Excellent staff and very clean

Needs a little updating

Great location. We wanted to tour Penn State. Gym was nice!

No problems at all

比較的カレッジに近かったこと

It was really clean. It was pretty quiet. Nice to have luggage carts.

Not very friendly. Beds were hard. Air conditioner was very loud in the room. Pillows were small and terrible. Overall it was disappointing for the money/brand.

Todo

Part of the breakfast items had been on the bar for a long time and was cold, being bacon that needed to be fried a little longer, heard people complaining about it. Waited about 10 minutes for the toaster to be available. Hotel only had one outside of facility. Definitely need some help of cleaning..

Location, cleanliness,

Outrageous cost

The staff was absolutely amazing! So kind. And my expectations were highly exceeded. The shuttle transportation was amazing feature and the driver was so kind!

Beautiful Hotel….

Clean and close by to everything I had to take care of while there on business

Amazing location, easy in and out, everything was very clean

Our door everytime it closed made this awful loud sound

Helpful stuff nice location

Room little different than picture.

The hotel is spacious and offers convenient laundry facilities. The staff were respectful, friendly, and very helpful. The price was reasonable for the location, and the breakfast was good.

The carpets in the rooms really need to be replaced. They are very old and had an unpleasant smell. The location is also a little far from the city center.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Close to campus.

Clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and great location to campus and downtown Statw College. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Ellie at the front desk.

Nothing

The staff was very welcoming. Room was clean and there was a variety of options for breakfast.

The location

Easy to find and a good location

House keeping staff did not acknowledge the “do not disturb” sign on the door and tried to enter my room multiple times while I was getting out of the shower.

every aspect. staff vowed helpful

Good beds. Pleasant and clean room. Loved the 4 EV chargers!!

The breakfast room was swarming with teenage kids from a camp visiting Penn State and there was really no place for us to sit. I think there was a waffle station but it was very busy so we didn’t want to wait for it The kids had cleared out by the time we left the hotel, 45 minutes later. I thought Radisson was a premium hotel brand, but this place was not really that.

Clean and comfortable

Location was good, property was clean and bed was ok .

Common areas were virtually nonexistent, breakfast finishing at 9 30,but checkout is generously available until noon. So,if you are looking to take advantage and have a rest, you should choose between breakfast and sleep. Breakfast was fine.

The beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was great. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

Wish it was in town so I could walk to campus but turn it would be out of my price range 😂

The property was well appointed with the amenities I desire.

The HVAC unit in our room became quite loud during the night while we were trying to sleep.

Location, breakfast, friendly, clean & peaceful

Was not the best price available

Clean and nice

Internet was awful, food wasn’t the best, and air conditioner units don’t work well

The people who work here are all very nice and helpful all amazing and the pool and hot tub is nice so is the jacuzzi in the room amazing

Nothing

Exceptionally clean and welcoming. Great location. Quiet. The breakfast is awesome. Even the cleaning staff in the hallways were pleasant.

Great location

Asked for an accessible suite which should have included a walk-in shower but instead had a tub with bars and a chair, not accessible!

Friendly staff and very clean

מלון נחמד מאוד, השאלה למרכז היה מצוין. העיר אוניברסיטאית עם אנרגיות של ספורט ורוח צעירה. נהנינו

חבל שהג'קוזי לא עבד

Really clean, and comfortable rooms. Solid breakfast, and a tremendously kind and helpful staff.

Perfect hotel for a short stay on the road to NY. Th room was clean and tidy.

It was in a remote area, too far feom lancaster .

The room was good size and clean

They have a shuttle bus that takes you into town and then picks you up.

Property was clean, staff was friendly and helpful

The comforter was white, and had stains on it, which were covered with a sheet thrown on top.

We had a wonderful stay with friends. The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. I especially want to recognize Elena at the front desk, who was so kind & helpful, and gave us great recommendations. Breakfast was also very good, and the cookies were a nice surprise! Overall, a great experience.

The property is clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very professional and the property is conveniently located to the University campus. Check in and Check out process and times were great.

Nice, clean room - plenty of space. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good location to access PSU East Halls and Beaver stadium/Bryce Jordan Center

Clean professional good value

Loved the hot tub! Location was great for both parts of town I needed. Breakfast had lots of options

Overall clean and new feeling

Breakfast was poor and fridge did not work properly

Зручно, комфортно, тихо

Хотілося щоб басейн був трохи чистіший

Location. Amenities. Breakfast. Cookies!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was amazing! I stayed for a week, and there were different options served each day. Fresh baked cookies were served in the lobby before bed, and the lobby was nicely decorated for the season. This location was conveniently close to the Penn Stater, where I was attending a conference.

The pool and hot tub were very crowded each night, so I did not get a chance to use them. The parking in front of the building was typically full, so I had to park in the back.

Close to airport. Close to Penn State. Quiet and clean.

Facility was nice and staff was kind and helpful.

Breakfast was not good at all

The jacuzzi was great. The king size bed was soft and fantastic. Looking forward to returning.

Entire facility was clean, front desk personnel were efficient, great selection of items at breakfast, room was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this location for anyone staying in the area.

Noise from other patrons but the hotel can't control this, the body wash in the bathroom had not been filled

Lots to choose from. Fine taste of food. Room to set down quietly for breakfast. Friendly staft.

More choose of local meats. Pool hours from 6am to 12am but was locked @7:00am. The room temperature was hard to regulate to 72°.

Location and a very nice breakfast. Cookies and coffee in lobby were a nice extra

Our room had hairs in the tub and a charging cable on the floor from previous guest? Looked like it hadn’t really been cleaned properly.

Very comfortable room, nice spacious breakfast area with waffles & hot foods, easy check in/out, nice area for electric car charging, friendly staff.

Well situated for an overnight stay in State College.

The layout of the king suite.

The location was great for our needs. Omelet options at breakfast were good!

Breakfast was fine but when it was busy it was a long wait for omelets. I suggest offering a few hard boiled or scrambled eggs instead of the sad little premade omelets

Excellent. The best

Nothing

Large selection, nicely balanced

It was a very good experience. The Property upgraded my stay to a suite. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

It is more than better

Cleanliness and Friendliness

My sister-in-law booked after us. She had the same kind of room but it was $60 cheaper.

Loved the friendliness of the staff!

$800+ non refundable price of the room was excessive.

BREAKFAST

Nice ambience, great pool and jacuzzi. Popcorn and cookies! Plenty charging options in room.

Breakfast was basic. Area was nice but Marriot does better Breakfast

The staffers, location, floor plan, enough parking space, good breakfast (but they can do better), cleanliness, and soft beddings.

Lack of more variety of breakfast.

Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was erg goed

Voor deze prijs niks
