their cell phones to assist. The facilities are run down. The front door had only a hole in the wall to keep the lock semi in place and it kept on banging form the wind. I had the place a chair against the door to make it stop. The tap fittings are loose, the blinds in the bathroom are damaged, the remotes don't work and the TV in the room didn't work. The over has not signage on it anymore, no way to know the temperature or element that you are using. The room was not ready when I arrived, the room attendant only brought it with the toiletries after I had already checked in. What once was my go to place to stay has become a place to avoid.

They didn't have a smart TV for YouTube or nextflix etc. It was just DSTV that plays a few channels. There was no microwave to heat up food. The matress was not comfortable

1.Tv is not a smart TV, strongly believe they should have noted it down on the website. 2. The apartment did not match the apartment descriptions on the website, kettle wasn't working, pots were dirty, bath tub was dirty with someone else's pubic hair, we had to cancel our dinner date cause there was no iron, when we asked for it...we were told that they'll bring it...we only got it the follow morning at checkout time.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026The staff were so kind, generous and welcoming. They made the space feel like a home, they were prompt to respond when available. The space was genuinely beautiful and well kept. We'll definitely visit again.
We didn't like the TV as the channels were limited and there were no streaming services, making watching tv feel mundane. The bathing toiletries where small and although provided daily, we ended up buying our own. Not having a mop in the unit was a bit uncomfortable as spillages had to wiped using tissue paper which was already limited to the complimentary roll in the unit.

The Apartments are not well maintained. I was welcomed by a broken door which raised safety concerns. The shower was a dirty the Tv wasn’t working the fridge wasn’t working either and ontop of all this there was a power cut midnight with no back up so l slept in the dark till checkout.
