Very cute, quiet, loved the restaurant and wellness center.

Our room way in a building way up steep hill. We are all 65+ and pushing luggage up or even just climbing up put us out of breath where we all had to stop twice to get to the building to catch our breath. Also the stones outside our building are jagged with space between them. Bought our luggage wheels many times.

Hotel Antika was a perfect three-star stay in Zermatt. The location was ideal for viewing the Matterhorn and central to everything, making it easy to explore town. Everything was clean, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was great. I’d happily stay here again!

We wound up getting a very large room with an outdoor patio and lounge chairs which took full advantage of on a slow sunny afternoon. The wellness area was also great after days of hiking. Staff was also kind enough to allow us to use the ski room to store our bags while we did an overnight hut.

這次住有馬特洪峰的景觀房，房間空間舒適，早餐好吃，太值得了。

ツェルマット滞在は5回目で全て同じ金額帯の別ホテルに泊まりましたがアンティカが最もオススメです。 一枚の写真で伝えられるような特徴的な事柄ではなく、滞在して感じる細部にこだわり、宿泊者が不快に思うような事柄に手を抜かない運営方針が伝わりました。 まずは、清掃の質の高さ。3泊しましたが、タオルなどのリネン類交換やコップ清掃、備え付けのコーヒーの補充、ベッドメイクに至るまで完璧でした。部屋の設備も電源の数、ライトの配置などストレスがなく、バスタブの広さも178センチが足を伸ばして寛げました。朝食は新鮮なフルーツや野菜、温かな卵料理、数種類のパン、ヨーグルトの種類等、充分満足できました。 階段には音が響かないような滑り止めのマットが敷いてあるので階段のバタバタした音がしにくい工夫をしてくれています。 総じて言葉や文字では平凡な事なのですが 自分の家、と考えると重要な事だと思います。

当方が喫煙しないので、あえていうなら喫煙ルールです。部屋は禁煙、ベランダは喫煙は可能、とのことで隣の部屋の方が喫煙者の場合、低い間仕切りしかない状態で繋がったベランダなので煙や臭いは拡散します。 隣の方が吸っている間はベランダに出ない、窓を開けない、という対応すれば良いだけのことでしたが、できればベランダも禁煙にしていただけるとありがたいと感じました。

駅からは距離がありますが、部屋や浴室は広くバスタブ付きバルコニーがあり気持ちよくゆっくり過ごせました。 部屋の灯りは沢山あり自分の好みに出来ました、また、コンセントが沢山あり便利でした。 バルコニーの前は墓地ですが、何時もお花が綺麗に咲き気にならなかった。 スタッフの対応も良くフロントの前を通ると声をかけて下さり笑顔で対応してくれました、朝食も美味しかったです。　　 お値段も高くなかったです。 大変満足したのでまた訪れる時は是非利用したいです。

冷蔵庫がなかったのが残念。

房間超級大，而且有小沙發，最喜歡躺在沙發上看著陽台外的馬特洪峰，時間夠的話我願意躺一整天。接待的櫃檯人員很帥且很親切。房間內的衣架非常充足，很適合想要晾衣服的人。房內燈具也很多，光線明亮度可以隨自己喜好調整。雖然飯店內沒有洗衣設施，但距離飯店30公尺內就有一家很新的自助洗衣店，對於長途旅客想自己洗衣服的很方便！飯店樓下就是拍攝馬特洪峰日出的景點，如果沒有住景觀房的話，下樓即可抵達，可以多睡一點再下樓，不過最好還是住景觀房，躺在房間看日出實在太美了！

ベランダから部屋に入るレバーハンドルが無く、部屋に戻れなくなってしまった。防犯上の理由と思うが、部屋内にサムターンをつけて、両側レバーハンドルにして欲しい。

Très bon emplacement et chambre spacieuse avec un balcon. Très bon hôtel pour un week-end !

I was expecting a balcony but got a huge terrace with an amazing view of the Matterhorn, the room was very spacious and comfortable would definitely ask for the same room again if we were to ever stay there in the future. Also the ice making machines were a special bonus in the extreme heat

We love the breakfast with fresh breads, cold cuts, different cheeses, yogurts. The location is right in town and just at the bridge to take the Matterhorn during day break. The hotel provide free spa facilities which we appreciate after a day of trekking in the mountains. We are pleased with our stay and the facilities, even though the town cemetery is outside the hotel. Did not fuss us a bit.

Exceptional in every way.

This hotel has several things going for it. We appreciated its location just outside the busy center of Zermatt, making it a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The setting beside the park and cemetery was lovely, and our balcony offered an amazing view of the Matterhorn, which was definitely the highlight of our stay.

There were, however, a couple of things that took away from the overall experience. Our room became very hot, and unfortunately no fan was available to help cool it down. We also found the breakfast to be fairly mediocre. As someone with celiac disease, I was especially disappointed by the gluten-free option. The bread provided was frozen, crumbly, and lacked flavor, and there was no way to heat it, which made breakfast much less enjoyable. Overall, the beautiful location and spectacular Matterhorn view were the standout features of our stay.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The breakfast had a great variety.

The shower head kept coming off when the water pressure was too high

Lage: perfekt. Zimmer: sehr gemütlich, die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Badezimmer: Eine Badewanne grosszügige Grösse. Frühstück: mehr wie genug :) und die Morgenpost ist genial.

Great stay! The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The best part was the amazing Matterhorn view from the room I booked. Waking up to such a beautiful view made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Great hotel in Zermatt nearly spot point only 1 minute from hotel and around 10minute form train station. Very good service form staff I can drop my baggage before check in time and they can prepare lunch box for me when I have to early check out. Breakfast good have many sauce (Ketchup, Thai spicy, Thai chicken sauce, mayonnaise)

The room was cozy and offered an incredible view of the Matterhorn, complemented by a wonderful private patio. The bed was comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The wellness area was a nice bonus, providing a relaxing place to unwind, though its amenities were somewhat limited, consisting primarily of a sauna and a few additional features.

Laundry services were priced higher than we anticipated. The breakfast was satisfactory and offered a good variety of items, though it was primarily a continental-style breakfast rather than a hot breakfast.
