空港からのロケーションがよく、徒歩圏内だったのはよかったです。トイレ、シャワーが2か所あるも有難かったです。近くには景色のよい湖畔があり、もう少し時間に余裕があったらもっと楽しめたと思いました。

お湯の使える量に制限があったのは、シャワーの際も料理の際も、気になってしまいました。せめて、どのくらい使用しているか、残りがどのくらいあるのかが見えれば安心して使用できるのになと思いました。

My second times visit! As always Spacious whole apartment with two bathrooms, which is incredibly convenient for a family group. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and everything was spotless, from the stove to the floor. Complimentary a carpark with is a bonus when you travel with elderly family!! A very comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.

There is no view , if you been allocated on the ground level of the units. Which I personally think, it should be sold in different categories.

Great amenities, clean , comfortable and welcoming! Awesome views from balcony of Queenstown the pristine lake and those stunning snow capped mountains !

Parking was a little annoying but we can overlook.

The property catered to our groups needs for sleeping and showering. Easy access and walking distance to the lake front plus close to the airport and QEC. Parking provided is near by which is good and included with your apartment payment.

For the amount of people in each apartment there wasn’t enough kitchen equipment to cater to big groups. We had booked 4 apartments, one apartment only had one pot and a frying pan to cook for 12 people. No oven trays but once requested for a tray only one could fit in the oven. One of the washing machine or dryer didn’t work properly. Between the 3 apartments we shared one vacuum as one apartment vacuum didn’t suck and another apartment didn’t have a vacuum.

Clean. Big and done that we needed.

PARKING. For such a beautiful buildong complex the larking is very disappointing.

Nothing at all. HORRIBLE customer service, we were even called liars despite having photo and video proof, not being able to upload as its in my phone. Below is my incomplete feedback, coz booking.com has a word limit. Totally understand. Their staff JOSH is polite but unable to resolve anything and CHRIS called us liars, was rude and also unable to resolve any issues. I would not recommend it to anyone. Mouse droppings was so worrisome. We always stay in apartment style places, never had issues. This experience ruined our vacay.

Disappointing stay – multiple maintenance, safety and service issues. Our four-night stay was honestly very difficult to enjoy. We booked the apartment expecting a comfortable and relaxing holiday, but every time we returned to the apartment, there seemed to be another issue that should never have been present in the first place. • Insufficient hot water for four guests. We were informed by email only one day before our trip that hot water was limited. There was also a notice in the apartment stating that the hot water tank was only 175L. After our stay, the property confirmed that hot water is available for only around 20–25 minutes, after which it takes time to heat again. We were four guests, and this meant two of us could not even have a proper warm shower. As women, we didn’t even get the opportunity to wash our hair during the entire trip. This is not a minor inconvenience, specially in such cold weather conditions. • Poor TV service. Very few channels, frequent signal problems and channels constantly freezing. There was also no Smart TV or ability to connect our own devices. • Mouse droppings were found around the kitchen bin area. This was particularly concerning from a hygiene perspective. • Protruding carpet nails were sticking out in the lounge and kitchen area. Thankfully nobody was injured. • Poor heating and ventilation. The apartment provided to us had no windows, and we were told to open the balcony doors to help with ventilation and sleep. This was extremely uncomfortable and resulted in disturbed sleep during our stay. • Strong mould smell in the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms was barely usable because the smell was so strong and unpleasant. • Low shower pressure, making the already limited hot-water situation even worse. • Main door not locking properly. We struggled with the door, which was another unnecessary concern during our stay. • Poor guest support and customer service.

It was close to the airport had a view of the lake .

Nightmare parking situation you have to park at the bottom of a steep hill and lug all your luggage up. Too bad if it's raining. Don't recommend if you are travelling on your own. The studio was very tired and dark. Felt a bit grim. Definitely needs an update.

Tidy, spacious and well appointed. Host had excellent communication and was more than willing to combine some beds for us which we appreciated

Location was amazing, the apartments are seriously enormous! We were so pleasantly surprised. We stayed in winter, and it was so warm and cozy. Cardrona (where we skied) is an hour 15 drive, and we missed the bad traffic every morning and evening because of our location so that was great, pretty much at the base of remarkables too One thing to note: READ the emails / messages carefully - they are very clear but there is a process for checking in, getting codes and details on parking. Don’t wait until you arrive to read it, go prepared with your codes and you won’t have any issue getting in!

The parking garage is very far from the property (down the bottom of the hill), we ended up parking up the top road and walking down but with little kids this was hard. Not much that can be done about that though and we made it work just something to be aware of

The living area was slightly small however functioned fine as you’re barely in the unit anyway.

This property accommodated our large family very well and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the apartment were absolutely spectacular and made our experience even more memorable.

The parking is a challenge, but workable, longer terms I would be concerned it can accomodate> The TV's, lighting and heating needs updating. There has been absolutely no $ spent on this, and we have been staying at QA for several years now. The TV's would cost $2k to be tech ready and make a massive difference to the enjoyment of the media room and the main lounge.

Location was good. It was spacious.

Bad smell when entered. Fire place didn’t work. Power points next to main bed, light hanging out the ceiling.

we had the 4 bedroom for 5 days and it was everything we needed well being there, gave us all space to ourselves 2 of the bedrooms comes with on suites plus there was an extra room for the kids which is a TV room. very quite spaces, warm with a lot of heating. comes with washer and dryer which was so Handly for our family to keep everything clean. view form ours was very nice. has heaps of plugs to charge and plug into which was amazing because most places only offer 1 pre room has tea and coffee but nothing else. love how it was super close to the airport and you can catch the water taxi into town and back everyday its about $14 pre person each way but you can by a card that discounts it down to $10 would def stay again with our family

the showers pressure was terrible in all showers and having a hot water cylinder as well meant you quicky ran out of hot water with 6 people. tv only has 1 chanel..... honestly in todays day and age its mine blowing they don't have access to anything else. couldn't even Chromecast to them only 1 washing powered to wash your clothes with so we had to buy a bigger one - which is fine but coinciding the time we spend there, there should be 1 for each day- the same with the dishwasher as well we only got 2. i see a lot of people complain about the parking. honestly its not that bad there is a parking lot down the street that can accommodate or if you happen to get a street parking even better but its not the end of the world most comments made it out to be. yes if you are older its up/down hill but we found it okay- even 1 person popping down to grab the car to pick us all up outside was our go to

Check in was easy, the place was modern

Parking was a long way from the room, so we chose to park on the busy road instead. The condition of the apartment was poor, wallpaper was peeling, carpet needs replacing, the walls had scratches and dents, there were tv brackets on the wall but no TVs.

Clean and cozy. We got 2 bedrooms unit at ground floor. Parking is 100m away.

Suited our group of 5 couples well as each room had our bathroom and the apartment had a good kitchen lounge area to meet up in.

Parking for bigger vehicles will always be a problem. We had parking on the side of road which was ok but if we missed a spot wherre to ? Carpet in front of sliding door very worn and could trip the unwary

The property was perfect for our customer trip. The communication before we arrived leading up to the trip was excellent thank you.

Fabulous location. Wonderful views. Good value for money.

Location made it easy for us to be able to travel towards Te Anau the next day. The apartment itself was pleasant and well furnished. Easy to access with the codes.

We needed the apartment overnight to link Queenstown with a trip to Doubtful Sound the next day - this was an ideal location for us. However - it was difficult to find a place to park outside and to offload just the overnight materials that we needed - and then a bit of travel downhill to park the car overnight - with a strenuous walk to get back up the hill (twice due to our need to get a couple of overnight groceries for breakfast with the store a few kilometres away)

Location - close to airport. Easy access to Remarkables. Ferry across to centre of Queenstown close by. We were a group of 6 - 3x couples, very roomy accommodation … facilities excellent!!

The parking is not ideal if you have mobility issues. The walk up from the parking is quite steep and lengthy particularly if you were unlucky and it was raining!

Very spacious 2-bedroom apartment, magnificent views, well stocked kitchen, comfortable couches, en suite bathroom had a bath (which was very much appreciated!), quality linen, even had a laundry which we hadn't expected. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The beds were a little hard for our liking, so that was the only negative for us. Also there wasn't parking close by; we were pleased to be able to have the use of underground parking a little way away (at no additional cost) but it was a fairly steep hike back up the hill to the apartment. We were pleased to have the use of the parking, but we had to factor the additional time to walk down to collect the car before heading out for the day. Small price to pay though for the lovely apartment.

Great location with easy access to the ferry, Cafe, bar and restaurant. The apartment was clean, good quality furnishings, warm and quiet.

Parking closer to the front entrance. Very steep hills for some of our party. Maybe the access would be something to mention in your information.

Good apartments, great view, very attentive staff . The only apartment in NZ on our way of 9 stops with separate bathrooms per bedroom!

Felt like it needed a deep clean. There was a deodorizer in the room when we arrived but still had a smell. Sooooo hot, since no air con there should be a fan in every room.

The apartment is very worn. The carpets are in terrible condition, the oven thermostat is off so it burned everything, the water pressure was terrible so almost impossible to get shampoo out of hair. With a few thousand dollars investment the place would be lovely.

Public transport is limited make the units feel so far away from city centre. SAT tv channel are all scammbled but free wifi covers the shortages. No aircond.

The apartment was spacious, clean and the location great. Actually, really like everything about the apartment except for the parking situation.

The parking arrangements are not ideal. A long way and downhill/uphill from the apartment. Also confusing in terms of payment for parking. We ended up paying for it.

Would stay again. Location was great. We had a family occasion, and they were in the same building so meant we could spend more time with them.

I didn’t like that they don’t manage emails over the weekend. As last minute needed to add a carpark to the room. Have emailed and will hopefully get resolved on Monday. The queen bed was made as two singles, not a major but not as cosy as one big blanket. One bathroom on suite was still dirty with hairs on the wall by the toilet

Beautiful apartments, quiet and super clean! Perfect for our group. Duvet to town or water taxi is super easy from the waterfront which was a 2 min walk down the hill.

Property is massive and could accommodate my 4 family members.

The kitchen utensils were substandard - the pans were all scratched and could not be used.

it was a fancy apartment with two nice spacious bathrooms and a cozy living area with a beautiful big outdoor seating area. modern pleasing design and big bathtub.

it is in need of some TLC as the bathroom ceilings were moldy and the carpets were stained and tired. the beds were very worn and well passed their due date. Otherwise very clean and very pleasant with nice fittings . We did not enjoy the cleaners ringing the bell non stop with urgency at 9.45 am , we felt chased out .
