Helpful man on the desk, clean place

Expensive. Hot pool finally heated up but wooden seats slimy. When booking put Hotel but found out when we arrived a Motel

Very friendly staff, accomodating with our need to park a large boat trailer. It was lovely to come home from a busy day to a clean and vacuumed room. We finished the evenings off with the family watching sky movies.

Excellent hosts, clean, lovely service!

Everything was wonderful

Hot tub was nice

Top notch customer service, friendly and efficient Well equipped clean rooms

Clean room good size

Noise from hot water units outside but handleable

Clean and easy location- 5min to super market and 10min drive to Hamilton Lake

The property was clean and they accommodated us very well the room was amazing would highly recommend

Sky TV.

No mention that that units are upstairs.so if you need ground floor.there should be an option to choose either upstairs or ground. Parking extremely tight.and most first come basis

It was spacious and close to where we needed to be for the weekend. There were a lot of sky tv channels to choose from.

The sky sports channel kept dropping out when a big game was on tv. The bathroom ceiling definitely needs some work with paint peeling and some evidence of mould. A deep clean overall would be good!

I had a ground floor room.Nice open bathroom and great shower pressure. Bed was comfy. Panel Heater beside the bed was good.

Couldn't work out how to use the microwave (no instructions) and no amount of button pressing helped. Heatpump needs a service. Set on 30 but not a lot if heat coming out.

Sky Sport. The spa was a perfect temperature for the season. Large bed. Shower pressure was good. Great location to our event. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away.

Low couch, which was hard to get out of for someone with bad knees. No extra blanket for snuggling on the couch, coffee cups too small, TV's weren't very large and that is why I booked this place, I should have checked the size of them though. Price should have been cheaper for the age of the place. No full length mirror.

Location stayed for 3 nights whanau in hospsital

Staff didnt leave milk 3rd night no towels no information or welcome folder. No cooking facilities no new sheets.

Very clean & tidy

No issues

Loved spa pool. Nice private area

Everything thank you so much. We have to decided to stay another night.

Nothing

They're friendly and helpful every time I've stayed here

Nothing could be better

Comfortable bed. Good size room and very awesome private spa pool.

A bit of Friday night traffic noise.

room was great. nice and clean

Lovely rooms. Lots of space, large bathroom. Staff were great. Great parking available.

Location but it is one of the best on the road.

Location was good and staff were nice

There was quite a cold draft coming through the main door. I noticed the next morning that there were fairly large gaps around the door, that were letting light through and some big enough to see the pavement outside. This also let in quite a bit of noise from outside.

Amazing stay, very clean and comfortable

Nothing, Room was clean and quite big

Rooms are really comfortable beds are comfortable. Staff very accommodating.Close to supermarket and about 8 drive to base shopping mall.

Decent room and facilities, washrooms big and nice, kitchen facilities are ok -they have a microwave, facility also has laundry facilities. Overall a decent place to stay in Hamilton

Comfortable and well designed room and furnishings. Sky T.V It was quiet (I didn’t hear my neighbours).

Parking area is a bit tight.

very comfortable bed. Clean facilities and great cooking area

everything

lights- may be having a brighter light in room

The room was a good size. Location was close to everything we needed. Staff were friendly

Even though the room was no smoking, it did smell like someone had previously smoked in there.

Very clean and really great bathroom for disabled family member.

Had to wait a while to be checked in.

Nice strong shower that washed away my travel stress. Toaster, wee carton of milk, TV a decent amount of storage for bags as not much space in the room (but a spacious layout). Staff were friendly. A short drive to the main street

The cost for a breakfast - it was $16 per person for toast, jams and I can't remember the rest - naturally we didn't purchase it but I was blown away to see such a charge

Reception was friendly and accommodating

First night there was a loud argument but it then stopped after 10mins or so. The second night, there were cars going in and out all night long, making it hard to sleep.

Clean and comfortable beds! Good value for money even on a last minute booking!

Nothing so far!

Reasonably priced, was warm with a heat pump, clean and tidy.

2 bedrm was quite small. Parking was tight. Door opens directly out to where cars drive.

Clean and Tidy, staff very accommodating. Beds were super comfortable, very quiet didnt hear the road or other guests. Shower water pressure was amazing. Had everything we could of needed.

We didn't end up staying at this property The owners did understand and gave us 1 nights payment back

We didn't end up staying at this place The owners did understand and gave us 1 nights payment back

Clean, everything in good working order and close to city

Bed was comfortable.

I thought we were getting a spa and also had to share a bed with my two kids as when I booked I would never have guessed that they would just give me one bed for three people.

Excellent helpful staff at reception

Exceeded expectations

Spacious room and parking close by

Unit layout, more living room seating, extra kitchen cabinet and 1 more mirror

Central location, clean, friendly host, easy parking

Soft bed, not enough seats, malfunctioning fridge

Central

The parking And our room had a outlet smell from water from the shower or sink everyday

Lovely stay. Clean modern 1 bedroom apartment. Awesome tv. Most motels tv are a pain. This one has full sky incl sport channels and the ability to record and pause etc. service good. Easy check in - check out. Good value for money. Great bed and shower. Plenty parking. Feels safe

Staff lovely and helpful Room beautiful and clean

Couch very low

Stayed here briefly for my stay in Hamilton. Room was warm, very well presented, clean and the motel location was close to the city center. Parking here was super easy aswell. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again.
