The unit is very spacious and has a separated toilet and bathroom. The cooking facilities were good quality, clean and everything worked well.

We selected a lower level unit and was advised it may be nosier. There was some traffic noise, but it was mostly subdued and tolerable.

Amazing Location in Christchurch. Close to everything you'll need and a simple drive to/fro the airport. Comfortable and warm, you will enjoy your stay as I have

The bed was very comfortable. The shower had great power. It was a bit dated and tired looking

Very helpful and friendly manager. Clean and very spacious bedroom, big comfy king-size bed. Lovely to have two large comfy chairs, lazy boys in room. Nice large TV.

Bathroom and little dated and our shower nozzle needs some adjusting so it coukd come out as a shower of water rather than a bit of a strong hose but it was ok. To be fair we didn't ask about it. Location means a bit if walking without a car.

Quite dated and a few things were a bit rough. Photos made it look better than it actually was, but given the price it was fine.

I had a very attractive living area with a heat pump, a dining table, a writing desk, comfortable armchairs and even a balcony. The spacious bedroom had a closet, the kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was very clean, with a good shower. The manager was very helpful and gave me directions to places ti see in Christchurch. The location was very good, being within walking distance of the CBD.

There is nothing that I didn’t like.

Just a few hundred meters from Southern Cross Hospital so great for someone having day procedures. East walk to restaurants and take a ways around the corner.

We stayed for business, love the spacious room and the fact that we can park in front of our room, that's a bonus. Love the shower and the location is convenient.

The location was near to the CBD. Super comfy bed. Lovely outside balcony with a table and one chair. Quiet neighbours. Fresh towels after day one of a two day stay.

Checkin was easy. We got a room upgrade and were very impressed with the size, comfort, cleanliness and facilities. Suprisingly quiet for being on Bealey Ave. It was an easy well lit walk back from the Town Hall. Will stay here again.

While a little dated, this motel is very quiet with easy access and good parking. Always clean and has a plunge coffee pot.

A very nice stay in a comfortable and clean place.

You should take a little more care not to have older outdoor furniture, or rusty gas heaters which slightly spoil the otherwise very nice impression.

We had paid a bond/deposit and left the motel room nice and clean, dishes done everything which we had noticed other units had not had that done, gave our key back everything and did not get put bond back with no explanation, the payment disappeared nothing

Couch very uncomfortable as the squab cushions sink down inside it. Not safe usable at all for myself. Perhaps it needs replacing

Appreciated the proximity to the City around 10 minutes walk. The room was very clean, tidy and spacious enough. The manager was polite and friendly, she allowed us to leave our luggage at the office after checking out before our departure flight late that afternoon.

Great location, facilities were clean and tidy, appliances have been modernised.

Whilst everything was awesomely clean and tidy, the units are showing signs of age and could do with a bit of a spruce up. Toilet and vanity need replaced as does the dining chairs. The bathroom needs painted and a heater installed. Double glazing of the windows would help keep the road noise out.

I picked it because it was walkable to city… but we were confused as it felt further away than it was but it was actually super easy and about 20 minutes to get to the centre which was great! It was super clean and the staff were lovely. There is also a great pup a little walk down the road.

The bed was good but hard which we are not used to which is not a bad thing on them… just our old bodies!
