Great location. Excellent communication from our hosts….warm, cosy and quiet

No extacttor fan in bathroom. Kitchen fan poor. Fryng pans need replaced..Traffic is horrendous when entering or leaving the complex. Beds to soft for me.

Clean and well appointed, good parking right in front of room, easy access for emailed door code.

The apartment was spacious and a lovely view of the lake and mountains. The Host was excellent on communications and sorting out minor issues.

Good temperature control in the apartment, my family of 4 really enjoyed the spacious apartment. It was walking distance from the marina near a great cafe and restaurant. Parking was right in front of the apartment. We had a very comfortable stay and hope to book again when we visit Queenstown.

Location was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed. Heating worked very well.

Although the apartment had everything, quality didn’t quite hit the mark. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Kitchen knives weren’t sharp. Need some more glasses.

The place was beautiful, clean, cosy and in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring Queenstown and all the incredible scenery around it. After long days out adventuring, it genuinely felt so nice to come back somewhere comfortable and peaceful.

Clean warm apartment, some road noise and the toaster was a bit temperamental Door entry light failed. Other than that love to come back as handy to a Local Craft Brewery and great little Bakery at nearby Marina.

I really appreciated the location. Not only is it close to the airport and away from the horrendous traffic going into and out of Queenstown itself, but the shops at the Marina were an unexpected bonus being co close by. We found the flexible parking an advantage as sometimes we parked under shelter, and other times we felt we didn't need to. The showers always had hot water, with good water pressure. The heating in the two units was very good.

I booked two properties, but was only notified about how to access one unit. I had to phone to ask how to access the the larger 3 bedroom unit which also had a piece of furniture blocking the doorway to one of the bedrooms, and I needed to phone and ask for that bedside table to be moved so we could get into the room. Our studio unit understandably had very little cutlery etc in there, but there was only one knife that could have been described as sharp but it barely cut apples.

Excellent location. Exactly what we required for our stay.

Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours,in the adjoining apartment , still going at 3am.

Only problem was roadworks on the Frankton road with Holiday traffic is a stressor. But otherwise excellent property.

The curtains are not effective in preventing the light coming in from outside at nights, noisy , rubbish Collection at very early morning was very noisy Can hear from neighbouring apartments

Beautiful property, with very friendly staff. It has everything in the kitchen including some leftover herbs etc. Very pleased.

Located by the marina. Good view of the bay. Spacious. Love the heated floor in the bathrooms! Good communication. Clear direction for check in and out. Helpfull staff. I am not putting the next points into the dislike, just stating the fact. The fan by the stove is so loud and the carpet was not really clean. But, all in all, we like the place and enjoyed our stay!

Once I got the code, check in was very easy into the room.

My log in code for arrival timed-out and I had to try and ring the after hours manager to get the code, little bit of mucking around. Would be better if they sent you a reminder, rather than delete the code.

Amazing view and available parking

We arrived and the room wasn't ready, the cleaners arrived to clean it and they didn't take any sheets with them we waited for them to finish before going in. Curtain was ripped, cushions on the bed smelt like piss and the blankets and sheets had stains, we went to kmart and bought our own blankets to use

Location was ok

No one to deal with to get the key and too difficult to do online,neighbour's were very noisy until 11.15 on Saturday night

Amazing place to stay. Will treasure our memories forever.

Outside area bins overflowing with rubbish we had to clean up so it didn’t end up everywhere over the property It’s hard to manage grubs

I loved the location of the apartment. It was by the lakes. There were small cafes near by including the popular Boat Shed Cafe just 5 mins from the accommodation. Also the bus stop is close by and the Petrol station is also walking distance for midnight snacks.

Its not a big issue but I wish the rooms had more Sugar sachets for the late night Coffee or teas otherwise it was very comfortable. It was smaller then I expected but we were barely at our room and it was fine for two people. The beds were very comfortable and warm.

communication between myself and Element Escapes was good.. Corresponded with Luke a couple times before my arrival and his replies were clear and prompt which I appreciated.

The ostensibly location

The fact that there was no sink, just a badly cracked washbasin, and that the term 'apartments' was used in the description. The room was immediately adjacent to a highway and offered a view of that or the adjacent block. The most overpriced accommodation, with the worst ever value for money to date. This place should not be in your listings at all. We complained to Element Escapes and they advised that they would pass on our comments to you. Clearly, they never did...

Near the airport and still quite in the night time. Was able to stroll in the Marina and there was restaurant and coffee shop

Only if we were able to meet the host and make friend as apartment need upgrade particularly the old TV. Now a days smart TV is more helpful especially in the accommodation business. Easy to connect in You tube or Netflix. Apartment was so boring when have kids only access the local channels.

The location was fantastic, easy parking and the apartment was large, clean and comfortable.

Neither of the TVs worked (lounge or bedroom) and when we reached out to the support number for help, we didn’t get the help needed.

Fantastic location between Frankton and Queenstown. A beautiful apartment lovely and clean with everything we needed for our three night stay.

Steep stair access but I think there are wheelchair accessible and ground floor rooms available too.

The property was on the main road near the Lake but lot of noise.

I parked my car at the property and someone scratched it from behind and front and now I have to chase the insurance company .Very unsafe place to park your car and lots of noise . The pictures showed full kitchen but it was only microwave . Only 2 tea bags and we stayed there for 3 nights. Stained carpets and dirty . They didn't mention it will have lot of stairs to get to the property too with no lifts .

The location of this property is not far from Queenstown town centre! Plus it walk-in distance to breakfast places such as Boat shed cafe!

We stayed at this property for six days, and during our entire stay, there was no housekeeping service—our towels and bedsheets were never changed. Before check-in, the property sends a letter outlining various charges for different things, which sets certain expectations. However, basic services like refreshing towels and linen should be included, especially for a stay of this length. I was quite disappointed with the lack of service! Plus we couldn’t sleep the last night of our stay as the next door neighbour were so loud all night!

Location and price

No toilet lid, we ended up using a towel to cover it, as it’s not hygienic. Also, I know it sounds like a small thing, but only one cereal bowl. Super annoying.

We had a clean and modern studio, perfect for a couple of nights to get your bearings and to strike out on your travels. Queenstown is a gorgeous city, and the views are spectacular, the view here is breathtaking. Pictures do not do it any justice, you'll just have to come here. There are some excellent options for food a mere 3 minute walk along the water. All in all a fantastic start to our New Zealand holiday.

In our studio there was no comfortable sitting chair, the bed is super comfortable, but i cant stay in bed or i have trouble with my back.

Location is amazing. Bus stop 1 minute away. Parking. A few restaurants around and brewery.

RED ALERT The website is VERY misleading. Due to being mislead in the company’s web of thinking it’s an Apartment when it’s splashed everywhere Marina Apartments only to find out we had a tiny dungeon of a studio with no sitting outside. The Studio backed onto a car park. I spoke to Element accommodation named Lucy and she said there were no apartments to up grade to but we noticed some appeared empty throughout our stay.

The oven is dirty and cooking pans are all damaged, can’t use the pan at all.

The location was amazing, not far from town center easy drive. The view of the Marina and surrounding landscapes fantastic

Alles is prima. Om de hoek zit een leuke bar met food truck Altitude. Bushalte aan de weg waardoor Queenstown goed te bereiken is.

Rice cooker not working

Wonderfully spacious and light filled apartment, very well equipped. Amazing views, nice balcony. Great communication throughout.

Traffic noise and bedrooms are a bit stuffy as no windows in one bedroom and window in other room doesn't open.
