The room was spacious for 4 people. The outside table is just right for a lovely lunch outside.

I loved the property just had no bowls to make salads and frying pan was too small to cook our fish. More bigger non stick pans for making meals and a couple of salad bowls be great. The iron was burnt so my sister in law went to get another one and such prompt service by reception and the staff are very kind ensuring we had towels toiletries and kitchen products.

I really liked that I could find an accommodation to stay in such a short time. Comfortable & clean room. Easy to drive around to the room.

I couldn't find the remote to the tv. The door was quite hard to push open. I arrived back after hours finding it hard to open the door but managed to get in.

Everything else but the floor in the bathroom was quite slippery when wet

No storage, small bathroom for 5 people. Wasnt clean to high standard for cost. 220. That was discounted too. Air con was hard to work.

Faeces smell coming from bathroom, faeces visible in shower drain pipe. Toilet flush not strong enough. Water from shower went a long way out the open door, also leaked out around the glass walls of shower, wrong water type for basin as water sprayed everywhere when turned on. Bathroom floor very slippery after shower used. We asked for a phone call back and didn’t get one.

Accommodated for 4.Not a full set of 4 crockery or 4 cutlery.The double bed you could feel the springs on the mattress.Daughter ended up sleeping with my grand daughter on the single bed.Otherwise it was a lovely room.

The biggest room onsite which was the old conference room was awesome except it didnt have any spaces to put clothes or hang clothes? Unable to get ready anywhere else but the small bathroom which for tbis occasion was annpying as we needed it for the 21st gurl and her peoplw to get ready in. Didnt know how to work the aircon. Dish cupboard was dirty. Overal it did us ok definately would not return even at the cheap prices i got them for on booking.com. We booked 4 rooms all up. The other rooms we great.

Lovely staff, rooms were really warm and clean, the spa bath was amazing!

Only slight niggle would be the shower. As there was no door on it, just a glass surround, everything got extremely wet. With tiled floors it became quite slippery.

Need more pillows. Online shouldn't ask if you want rooms next to each other if you can't provide that.

The toilet shower area used to get fully wet and uncomfortable to walk. It was bit run down. The service staff opening the door themselves just after a knock.they should wait for us to respond before they open door themselves. Kettle was not working. I usually stay here but this time the room did not meet my expectations.

Unfortunatly the wifi didnt work half the time. The tv didnt work for a whole day. Ants on kitchen bench. Room was damp with windowsill dripping water in kitchen

Parking was terrible, no outdoor area to sit in the sun. I paid for 2 nights and ran out of milk so asked for more, was told that I should get charged but didn't. 1 bottle of milk for each night I would have thought!

Lovely staff and good facilities in the room. I liked the soap/shampoo dispensers - much more sustainable than the little plastic bottles. Good location for our purpose.

Very narrow parking spaces. The bed was was hard. Having to pay a bond and provide card details for a prepaid booking - but the bond was very promptly refunded. Having limited tea/coffee etc. and a list of prices if one wanted more, including the cost of a roll of toilet paper.

The staff were great when checking in. The room had all the amenities we needed

The photos are not representative of the room, the bath was dirty the shower floor was slimy, the room was cold and damp,the TV has basic channels only, the internet was dodgy, the road noise was horrific, the beds were uncomfortable, damage throughout the room yet they charge a bond. The tables are wobbly and honestly I would rather spend that money anywhere else.

Nothing good about the place! Booked online while in auckland. My niece was arriving before us, so I rang them to let them know. She was charged a $100 bond. 5 minutes after she arrived, she messaged me to say we were in room 18, but there were cockroaches and insect faeces everywhere, over plates and in the cutlery draw, it was just disgusting! She complained to the office and was given another room, room 16. When my wife and I arrived at the hotel, I spoke to the guy at reception, he said we couldn't park our car outside room 18, which was the cockroach infested room, in case they had a walk in and needed to rent that room out. When we walked into our new room, it smelt really damp and horrible. I went back to the office and asked if we could have a refund to go somewhere else. The guy said no, because it was a non refundable room and wouldn't give us a refund, even though, we didn't cancel or didn't show up for the booking. It was because of the state of the rooms. We also couldn't get my nieces bond back until the next day. I rang booking.com and explained what happened. Booking.com contacted the hotel, and they still won't refund us. Booking.com has given us a $22 credit which is very good of them, but we are still out of pocket by $158.00. They take money from hard working people for disgusting rooms. We have put up some photos my niece took before walking out of room 18. Booking.com said they have had plenty of complaints about this hotel .I would highly recommend NOT staying here!!

We’ve stayed here before because of the excellent facilities, convenient location close to shops, and easy access to Hamilton Airport, and it continues to be a great place to stay.

We attempted to use the laundry facilities and were advised there would be a charge, which was completely understandable. However, after being given the key, we were unable to access the laundry room despite several attempts. Staff also tried to open the door but were unsuccessful. Aside from this inconvenience, it is a very good place to stay with great facilities and a convenient location.

Spacious room and large bathroom with spa, parking is easy

Door was very dodgy, even the cleaning lady struggled, handle didn’t work right and you had to slam it. Also the electricity went out when I was showering, someone tried to turn it back on like 20 times at the switch box until giving up. Staff would not give any refund as I didn’t call them, I figured they were the ones trying to fix it not a guest. My camera ran out of battery while sight seeing as I couldn’t charge it and I had to check out in darkness using my phone light.

They had everything we needed there to enjoy a relaxing night with our children after a long appointment, far away from where we live

Die Ferienwohnung war geräumig, die Betten bequem und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Auch eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit war in der Nähe.

Für 4 Personen hat teilweise Ausstattung gefehlt (nur 3 Tassen...).

the only thing was a bit of noise from the road through the door, otherwise great value for money, very clean and contemporary, great value for money

The bedroom had big webs halfway down walls, bathroom wasn't very clean,hand marks on back of doors,mold in grout in tiles,skirting edges hasn't been wiped for awhile and behind doors, behind toilet brush and was quite cold.

The communication from this establishment, absolutely appalling! Never answered their phones nor replied to an email prayer an automated response. No empathy nor compassion given! Wouldn’t recommend this facility at all! Poor communication and didn’t pick up any of my queries on the day! Better off at the Gardena Court Motel, the staff there are lovely and very accommodating and friendly and affordable. Recommended stay at Gardena Court Motel not this sad excuse of accommodation! Never again!

No breakfast, but is a nice quiet location

My dad is 90, and really needs a lamp by his bedside table, for when he goes to the bathroom at night. So I went and bought him a torch for our stay there.

The unit was spacious with a nice kitchen with the exception of the old microwave. The beds were medium hard but doable.

The first thing we noticed was the horrible pungent smell of over sprayed air freshner, if you can call it that. It was as though the cleaners were trying to cover cooking or stale smells. The cleaning left alot to be desired as well. We had trouble getting the heat pump to work so the staff member had to come in and out of our unit for over an hour, which used our private time. In the end we were given a noisy little fan heater. Not impressed with this motel at all . The photos online are not what you get, they are staged photos, then the rooms are returned to normal presentation later, obviously . The couch in the unit had worn out springs, so when you sat on it you sink down much lower than you should.

We stayed in here two years ago and loved it so decided to come again

Have stayed twice and would stay again. Had some very noisy philipina girls woke me up and had to bash on there door 1 am on the morning was to much . I did the massage, don't do it, great head massage but the rest was poor.

Room was spacious and a lot of space to move about. Pantry area was decent as well. Air conditioning worked well. I appreciate that they also provided a fan for our room which did not have an air conditioner unit. Good location, short drive to supermarket/petrol station and to the city centre.

Some parts of the room had a musty smell. Bathroom ventilation could be better

It was clean and convenient. A good price for 4 people to just put head down and sleep for night.

The bathroom was an odd design. Water from shower sprayed all over toilet and everything was wet. Having to pay if I wanted extra dishwashing liquid seemed a little odd. Would you like me to clean up after myself? Our room smelt like curry had been cooked in it. It was very overpowering and windows had been all opened to try to clear it before we arrived, which caused mosquitoes to come inside.
