Love the location, the sizes of the room are fair, and everything works just fine. It's a very good value for money, I've been here a few times and it's always good.

I only requested to have my room cleaned one day and when I came back some of my food have gone (things that I've brought and bought for my stay: milk which was half used and in good condition, a microwave popcorn bag, some infusions that I brought from my house, cereals...) Not a huge deal but don't understand what happened there; so I would reconsider asking to make up the room next time.

Tohle byl nejhorší hotel, ve kterém jsem kdy byla. Pokoje v přízemí jsou peklo na zemi – jsou malé,jako přístřešek Harryho Pottera. Ráno někdo každých 30 sekund tříská hlavními dveřmi, takže pokud se chcete vyspat, nemáte šanci. Další věc je pračka nebo co to vlastně bylo, která tak šíleně bouchala i ve 23:00 v noci a ráno od 6h znovu. A pokaždé, když jde někdo na toaletu, všechno uslyšíte. Takže v noci se nevyspíte a ráno taky ne. Jedno pozitivum je lokalita. Postel pro dva je dobrá, když jste trpaslík.

Peu d'espace pour circuler à 3. Pas de serviette pour essuyer la vaisselle. Un appareil fait énormément de bruit par intermittence le soir et une partie de la nuit. On aurait dit une vieille machine à laver qui essore.

Our room was on the ground floor and we could hear every little sound during night, the noise insulation is terrible. Also, on my second night I woke up with water dripping on me from the ceiling. Someone was taking a bath upstairs and the water was coming from the ceiling. I reported it during check out and the hotel didn’t pay any special attention to it or even apologize. Customer service is not good!

Bien placé, lit confortable, petite cuisine avec quelques équipements. La chambre n’est pas grande mais contient tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour londonien. La localisation proche du centre et des métros est un vrai plus.

Ménage très rapide pendant notre séjour, nous étions 3 personne et oubli d’une 3eme serviette lors du ménage.

Terrible experience and even worse customer service. I checked in on 8 September and shortly afterwards discovered water leaking into my room from the room above. I reported it immediately, but reception told me there were no other rooms available. As the leak happened around 7pm and no alternative room available, and I had an early start the next morning, I had no choice but to find alternative accommodation. The hotel then refused to refund me, claiming I had not given their maintenance team enough time to fix the issue. The most disappointing part was the attitude of the manager, Annia Brown, who was dismissive, unprofessional, and even said I can give 1 star review and she did not care. To make matters worse, the hotel also denied the leakage incident when investigated by Booking.com. Problems can happen in any hotel. What matters is how they are handled. In this case, the lack of accountability, poor customer service, and refusal to take responsibility turned an unfortunate incident into an unacceptable experience. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere

The location is very convenient, and the layout of the property is ideal for a family.

The walls aren’t very soundproof, so you may occasionally hear some noise from other rooms.

Notting Hill Festival on so felt unsafe due to people around

Excellent location close to Hyde Park and with two tube stations round the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was missing soap but this was addressed promptly. The 24-hr reception is convenient and card access to building/room was very easy to use. We were provided with extra cards upon request.

Family studio had 4 beds (3 single, one double) with less than 1m or space between them, so it was rather crammed. Good if you only need to room to sleep in it and nothing else; otherwise everyone gets in each others' way.

Era un sótano estudio triple no tenía luz , toallas bastante usadas y solo una por persona. Pero lo que menos me ha gustado es que el día que te vas puedes dejar el equipaje pagando y un máximo de 2 horas. Tuvimos que llevarnos las maletas todo el día puesto que el avión salía a las 21 y con dos horas no solucionas nada. Sé que Londres es caro pero el precio no es barato como para que no puedan por lo menos guardar maletas en el check out

Great location, very close to the Hyde Park and it is on a quiet street. Easy access to bus stations and underground. Clean and tidy room & bathroom, with a little kitchen which we found it really convenient and helpful. Great size as a room for two. I was also surprised by the towel they provided in the bathroom. It felt quite soft and comfortable (beyond expectation!) MSK Elite is not too far from their reception (2-3 min walk). Staff were very nice and welcoming. We left our luggage at the storage room at the reception for free for a few hours before check-in and after check-out.

Bedding could be better. I didn't quite like the quality of the duvet & our pillows. There was no place to charge near bed but they were plenty places elsewhere in the room (such as near the table). Other than that there was not much to complain about.

The room was really good for the price. It had everything and more than we needed. The kitchenette had a hob and microwave, kettle and toaster. Nice little kitchen bar to sit and eat. Good TV. Comfortable and clean bed.

The location. After dozens of visits we have found a perfect location. Great walk to the city center via three parks passing Buckingham palace. Two tube lines in short walking distance. Direct bus to the city center. Nice shops and restaurants around. Walking distance to Notting Hill as a bonus. The staff was very friendly. No problem to get additional service. Very clean and nice room.

È la seconda volta che alloggio in questo hotel, e come la precedente mi sono trovata benissimo. La camera era pulita, dotata di microonde, bollitore con una mini cucina. Piccola ma funzionale. Staff sempre disponibile e gentile.

Unica pecca, la finestra affacciava su un muro, ma nonostante questo la camera era ben arieggiata.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Πέντε λεπτά περπάτημα από το Hyde Park. Πολύ κοντά σε underground/λεωφορείο. Εχει πολύ κοντά εστιατόρια/μπυραρίες/σουπερμάρκετ. Κατάλληλο αν δεν έχεις σκοπό να περνάς πολλή ώρα στο διαμέρισμα ή να μαγειρεύεις.

Είναι λίγο μικρό για 5 άτομα. Δεν είχε χώρο να ανοίξουμε τη βαλίτσα και την είχαμε ανοιχτή στο πάτωμα. Επίσης δεν έχει ντουλάπα για τα ρούχα. Αυτή που έχουν είναι χωρίς ράφια, μόνο με ελάχιστα κρεμαστάρια. Μικρή υποτυπώδης κουζίνα χωρίς ιδιαίτερο χώρο για να ετοιμάσεις φαγητό.

Very disappointing experience – not the hotel we booked We stayed in London with our family for a week of tourism and booked this hotel for four nights. First, we received a message telling us that we had been upgraded to another hotel, which was actually the reception for several hotels. This was very inconvenient as we were travelling by public transport and walking with our luggage. When we arrived at around 2pm, our room was understandably not ready, so we were told we could leave our luggage in a room. However, the room was unlocked, there were no luggage tags and there appeared to be no control over who could access it. When we returned about three hours later, the person at reception did not even get up from behind his desk to show us where the luggage room was. When we returned at around 5pm to check in, the same receptionist was again extremely unfriendly and made us feel as though we were bothering him. After another 30-minute wait, he finally gave us a room — but not in the hotel we had originally booked, and not even in the hotel where the reception was located. We were sent to another hotel about 100 metres away. Unfortunately, the first room we were given was in the basement, with a very low ceiling and a strong damp smell. We went back to reception to complain. Fortunately, a different, younger receptionist was much more pleasant and apologised. He found us another room on the ground floor at the back of the hotel. The room itself was clean, but the view was directly onto a massive brick wall only about two metres from the window. The bathroom was extremely small. The biggest problem, however, was the mattresses. They were of very poor quality and extremely uncomfortable. My wife, my son and I all slept badly during our stay because of them. We also could not keep the window open because there was loud music from the neighbouring area and a very strong smell of what appeared to be drug smoke. We eventually mentioned this to reception, but were

The apartment exceeded all my expectations! The location was perfect, close to shops, pubs, restaurants, and the Underground, making it easy to explore all parts of London. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

We were a family of three, we rented a studio and were happy with our room. Room was located in second floor, however in first night they gave us a basement room which was not mentioned in our booking, they gave us a bigger room and finally in second day new room as per our boooking.

What I am saying here is not a demerit point for this property, that's the overall issue in London. It is the parking issue. WE drove to London and parked our car in front of this property by eadvise of reception that we can pay online, he came with us and showed the sign in the street and proper instruction. We did that and next morning we received a ticket GBP180. I don't know the ticketing system is not connected to the app that was proposed on the sign or other issue. we parked in near by parking (Q-Park Queensway) and we could get in and out easily with no extra charge. WE used public transport for our entire trip as it was not worth to pay emission tax, this property is located outside in the edge of congestion and emission zone.

Location was good.

Room was dusty in areas, towels provided had other peoples hair on. We’re given the wrong room and when we told a female member off staff she did nothing to help but be rude. The second day we were locked out, so had to return to reception which was a slight inconvenience after a long day, however the man was very kind and understanding this time round and did say he thought we were in a different room but by then it was to late as we had already spent one night in the room we were given.

Good location with great convenience and amenities close by, apartments had all the things you would get in a fully fledged hotel.

Paid extra for balcony for both rooms but could not use them as they were super dirty with bird poo everywhere even on the chairs

Die Lage, wenige Schritte zum Kensington Garden wie auch zu zwei U-Bahnhöfen mit zusammen drei Linien. Geschäfte und allerlei Gastronomie sind gleichfalls in bequemer Reichweite.

Wir haben ein Zimmer im Keller bekommen. Das Licht fiel durch eine Art Lichtschacht, so dass es ohne künstliches Licht den ganzen Tag über dunkel blieb. Von irgendeinem Ausblick konnte natürlich auch keine Rede sein. Vor allem aber: Direkt neben dem Fenster befand sich eine Versorgungseinheit, die ununterbrochen lärmte und auch bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr störte (für einen ungestörten Schlaf also unbedingt Ohropax mitnehmen!). Bei offenem Fenster war es nahezu unerträglich. Kurzum: Bei der Buchung unbedingt sicherstellen, kein Zimmer im Keller zu bekommen! Falls dies nicht möglich sein sollte, von dieser Bleibe lieber Abstand halten, weil die Wohnbedingungen wirklich unerfreulich sind.

Die Nähe zum Hydepark war super.

Das Bett war viel zu hart und die Klimaanlage war direkt auf das Bett ausgerechnet. Das Fenster ist nicht von allein geöffnet geblieben, ist immer wieder zugefallen.

The place is situated nicely and it is on a calm street without a lot of noise. The room was big enough and clean. There is a subway station really close to the apartment and Hyde park is right around the corner.

Check in and check out were not super nice. Firstly, we had to walk to a completely different address for the keys and the staff there were not polite at all. I felt as if I were intruding on them.

The location of the property can not be beat. Super close to the Queensway tube entrance. We took train from Heathrow on Elizabeth line and transferred to circle line and walked off 1 block from hotel. Directly across the street from Kensington park Lovely! The room was small but very clean. We don’t stay in the room much so it was perfect for us.

Pretty loud when other guests are coming and going and using the restroom. Once again not a big deal to us but if you are super sound sensitive maybe bring ear plugs.

اني لكم من الناصحين لاتحجزون فيه سكن لايمت للصور ! وشارع يعج بالسكارى وريحة الحشيش ! حجزت فيه وغسر مسترد وهربت ومكان الاستقبال بعيد عن الشقق وتعاملهم سي خصوصا مديرة الشقق حجزت فندق اخر لانه مكان لايمكن ان تسكن فيه انتبهو من الموقع لايغركم . تخيلو م تقدر تدخل الشقة من الزبايل والناس اللي جالسين في مدخل الشقة سكرانين !! والناس تمشي بالشارع تحت تأثير المخدر كانهم walking dead !

Chambre familiale très propre avec balcon, très lumineux. Petite salle de bain mais douche très agréable avec une très bonne pression d'eau. l'immeuble est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse accessible à tous : on peut manger ou prendre son café en extérieur. très propre et personnel très réactif.

petite cuisine équipée au strict minimum, pas de table pour manger dans la chambre, juste un petit "comptoir" pour 2 et non pour 5... le matelas du lit double trop mou et pas droit, il penche vers le bas ... on peut tomber du lit la nuit si on dort sur le bord !

Idéalement situé, proche métro, environnement calme.

Great location in a lovely neighbourhood, and the building is a nicely refurbished Georgian house that feels clean, fresh, and comfortable.

We got a room on the top floor, which was clean and comfortable, but there was a continuous whooming noise outside, probably from an air‑conditioning or ventilation system. It’s a minor thing, though it would have been nice to have some smaller towels as well.

Cannot fault

The location of this studio is just great, close to shops, restaurants, tube and Paddington station. The property is well maintained, looks clean and well equipped. I have only stayed for a night but it would be very comfortable for a longer stay with kitchenette.

There wasn’t anything there I didn’t like but only as a suggestion it would be great to have a dustpan available to clean the floor if needed. Also, I wasn’t sure how to access the patio in the evening as the access card was not opening the door, so maybe some guidelines on the paper handed in the reception - this is not a complaint just suggestion :-).

Nice room for a small 8 year old Shower same

The location of this property is excellent. There are two tube stations within a 5 minute walk and it is within 10 minutes of Hyde Park. The surrounding area has a number of restaurants and smaller supermarkets. The room itself was large enough - room to move around the beds, accessible plugs and the kitchenette facilities were adequate. The cost was affordable for a night in London. The fact that other reviews mentioned it’s well placed location is why we booked this hotel.

Our room was on the ground floor, right next to the front door. If you’re given room 15, run. It was noisy throughout the night with the front door continuously slamming. Right outside our door was an additional (open) door marked ‘fire exit, keep closed’ we closed this on arrival, it was opened back up. I imagine if this had been kept closed the outside noise would not have been so loud. As our room was on the front of the property, we had the noise from outside all night and in the morning. We could also hear the room above us moving around. The room itself was not clean; there was dust/dirt all over the floor and there was a couple of bits of hair in the bathroom sink. The outer bed sheets/pillows also had small bits of hair on them. The mattress was also rock solid. I did not complain about the state of the room whilst there as we only discovered this after returning around 11pm. Had we stayed more than one night I would have made a complaint. Check-in was odd - you have to check in at another building and are directed down the street. There is no reception in the hotel itself (that we saw). Baggage storage also seems odd; you have to pay to leave luggage after check out and this apparently only lasts for two hours. This is made clear if you look at the questions section of the hotel page. However, I have never come across this time limit or cost when visiting the capital or any other hotels.

Descontento. Habitación minúscula. Volvería a una habitación grande y en otro piso. Ubicación buenísima. Cercana al metro y supermercados principales. Zona muy segura. Personal amable.

Esta habitación es para pasar un par de noches u no una semana. Apartamento excesivamente pequeño. Baño minúsculo. Apenas puedes afeitarte o lavarte los dientes. En la habitación hay un armario que no puedes abrir completamente porque la puerta choca con la cama. No hay mesilla. Tampoco hay nada para apoyar las cosas. Si quieres desayunar en esa encimera debes retirar todas tus cosas. Nos tocó el apartamento en un sótano. Vistas a patio interior y la ventana se puede abrir por fuera así que cualquier puede acceder a la habitación por la ventana. No te cambian las toallas salvo que les avises diariamente. Tampoco la basura de la habitación no se les avisa.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff was amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend this place to stay in Paris.

Ubicación excelente, a 4 minutos andando de las estaciones de metro de Bayswater y Queensway, y al lado de Hyde Park y de paradas de autobús. Magníficamente conectado con las zonas turísticas de Londres. Es una zona buena, se nota segura. Alrededor hay de todo, varios supermercados (sainsbury local, Tesco Express, M&S food y varias tiendas de conveniencia asiáticas), multitud de sitios para comer, tiendas de recuerdos y de todo tipo. Respecto al apartamento, nada que objetar. Éramos 5 y nuestra habitación estaba en el entresuelo del edificio número 13 de la calle. Aunque sea un entresuelo, dispone de ventanas. El apartamente tiene una habitación con cama de matrimonio y un salón con 3 camas individuales (no sofá cama). Las camas muy cómodas. Una mesa para comer con 5 sillas. El apartamento con aire acondicionado que funcionaba muy bien para ser agosto. El baño también muy bien, con productos de aseo y toallas para todos, que cambiaron cada vez que lo pedimos. Tuvimos problemas con la ducha, que no tragaba desde el primer día y nos lo solucionaron de manera rápida, por lo que el servicio un 10/10. Armarios y baldas para colocar la ropa suficientes para 5 personas.

No se me ocurre nada. Tenían un whatsapp atendido 24x7 y respondieron cada vez que lo necesitamos. Si acaso el precio, pero dentro de lo que es el alojamiento en Londres y dada la ubicación creo que es bastante correcto.

Wij hadden de cosy triple studio: vrij klein en heel eenvoudig. De locatie was het enige positieve.

Elke keer we een raam wilden openzetten, kwam de weedgeur ons tegemoet: vreselijk. Gelukkig was het heerlijk weer en hebben we de kamer enkel gebruikt om te slapen. Properheid kan beter, hout van de ramen kan echt wel een likje verf gebruiken. Bedden waren niet comfortabel.

Il lavandino del bagno microscopico compensato pero' da una bella doccia, gli ambienti non sono insonorizzati non tanto per i rumori esterni ma per quelli provenienti dai piani superiori, noi eravamo al primo piano.

Localização esplêndida ao pé do hyde park. Camas boas. Apartamento muito limpo. Staff simpático
