Tuscana Motor Lodge

Clean and quiet, big bathroom.

Bed was a bit too soft for my husband.

Very clean and tidy. Towels replaced ever day and bec remade. Excellent

Only 1very small thing. Maybe couple of movies channels on sky would be nice

Great location. Nice spacious room and lovely staff.

We have been here quite a few times. It is great because it allows dogs and it’s very clean. Great value for money. Vivienne is absolutely fantastic.

The owner was very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Unit.was lovely and clean. Bed really comfortable. Room nice & warm. Had all facilities we needed. Close to city centre where we needed to be. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing.

Clean room quiet and close to hospital

cant think of anything

Location and size of room

Bathroom dated and black mould on Bathroom window surround

Nice clean facilities

Great location. Off-street parking. Dogs allowed was the key feature for us. Room decor was a bit tired, especially the bathroom. But that always seems to be the case when they allow pets.

Bathroom decor very tired. Shower sub-standard. Poor water pressure.

Tidy clean unit - ground floor, spacious with good parking.

So much! Clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, lovely staff etc

Wasn’t expecting room service with restocking towels etc on the day between our two nights! But apparently that is something rather standard! Appreciated it just wasn’t expecting it ! Thank you (and we would have left place a bit tidier if we’d known).

Great location

Guys talking loudly at 9pm and smoking outside their room which was next to mine unfortunately

Lovely service Clean and comfortable.

Nothing

Prime location that’s very close to the botanic gardens and parks if you like to take a morning walk or have a dog. The interior is nice and modern and the kitchenette is very handy. Comfortable bed and chairs.

Loved that my dog could spend our holiday away with us! A lovely spacious room for all her things especially her large crate. Also appreciated having our own private kitchenette that literally provided more than I expected it would. It was clean, warm and comfortable. Our holiday had been that good we decided to spend an extra night on top of what we originally planned. I could happily stay here for a week.

Location. Close to many attractions like the botanic garden and Avon River punting, and central Christchurch. Very good and comfortable unit. 😆

All good.

It was central to everything we needed. It was clean, tidy and the bed was comfortable. The lady at reception was friendly and welcoming.

Nothing.

Exactly as advertised. Good for a stopover and about a 20min easy walk to town. Definitely recommend the pizza place down the road! Owners are friendly, bed was comfy.

Nothing- met expectations. As mentioned in previous reviews and also in the pictures, the shower is in the bath and is a little shower head.

The staff were extremely friendly upon arrival. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Really warm and loved the comfortable chairs in the room to sit and relax . The bed was so comfy. The kitchenette was perfect for us. Staff are welcoming. Stayed here last trip also 8 years ago and it is still as good as I remember !

Nothing we disliked.

Just right for our time whilst in Christchurch

O

Very clean

Next to a busy street so was more noisy than hoped for

Met our needs, clean and tidy.

On a busy dual carriageway so a bit noisy.

Spa bath, nice owner. Very quiet especially at night.

Location is good, near to airport and also near to town area.

living room a bit small.Laudry service only until 8pm

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

The shower was a little disappointing.

Location was great. Easy walk into Christchurch. Rooms comfortable. Very welcoming

Location. Cleanliness. Staff. All great

The Lodge / Motel is well located near the Botanical Gardens and the Riverside Market. About 5 minutes by car or a 20 minute brisk walk. Great value for money. The owners live on the property itself so there is continuous monitoring of guests needs. The studios are nice and cozy with all basic requirements and plenty of parking. The lady (I suspect she may have been the owner) went out of her way to help my son with the clothes dryer as we were stepping out and would not have returned before closing hrs of the laundry room. Thanks for that.

Easy to walk downtown from this location. Clean and well set up room. Friendly staff.

Fixer Duschkopf, keine Handbrause. Etwas zugig durch die undichte Bauweise, aber nicht ungewöhnlich für Neuseeland.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hosts are exceptional, friendly and very informative about the area. We arrived from the airport at 11.30am and our room was ready which was great. Also managed to get a late check out to transfer to airport which again was a bonus. Highly recommend this motel and will be back.

Nothing

The location was excellent and the extra bed made a big difference for us. It was very spacious. The only set back for us was because of our age we found the shower difficult.

The only issue was having to get into the bath to shower.it was difficult because of our age and injuries I had

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, locatie was dicht bij vliegveld waar we onze huurauto in moesten leveren de volgende dag

Lage douchekop

Nice close location to the event was going to. Lovely and well managed accommodation, have stayed before and will stay again

Nothing to not like

Great location, bed was comfortable

Front door was open, so leaves had blown in. No extractor fan in bathroom.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good lock action and comfortable room.

Quiet location, serviced every day. Staff very friendly.

Simple, comfortable, clean

Not much it was as expected, no thrills simple basic accommodation.

convialité des responsables et du personnel

This was our first day in New Zealand after landing in Christchurch and hiring a car. It is a very clean motel, in good order, with easy parking. The room is well presented and offered a nice little kitchen with a microwave oven which saved us money by heating up some dinner and made breakfast easy. The bathroom was big enough for the two of us and the queen size bed was comfortable. Friendly & helpful staff. We will be returning to Christchurch to end our holiday then fly back to Australia and have decided to stay here again for our last night.

Lovely staff. Comfortable and clean.
