ホテルは清潔で、花がいっぱいで、快適だった。毎朝の食事も豊富で、美味しかった。スタッフは、みなさん親切で、私の下手な英語の質問にも丁寧に答えてくれた。あまりにも花がきれいだったので、花の種を売っている店を訊いたら、種を貰ってしまった。

ひとつだけ。小さな冷蔵庫があればうれしかった。ビールを冷やしておけるので。

Mein Zimmer war sehr dunkel, das Nachbarhaus so dicht, dass ich den Bewohnern in die Wohnung schauen konnte.

The Breakfast was good.

If you ask for 2 extra Towels for the very first time after a long warm sweaty 5 mile hike don’t be surprised if the host says that it is “completely unacceptable” and they rudely and begrudgingly give you 1 towel and then say “this can not continue”.

We loved it here great location, Thor and Michelle were so nice helped us with best places to visit. The breakfast was very nice and the room was great with a really comfortable bed.

Hotel Romantica is family owned for many years and is authentic. It is on a quiet side street, it's very quaint & beautifully decorated in swiss country style. We loved the garden landscaping in front. The owner, Michelle, is very nice and Thor, her front desk person was a jewel and so helpful. We loved our room with a mountain and garden view. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good, with great service.

Hotel Romantica is a lovely inn, in the middle of old town, but back off of the busy section of the street, which is nice. The owners and the staff were lovely and very helpful with recommendations. Everything was very comfortable and breakfast was very nice as well. I would definitely stay here again if I were to travel back to that part of Switzerland.

So charming. We had a suite and it was very nice. Seperate living room a place to sit and separate bedroom. I think our favorite thing was sitting I. The balcony. The owners are wonderful.

This is a hidden gem in Zermatt. The rooms are spotless, smell wonderful and are very comfortable. It's in a great location just off the main street within walking distance to everything. The outdoor garden is beautiful. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. And the hosts are so caring and friendly. They gave great recommendations for daily hikes and shared their favorite huts for food. I can't recommend this place enough.

I didn't like leaving this place. Seriously, there was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

The hotel is very quaint and in summer has a beautiful garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Thor and Michele were the best hosts, very friendly and went above and beyond to help you out. Highly recommend the stay, nestled in the middle of town.

1) Our group stayed in two rooms, a suite and a superior single room. Both rooms were fine. The Suite is very spacious, with a sitting room. Besides the balcony, there are two sets of windows, at the other side of the room and in the sitting room. With good ventilation, it's not a big problem even in the summer month of June and when we met the heat wave during our stay. 2) The owner couple are very hospitable to their guests. They attended to our questions very patiently. They were very kind and drove us to the train station

We had to climb a short steep path to reach this boutique hotel. The hotel provides a pick-up and drop-off service from / to the train station at a charge.

The hotel is charming, intimate, and wonderfully cozy, with an authentic atmosphere and exceptional beauty. It is ideally located just a few meters from the heart of the village. I stayed in one of the suites, and it was absolutely outstanding. The bed was incredibly comfortable and luxurious, making every night’s sleep a true pleasure. The hosts, Thor and Michelle were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They responded to every request with genuine care and were always happy to answer my questions, offering practical recommendations that greatly enhanced my stay in Zermatt. I will certainly recommend this hotel to others, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

Tolles Hotel, mit viel Liebe und Herzlichkeit geführt. Sehr hilfsbereit! Gute Lage - einwenig versetzt vom Hauptstrom und trotzdem zentral.

A very special hotel! It is beautiful both inside and outside. Michelle and Thor were so friendly and informative. The room was fresh and clean and had everything you could need. One of the comfiest beds I've slept on at a hotel. Delicious choices for breakfast. Best pastries and great coffee! Friendly staff.

Mr.T is so considerate and kind. Thank u for carrying the suitcases and sending us to the station. And the facilities are all well equipped, clean and neat. The night views are brilliant from the balcony. Meticulous staff. Excellent breakfast which must be tried.(love the roasted sausages)Walk down the little hill and you'll see the chocolate shop at the corner. Purchasing and dining are so convenient since it is beside a busy street.But quite though. After all, everything is so satisfactory and even surprising. I think it may be the best ever hotel i tried and will try in Switzerland.

1) The hotel is a family-based business, run by Michele and Thore. They are both fantastic persons, trying their best to make their guests comfortable in their hotel. During our stay, for each individual day we reached out to them and ask for a plan to spend the day and they patiently gave us great pieces of advice. It was my second time visiting Zermatt and because of Michele's and Thore's advice I could enjoy my stay much more than the first one. 2) The staff members are super friendly and trying to address your concerns as best as they can. 3) The breakfast is delicious. 4) The location of the hotel is perfect: just a few meters away from the museum and the main church which form somehow the town centre.

Michelle and Thore were exceptionally helpful. The hospitality and service we received were truly amazing. Michelle, the owner of the property, even graciously drove us to the train station without any additional charge.

Wir wurden kostenlos vom Bahnhof abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön gestaltet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich liebevoll um ihre Gäste. Vielen Dank!

We had the BEST stay! Michele and Thor took such kind care of us, they gave us the best recommendations for restaurants, hikes, skiing - and they made us feel at home. They have made the hotel so cute with tons of thoughtful touches, decorations, giving it a beautiful vibe. Also the breakfast every day was amazing and they even gave us Easter treats. Would highly recommend to stay here in Zermatt and we can’t wait to come back!

Romantica is a family run hotel that sits in a perfect location in walking distance to everything important in Zermatt. We had a spacious suite with balcony and fantastic views. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic. Romantica is steps from the main street with dozens of shops and restaurants.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Zermatt. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is spotless, very well maintained, and the staff are truly excellent—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is amazing, just about 30 meters from the main street in Zermatt, surrounded by great restaurants and bars. It’s also perfectly positioned between both ski lift stations, making it ideal for skiing and getting around the village.

Lovely traditionally Swiss hotel. Wonderful staff and fantastic location. Will definitely come May times more.

A truly beautiful and quaint property, full of character and charm. The location was excellent—perfectly situated to explore the area with everything you need close by. It struck a great balance between peaceful surroundings and easy access to local attractions. Albeit small, the room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Would happily stay again.

Nothing significant to dislike overall. The only point worth mentioning is that the breakfast could better cater to vegetarians. The eggs were placed alongside the bacon and sausages with shared or adjacent serving utensils, which led to some cross-contamination. It would also be helpful to include additional non-meat options such as potatoes, hash browns, or beans to accompany the eggs for those who don’t eat meat.
