The staffs were too good and welcoming Perfect for a good stay at affordable price

Location was perfect, lovely stay

Rooms were really big, clean and comfortable.

The only thing which was not upto the mark was the restaurant. They should really improve this thing.

The pool is beautiful and clean. The manager was present and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful and rapidly served. Large rooms in small shared cottages. Super central location

Room cleanliness was not great. The bed mattress and sheets were not the freshest. Same with towels. Pricey on booking.com vs what you find in town directly. WiFi not working well.

It was a great stay over this hotel, luxurious room, natural green environment , fresh water swimming pool, familar staff👍👍

Mostly the food and the room was nice

Pick up and drop off services were very unclear, may be we as guests didn't get the proper instructions

Located in main town with all walking distance restaurants and national park

The cleanliness is not maintained at all , dirty shower heads , water faucet , chairs

The Resort was clean, well situated and good value for money. The staff could not have been more helpful: they arranged jungle visits and a wonderful tree house stay for us. An added bonus was a delightful swimming pool which is not advertised - apparently so as not to attract noisy locals. It was good value for money

Good location, great facilities, including a swimming pool which is not on the site - they said they didn’t want to attract rowdy locals! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful in arranging a jungle safari and a fantastic stay at a tree house - all at a very reasonably price.

I highly recommend staying at Jungle Safari Resort. Indeed this was a return visit having had a fantastic stay last year. Manager Sangam liaised with me before booking to plan a perfect itinerary. The hotel has very comfy large rooms set in an idyllic garden. Perfect location. The food is delicious, including packed lunches for our day safaris. Sangam, Sujan and all the staff were kind and paid attention to detail, such as providing a cold drink and fresh fruit when I arrived back after a hot day on safari. My jungle guide Gopal was excellent and full of information. He had guided me before and I specifically asked for him again. The accompanying guides Ram and Som were also excellent. I recommend doing both a jungle walk and a jeep safari to see the jungle in different ways. Definitely recommend you stay here and speak with manager Sangham in advance to book your safaris. He also arranged my travel from Kathmandu to Chitwan and then from Chitwan to Pokhara which was a great help.

The location

Apart from the location the hotel is average. Nice garden. There was no television in the room even though the description say so. There was no shuttle service from airport which is misleading in the description. No room service in 2 nights of stay was a shocker.

Personal was very friendly and place was nice and quiet.

When you book trip with them (resort) make sure with them if the price is only for one person or two or group. Otherwise you can overpay it !

The staff took very good care of me! They were friendly and very attentive. I appreciate being picked up and dropped off at the bus station and having my meals served to me on my porch. The hotel environment was very peaceful and well kept. The room was clean and spacious! I would highly recommend it!!

The fact that I had to leave! There was nothing I didn't like!

Prime location amazing staffs

The resort was well presented, friendly staff and a great location. The food was really delicious, and the staff were really helpful in sorting out our activities. The room was spacious and clean and a nice hot shower.

The hotel is quite quiet However, the hot water is so weak and it is a bit drak from the main street to get into the hotel

Best part of my trip. Don't recommend the bus ride from Kathmandu tho. But Sauraha is a beautiful place
