NIE WIEDER – ABSOLUT UNZUMUTBAR! Unser Aufenthalt im Queens Park Premier London am Hyde Park war eine einzige Katastrophe. Wir fragen uns ernsthaft, wie dieses Hotel überhaupt als 4-Sterne-Hotel geführt bzw. bewertet werden kann. Zu Beginn wurden wir in einem Zimmer im Keller untergebracht. Der Raum roch extrem nach Gas, während im Flur die Leitungen offen bzw. deutlich sichtbar entlangliefen. Dazu kamen Käfer im Zimmer. Hinter unserem Fenster befand sich ein Ventilator, und das Fenster ließ sich nicht einmal abschließen. Von Sicherheit, Sauberkeit oder einem angemessenen Hotelstandard keine Spur. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurden wir schließlich in ein anderes Zimmer gebracht – mit dem Hinweis, dass es sich dabei nur um eine vorübergehende Lösung handeln würde. Wir waren zunächst erleichtert, doch diese Hoffnung hielt nicht lange. Schon nach dem ersten Tag stellte sich heraus, dass auch dieses Zimmer alles andere als akzeptabel war: extrem hellhörig, kaum warmes Wasser in der Dusche und praktisch keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, weder im Bad noch im Schlafbereich. Und dann kam die absolute Krönung: Eine Maus! Offenbar lebte dieses Tier während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts mit in unserem Zimmer. Es ist schlichtweg ekelhaft und hygienisch nicht akzeptabel, sich in einem Hotelzimmer mit einer Maus und Ungeziefer auseinandersetzen zu müssen. Das Ganze hat mit einem 4-Sterne-Standard absolut nichts zu tun. Wer für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie bezahlt, darf meiner Meinung nach erwarten, dass das Zimmer sicher, sauber und frei von Ungeziefer und Nagetieren ist. Das sollte eigentlich selbstverständlich sein. Wir können dieses Hotel wirklich niemandem empfehlen. Spart euch das Geld und vor allem den Ärger. Bucht dieses Hotel nicht! The property is located within a nice area, and a nice quiet street. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was okay and pleasant, however the restaurant was cramped and not very comfortable. The staff attended to an issue I reported promptly, although it meant the amenities we did use for one night was poor and certainly not to a four star standard.

We were given room 124, on the first floor mezzanine area. The room was small and tired in areas. Some updating and repairs are needed. The carpet was fitted extremely poorly, and had been laid but not fitted. There was a large hole in the floor, at the foot of the bed. The shower head was completely blocked of limescale and it was impossible to shower adequately. Upon notifying reception, the shower head was changed that afternoon whilst we were out. The shower was much more improved, but it was clear it had not been used or tested in a while. The maintenance person who fitted the shower head, kindly left behind the empty box and packaging, on the toilet cistern. Not very impressed by this. The little touches make me want to go back to a hotel, but this hotel is lacking big and small touches.

I’ve spent 3 nights in this hotel. I was at the fifth floor. The bed was really comfortable and i had a good view. The bedroom is small but it’s got everything you need + all the space you need. I will come back to this hotel ! The staff is also very nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel. 5 stars.

Location was fantastic close to 2 tube stations, busy highstreet close by, lots of shopsand restaurants, staff were lovely and the room was clean.

The shower head wasn't great it kept leaking, but was powerful so was okay. The mattresses could do with being swapped as they were worn.

The only thing i liked about this property, was the staff and the bed. Nothing else. The staff was very nice and kind.

The room was that great. The frame under the bed seemed to be a bit damaged, there is a window but it does not stay fully open and there is no view, its blocked off by walls and a ventilation system. The bath was… okay… During the shower the water was changing temperatures by itself from hot to freezing. The breakfast was disgusting. The only thing that was manageable to eat, was the bacon. Which you could tell it was cooked for a lot of time since the bacon was rock hard and it had solid fat on it. Walls in the room were stained aswell. The first room that we were provided, the safe was not working and the AC was stuck at 19C, which the hotel’s reply was „you can leave the ac open and turn on the heater.

Amei os funcionários super gentis, deixavam a gente usar o microondas. Localização perfeita perto do metrô e de outra estacão. Da oara ir andando para Notting Hill...

Everything. Really thin walls, noise through the closed window. The Drainage stank in the bathroom, and about 1 minute into my shower all water stopped in the room and didn't come back on

El baño estaba muy bien y la habitación es silenciosa, lo que facilita el descanso.

El sofá cama era muy incómodo y antiguo, no se puede considerar una cama si el colchón es así de blando y duermes casi en las tablas.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Das Hotel wirkt sehr gepflegt! Zimmer etwas klein aber sehr schön eingerichtet! Frühstück war auch gut!

Nur der Teppichboden. Er war an einigen Stellen etwas schmutzig.

Tolle Lage ( in weniger wie 5 Minuten zur roten u-Bahn Linie)! Empfang und check in sehr freundlich und rasch erledigt ( sogar 1h früher das Zimmer beziehen können)! Sehr gutes Frühstück! Tolles neues Badezimmer! Nicht konsumiertes Frühstück ( wegen früher Abreise um 4.00h morgen und Frühstück gab es erst ab 7.00h)auf das Konto rückgebucht bekommen!

Sehr schmales Bett für zwei Erwachsene Personen. Bett nur von einer Seite wirklich zugänglich! Keinerlei Aussicht, sondern in den Innenhof und Betonwand des nächsten Hauses, gerade mal 2 Meter entfernt! Da wir am Morgen ( 3.45h) ein Taxi für die Fahrt zum Flughafen benötigt hatten, haben wir dies dann an der Rezeption bekannt gegeben! Es kam in der Früh dann ein Wagen, ohne Taxi Aufschrift, ohne Taxi Uhr, der uns sagte es sei nur Barbezahlung möglich! Da wir alles mit Key Funktion bezahlt hatten, haben wir auch keinerlei Pfund zur Verfügung! Der vermeintliche Taxifahrer hatte dann nach seinem Ermessen gleich umgerechnet und uns mitgeteilt er bekommt für die Fahrt zum Flughafen von uns € 105,00. Was blieb uns übrig, da wir unseren Flieger erreichen wollten, als zu zahlen und dann fuhr er los! In unseren Augen kein wirkliches Renommees für das Hotel und auch der Gastfreundlichkeit

es un buen hotel para estar en londres. Precio muy ajustado . Todo bastante nuevo. Camas comodas se puede dormir. Situacion excepcional en el centro de Londres. Desayuno ingles correcto, por el precio, muy bien, se puede probar un dia. Personal muy amable en todo momento y comunicativo. Habitaciones limpias y arregladas todos los dias.

la habitacion doble de luxe con una sola cama doble es algo estrecha y pequeña. La de dos camas es mas recomendable, tiene un espacio normal.

Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi da Kensington Gardens, dalla metropolitana e dalle fermate del bus. Colazione buona e varia. Reception aperta 24 ore.

Camera un po’ piccola e dimensioni minime del letto matrimoniale. Piccola finestra (e abbiamo saputo dalla mail di conferma che alcune stanze sono addirittura senza finestra). In bagno mancava lo scopino del wc, lo abbiamo fatto notare, ma ci hanno risposto che non ne avevano da darci.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht sauber und für drei Personen viel zu klein, besonders für einen Aufenthalt von sechs Nächten. Wir haben zweimal um eine Reinigung gebeten, aber leider wurde beide Male kaum etwas gemacht. Nicht einmal der Boden wurde gesaugt.

Stayed in the east wing floor 5. Room was clean. No aircon, but with the window open it was comfortable. No noise from street. Shower good. Clean towels every day. Kettle for drinks and a microwave to heat up takeaway food. Could have done with a mini fridge. Beds Were comfortable. Would definitely book here again.

A small double bed only,which wasn't big enough for 2 people. The room had a strange odour and there was cigarette smoke coming from the Aircon. The breakfast was very basic, not worth the money at all.

Honestly one of the best places to get a hotel at, not so far away from oxford high street, notting hill or hyde park, the closest station was queensway station which was 3 minutes walk away and the queensway road is amazing if your craving a brunch because there is alot of varities, anyways the hotel was comfortable and the bed were really soft (ideal when you come home late after a tired day). Despite the rooms being not so big or having a view of outside because we got side window room, but what matters is that hotel was clean, there was air con aswell which makes it even better if your coming in summertime. HAD AN AMAZING TIME AND WILL DEFO KEEP THIS HOTEL IN MY FAVOURITE LIST!!.

The Space was nice so was the team on the front desk. It was in a central location so I could easily find my way around the area. Food spots and all.

The room was not as clean as I thought it would be. There was a couple chips and spills in the bathroom. The Fan (instead of AC) had a lot of build up dusk within it. Making it hard for me to turn it on.

We arrived early morning and got to leave our luggage bags here before check-in time and did the same on the last day because our flight was at night time. The staffs, the location, the rooms, the breakfast are all great. There's small and bigger lifts that makes it easier with all our bigs luggages.

De service was snel en efficiënt. De kamer was uitermate functioneel, wat zeer gewaardeerd werd. Bovendien is de locatie van het hotel uitstekend.

Een muffe geur is waarneembaar. Dit verdwijnt echter wanneer de ventilator is ingeschakeld.

Los pasillos son muy estrechos, para ir con una maleta grande y una pequeña es difícil. La cama bastante incómoda, el cobertura con Manchas de hongos y poco espacio en la habitación. La ducha estaba dañada asi que había que bañarse con el mando de la ducha en la mano.

Aircon was a bit noisy in the room for sleeping, we turned it off overnight, street was quite from traffic but a bit noisy with people coming and going from other hotels

Basic room meant we were on the ground floor which was slightly underground so the small window we had looked out to a wall, not great but absolutely fine for what we needed.

Nothing. The hotel was unclean and dated. The room smelt of mould and damp and had no window or ventilation. The sound quality was poor. The air con didn’t work. The beds were bad and hurt our backs. The staff were unhelpful. Not impressed. The price was way too much!

The location is great, as was the air conditioning.

Because we booked through a third party, the rooms were not amazing. They even say on their website that you get better service if you don't book through another site, so can you say snob? We were shoved right beside the service elevator, and so it would wake us up at all hours of the night as it went by. The water draining sounds were also so noisy that I checked to make sure water wasn't coming in the room. It was not a restful stay. When we addressed the issue, they said we had to have talked to them after the first night, but honestly, where else would we go last minute after already paying for this?

Ponto alto é a prestatividade dos funcionários. Sempre muito dispostos a ajudar de maneira cordial e simpática. Gostei também do fato de deixarem água e café para os hóspedes. A limpeza estava impecável, muito bom mesmo!

O quarto é bem pequeno para uma família de 4 pessoas, como era nosso caso. Contudo, considerando custo benefício, foi adequado e voltaria a me hospedar.

I upgraded from standard because I was worried there wouldn't be a window. So I was glad about that because this isn't stated on booking .com and you have to do some detective work. Room was a bit small but thankfully air conditioning worked fine. Room seemed to have free Netflix! I got there really early (11am) and yet the lady at the desk allowed me to check in early which amazing and saved me carrying my suitcase round all day. So I really appreciated that!

I don't have any complaints at all really. I thought I'd book breakfast but when I got there I was told I had to pay, so perhaps double check when you book online. But it only cost about £13 and my little boy was allowed to eat for free.

La nostra camera tripla era un po’ piccola ed anche il bagno poco spazioso.

מיקום המלון מעולה, הליכה של חמש דקות משתי תחנות רכבת תחתית. רחוב מקביל מלא במסעדות, סופרים וחנויות מזכרות. החדר היה נעים מאוד, קצת קטן לארבעה אבל סביר בהחלט. חדר המקלחת היה נראה משופץ ונקי. סידרו לנו את החדר כל יום כולל החלפת מגבות וסידור מיטות. ארוחת בוקר אנגלית טובה. צוות חביב ונעים.

חדר מעט צפוף, לא היה מקום לשים את המזוודות. בחדר רחצה לא היה מקום לתלות בגדים. מבחינת ניקיון צריכים להקפיד יותר על כלי המיטה וניקוי השטיח.

Tout, le personnel est très agréable, efficace et disponible. Le petit Déjeuner est complet et très bon. La chambre et les sanitaires sont propres. L emplacement de l hôtel permet de se déplacer facilement à Londres.

Manque de diversité de fruits frais pour le petit déjeuner, nous n avons eu que des pommes. Le chewing-gum cole sur le mur à la tête du lit, dommage autrement tout le reste très propre. Le manque d isolation extérieure au niveau des fenêtres rend la chambre bruyante en début de nuit. Le matelas est très mou.

La posizione comoda e ben collegata con metro (2 fermate vicine Central Line e Circle Line) e bus. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è pressoché corretto rispetto la concorrenza.

Di base nulla, l’unica cosa è che andando d’estate soprattutto se fa molto caldo, la maggior parte delle stanze non sono munite di aria condizionata, quindi tra la moquette e il caldo da fuori non si riesce a stare nelle stanze. Se prenotate in periodi in cui è previsto molto caldo o prendete una camera con aria condizionata oppure cambiate posto. Io ho soggiornato dal 17 al 21 agosto di quest’anno e tolto i primi due giorni in cui fuori c’erano 30 gradi e di notte 25 (dovevamo stare con finestra aperta e ventilatore piccolo) in cui si è stato male, negli altri giorni con il calo delle temperature tenendo la finestra aperta di notte si è stato bene.

Our initial room was not suitable for us so we ended up having to upgrade to two single rooms - these were great rooms. The room would have been fine with better airflow, a working tap, and toilet. The beds were comfy enough. Shout out to the staff for helping us out with changing rooms after the first night, however, in hindsight I do wonder if I should have fought harder on the fee considering how bad the first room was.

The room was incredibly hot, with no airflow through the east end of the hotel. There was a fan but it was incredibly loud, and needed to be on the highest setting to make any difference to the rooms temperature. The room was advertised as having a kitchenette - this was not the case. There were no dishes or cutlery, save two tea cups and a kettle. There was also one lonely biscoff biscuit included which I thought was quite funny for a twin room. The tap in the 'kitchenette' did not work and no water came out. When I asked about this, the staff advised there was maintenance taking place which had impacted the water mains. They said they could send maintenance to come and check it but it wouldn't be for ages. I also informed them that the toilets flush was broken and needed fixing. All in all, the room wasn't what we had expected and I am very glad we changed rooms after the first night.

chambre 210 au top ! plus grand que ce que j’imaginais avec 7m carré pour 2 nuit c’est largement suffisant ! le personnel étaient au top ! répondent présent à tout ce qu’on avait besoin , on devait avoir notre chambre pour 15h finalement vers 12h nous nous sommes dirigés à l’hôtel afin de déposer nos valises au final notre chambre était disponible donc c’est un plus

honnêtement ? nous n’avons pas rien aimé , tout était suffisant et largement au dessus de nos attentes pour le prix nous reviendront !

Could hear everything from adjoining rooms. Chatting & laughing until quite late! Paper thin walls! Beds were very soft & felt old. Carpets could do with a good hoover, as rather dusty.

We were given a room in the very last corner of the basement, and the Wi-Fi did not work in the room. There was barely enough space for three people, and the room looked nothing like the photos. It was far too hot, with no fresh air, and the windows could not be opened. The bathroom was in a terrible condition. We also had several very loud, sleepless nights due to doors constantly slamming and footsteps from the floor above. It was extremely exhausting. There were only three power outlets for three people, which is simply not enough for three girls trying to get ready for a concert. There was also a sink and a microwave in the room, but neither of them worked. The sink could not even be drained, and there was no power outlet nearby. They were therefore completely useless and just took up valuable space in an already very small room. We would have much rather had the extra space.

Location was excellent. Close to Bayswater and Paddington for easy travel to key locations. Around 30 mins to Central London such Leicester Square,Covent Gardens and Embankment. Staff very helpful on Reception. Arranged alternative room as Basement and Groind floors triple room felt claustrophobic with no outside view, without extra cost. Shower rainfall option and looked recently refurbished. Breakfast buffet style, good coffee machine with hot chocolate too. All clean. One room tv didn't connect and phone not active. Other was fine. Basic Tea and coffee facilities. Pictures of upgraded double on 1st floor.

Original triple room assigned (2 adults and child) was more like a double with 3 singles squeezed in. The window was facing a wall and loud fans. Felt too closed in and cramped. Online description states some twin or double standard rooms are in basement , but not about triple. However? Fortunately hotel did have alternate available. Breakfast was okay, buffet style but not particularly fresh and replenishments were slow.
