The pool and location

Our room smelt like cigarettes and the fan didn’t work in our first room and the charger didn’t work in the second room.

Nothing. Room wasn't clean staff wasn't friendly. TV in the room was broken. Ac was making wierd noises. Heating kettle wasn't heating. Bed wasn't clean and towels were dirty.

The perfect location to stay.

We enjoyed the central location, the pool, the family suite and the very helpful staff.

The beds were very hard and the breakfast was quite slow. The room was dusty and the bathroom mats should be replaced with clean ones.

The pool and rooms are spectacular. The staff are so so friendly and helpful

Although we were in the middle of a town it felt like we were in the jungle. It has a nice pool and restaurant. The best thing about the property was the staff as they make or break a hotel. They also book the safaris for you and have their own guide. It is close to lots of restaurants so there was a good opportunity try lots of different foods. We were traveling with 2 disabled wheelchair users and the hotel tailored made safaris so they did not miss out on activities.

I could not find anything I didn’t like about this hotel.

- Zimmer hat nach Zigaretten gerochen - Frühstück war sehr wenig Auswahl - generell ganze Anlage als auch das Zimmer ziemlich dreckig und stickig - wir sind früher abgereist aufgrund des stinkenden Zimmers

It was in a great location and the staff were very friendly. Good to have ac and a pool when it was 40deg outside

Toilet cistern was leaking on the floor quite a lot.

The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was good enough to start the day right, with decent variety and quality. The location was superb—close to everything and very convenient for getting around. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the money.

The hotel is very run down, lots needs fixing around the place. no fans so stifling hot when the ac wasn’t working which was half the time (electricity problem in sauhaura) very expensive by Nepal standards for what it is

I had a wonderful experience at Jungle Safari Lodge in Sauraha. The location is perfect—just a short distance from Chitwan National Park, making it very convenient for safari tours and wildlife activities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with air conditioning, a balcony, and all the necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting with everything from booking jungle safaris to ensuring a comfortable stay. They went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and I especially loved the breakfast options. The garden and pool area were well-maintained, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. It’s a great place to unwind after an adventurous day in the park. Overall, I highly recommend Jungle Safari Lodge to anyone visiting Chitwan. Great hospitality, comfortable stay, and a perfect location!

The rooms are big, spacious, well appointed, well-maintained and sufficiently equipped. The staff are very well trained, motivated, courteous, polite and eager to help. The chef and his team in the kitchen did a wonderful job with meals. Very tasty and homely food. The property is centrally located. The owner Suman is personally involved in managing the property. It was a pleasure talking to him and learning much about Chitwan National Park, it's history and what one can expect. Jeep Safari trips with packed Lunch was wonderful experience. On top of that, availability of onsite EV charging station kept me stress free. All in all,we had a memorable stay and i strongly recommend this property as a fantastic choice and great value for money. i will definitely be there on my next visit….

Love their swimming pool as well as they do the best coffee in the area. I wholeheartedly recommend it Our experience at Jungle Safari Lodge was absolutely amazing. We would like to commend the excellent cuisine, which provided us with delicious meals every day. A special thanks goes to the staff for their patience and understanding in every way.The staff was incredibly accommodating and did everything possible to make our stay unforgettable. Our stay at Jungle Safari Lodge was truly wonderful, and we would love to return.

Great ambiance and service. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner. Location was great- very close (walkable distance) to the most of the city amenities including in house cafe. Staffs were kind and helpful. We will definitely return.

we had to move rooms due cigarette smell, second room was better but not great bathroom stank all the time room was damp super noisy behind the hotel until midnight

Right from the start it was spotless and well presented. The manager, Rashan was welcoming and full of information obviously very proud of his hotel & the renovations taking place. He even organised fresh fruit to come to our room the night before we left as we were departing too early for breakfast. All of the staff including Jagat were super friendly and attentive making our last night in Souraha very special. Oh….and the coffee was really great as was our lunch in the hotel restaurant. We felt very well looked after by everyone.

If we really had to be picky one of the pool beds was broken but the pool itself was immaculate!

Our room was very nice, with a comfortable seating area outside the room. The swimming pool is very good, and refreshing after a very hot walking safari! The location is very central and close to everything you need. We didn't arrange a pick-up from the bus station, but we rang the hotel upon arrival and they came and picked us up, and took us back at the end of our stay - thanks!

the breakfast staff were a bit slow, but overall this is a great hotel.

Brilliant staff who were very helpful and friendly. Looked after us and got us good prices for activities.

Minor points which will be very easy to fix. Pop a small fridge into the room, Chitwan is hot and keeping bottled water cool is a struggle. Room was dusty, top of cupboard and under the bed needed cleaned.

Simply one of best hotel at the heart of Sauraha. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, if anyone is looking for a great stay in Sauraha.

I had an amazing stay! The location is central, and the room was very comfortable. The staff really went out of their way to help us with everything, and i did a great jungle walk with their guide, which i recommend. Would definitely come back to stay again!
