From the start, Isabella welcomed me warmly. The room was gorgeous, bathroom humongous and the bed very comfortable. The entire team from the gentlemen out front giving me directions, with my luggage, the front desk team always smiling and ready to help; and the concierge ever so patient to take my questions. It has been such a lovely stay! Definitely a choice to stay if I return to St Moritz!

GRACE是這趟旅程最完美的飯店，從check in開始，行李有人服務運送、有氣泡酒喝，以及詳細的飯店講解。 房間很大，窗外的湖景非常漂亮，不管是床、桌椅、浴室都非常滿意，最令人驚訝的是mini bar放滿汽水、啤酒等零食，第一次是免費的，都可以享用。 早餐也是非常豐盛，樣式很多也很好吃，同時還可以欣賞窗外的雪，太棒了。

Everything, especially the staff in the person of the sommelier of the restaurant who was very kind, knowledgable and gave us great advices to get the best experience of the city. The valets were also super nice and arranged to clean our cars for the rest of our trip.

We would have loved to get access to the BeefBar, but it was too early in the season.

This is a luxury hotel located just steps away from the train station. Our rooms were in the renovated area of the hotel. They were well appointed and the beds extremely comfortable (I believe they even have a "pillow menu"). We had breakfast and dinner at The View and both were excellent. The bar and restaurant areas are beautiful and a view of the lake can be enjoyed. We stayed here "off season" so not a lot of the stores were open and the center of town is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Even though the train station is extremely accessible, it was raining when we checked out and the hotel was happy to provide shuttle service so we did not have to worry about our luggage getting wet. There is a tunnel which makes the lake very accessible and the combination of the lake and the Alps provide a breathtaking view. Our stay was enhanced by the attentiveness of the staff.

If I could give Hotel Grace La Margna more than five stars, I would! Every detail of this hotel is meticulously thought out and top-notch. The staff are incredibly friendly, providing high-quality service that makes you feel truly valued. The views of the Alps are breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the town and minutes from the train station. The kids' club and pool/ spa are one of the best I've seen, and the welcome drinks/treats were a lovely touch. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with high-quality furnishings, making our stay even more enjoyable. We dined at The View restaurant a couple of times during our stay in the hotel. The food was exceptional!They even surprised my son on his birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, the ambience, food quality, drinks, and the efficiency of the staff surpasses expectations and sets a new standard that’s hard to compete with. This hotel truly delivers perfection in every way!

We loved everything : the location, the views from the restaurant, bar and lounge is breathtaking. The restaurant and bar in the hotel are excellent ! Transport & transfers were convenient.

Absolutely nothing !

We loved everything about our stay and many other 5* hotels could learn a thing or two from Grace! We were met at the station by the friendlist driver, then with a welcome drink on arrival, and a lovely tour of the hotel. The facilities are modern and stylish, from the rooms to the gym, and we really enjoyed using the spa, steam room, relaxation rooms - all of which is included in the price. Breakfast is also amazing!! They have a croissant trolley which says it all. The dinner was great too - guinea fowl dish was the standout. Hard to sum up but what really made the difference from other hotels was the little touches: fresh fruit, cakes and nuts available in the room each day, pillow service, first round of minibar was complimentary, protein bars in the gym and regularly replenished water. They also made such an effort to make our visit special because we were celebrating a birthday. Whilst an expensive stay, you feel like you get your money's worth because of how thoughtfully everything is done. Even when we left in a privately organised taxi, they made sure our driver had water for our journey back to the airport. A classy place!

Rooms could have been ever-so-slightly bigger but it doesn't take anything away from the experience.

The only watch-out was the road around when you need to open the windows of the room - it can be a bit noisy in the morning and late afternoon

We have a wondersful vacation here. The hotel is very close to train staion so convenience. The staff are welcoming and helpful. We have a really good time.

My partner and I stayed here in late March. Sadly, the experience was not good enough. The room was too small and not luxurious at all. The room service was also very poor. To make things worse, we were knowingly given a room above an event space where the music was due to be very loud and continue on to 1am, meaning we couldn’t sleep. I did email the hotel about this but did the a response.

The hotel is beautiful and we got one of the new rooms. Great amenities, clean rooms, incredibly professional and helpful staff.

We liked everything

this was an absolute dream for our ski trip! the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile, a tip, or a plan. The complimentary shuttle into town was a huge win ! our room was well-designed and felt very "modern alpine". waking up to breakfast with full mountain-and-lake views every morning was also truly wonderful! the kind of moment that makes you slow down and actually enjoy being there. after long days on the slopes, the spa and pool felt like a personal apology from winter. overall, the hotel made our trip very easy! would happily stay again

I don't like how normal other hotels will feel after staying here... cause it was perfect

I reserved two rooms at this hotel and, on the day of check-out, after vacating the rooms at 12:00 p.m., I requested that my luggage be stored until 3:00 p.m., when we were scheduled to take the train, as the train station is located directly in front of the hotel. Our intention was to have lunch with our family at one of the hotel’s restaurants until it was time to leave. However, we were informed that the entire hotel had been booked by an English guest for a high amount, and that no other guests would be allowed to remain on the hotel that day. I find this information completely unacceptable, as we were not informed of this situation in advance. The situation became even more serious when, after I had already left our luggage in the care of the reception desk, my husband and I briefly left for a quick purchase. Upon our return, we were shocked to learn that our four suitcases had been handed over to our children, who are 14 years old, and that they had 5 minutes to leave the hotel. This was embarrassing, irresponsible, and completely unacceptable. If the hotel intended to require all guests to leave on that day, reservations should have been blocked in advance in order to avoid placing guests in such a humiliating situation. Regardless of the fact that a guest booked the entire hotel for three days, all guests must be treated with respect and care, especially when minors are involved.
