Location was good
Very loud at night - kids drinking and partying and shouting all night with no noise control.
The room was decent, its was worth the value.
It was breakfast included but the bf options were just cereals. We expected it to at least have some sausages or eggs.
The location was great. There was parking.
The lodge was in very poor condition. The room was dirty. The bed sheet was not cleaned. Looks like it was not cleaned for guest.
Nothing and it’s already a lot
Let’s start with the simpler things, which I didn’t have particularly high expectations for: the breakfast was poor, with very little choice, but overall acceptable. The room, however, was terrible: awful, outdated furniture and, above all, a very strong sewage smell. I asked to change rooms, but the second room had exactly the same problem. The most absurd part is that even the receptionist admitted that all the rooms have the same smell. She actually came with some perfume to try to cover up the smell instead of addressing the actual problem. Another very important issue is the noise. The entire building creaks constantly: the floors, walls and structure make noises practically all the time. If you are lucky enough to get a room on the top floor, you might manage to sleep. Otherwise, you are in for a terrible night. Honestly, this place can be considered a hostel at best, and even as a hostel, it would still be extremely poor quality. I wouldn’t wish anyone to have to stay in this place. It was without a doubt the worst stay of our 18-day trip around New Zealand. And finally, the reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They showed no empathy and made absolutely no effort to put themselves in our position. Instead, they behaved as if they were working in the best hotel in the world, despite the fact that they work in one of the worst places imaginable. A terrible experience from beginning to end. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.
No redeeming factor really
Where do i start? we landed at 10 PM. There was no one to help us for the check-in, which is completely fine but the directions were very confusing. It was hard to get to our room. We wanted to get to bed as soon as possible which we did, but couldn't get any sleep because the lights were on throughout the night land it was noisy throughout the night, although the signs explicitly said 'no noise from 10 PM to 7 AM'.
Friendly staff, clean & comfortable, great atmosphere
Loved everything
I am travelling with my friend, the pics are something different, which we saw in real, the bathroom door was broken, we have our sister with us, who feels really embarrassing. We I form to the staff also, they said they don't have anything to do, she said someone already complain about that, maybe the hotel need to think about the comfort. I am not happy sorry.
It was a good location, close to things and reasonably good view of trees and mountains. Comfy beds, clean room, staff were helpful. The room was small but cozy and I loved they have a fridge and microwave. They had body wash in the bathroom which was great and spare toilet paper available.
There were a lot of stairs to go up which was a mission and the rooms outlets were far away from beds which I personally didn’t love. There were only two available outlets in a 3 bedroom room also which was a little inconvenient but we just unplugged the microwave to use that one.
Great free breakfast and onsite bar serving pizza and burgers
Squeaky beds and bathroom door
Really good views!
So close to the centre!
Staff, location, cleanliness, food. The burgers were on par with fergs and the chips are the best in nz
Nothing we dont have enough rest lots of squeeking, foot step sound, room is cold and our room you can even hear the water piping its just too noisy.

Location and the view
Amenities and comfort
My daughter and friends were there and said it was good
Todo genial
We were in the 2nd floor and it was all good until 3am and the room above us were stomping around and I could hear everything! The walls are thin as. Bring ear plugs and a eye mask as the street light was still visible in our room as the blinds were average. Great breakfast.
Thin walls and avaerage blinds.
Room was very clean, warm and comfortable with an amazing view from the balcony. Hot showers. Reception staff helpful and available. Renting ski gear from Reavers was convenient and catching the bus from just down the hill was also convenient.
It was a bit of struggle walking up the hill with skis, poles and boots! But I took my time and feel stronger for it! There is only one bus that collects and drops that close to Reavers. Would have been super useful to have a bit more flexibility especially on the return journey from the mountains.
None
The toilet was a total disaster. The door was swinging and no lock. The toilet space was too narrow and couldn't move comfortably.
They had a key waiting for us when we checked in late
It was noisy and you could hear everything from the other rooms. The mini heater the supplied in the room didn’t work and I had a baby with me, it was freezing and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone from the staff to get a heater.
Location Washroom
Dirty bed sheets Technician barged into the room without knocking while I was getting ready, didn’t feel safe so had to find another accommodation. Very noisy at night. Really regret cancelling another hotel and choosing this accommodation.
Close to all activities and friendly staff also close to main town
Great location and one of the cheapest accommodation in Queenstown. Unit was clean at least but not the most comfortable. Accomodation is clearly aimed at younger travellers. Despite this we didnt have any noise issues.
To start if you book a loft room it will be on the top floor therefore you will need to go up several flights of stairs with your bags. Secondly the unit itself was clean but does not provide any toiletries. Towels are thin and bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were almost non-existent therefore bring your own. No extra blankets and only a small wall heater although that did keep the unit warm. Bathroom is tiny and could not close the sliding door in fear of it breaking. Also shared parking so no guarantee of a park. Would not stay here again.
The place was perfectly located to experience the best of Queenstown, the staff were amazing and the facilities were exactly what we needed for our stay. Would recommend and will return again
Amazing views and location. Polite, friendly staff.
Didn’t realise there were so many stairs. And the parking being on a hill.
Staff nice and friendly
Old property too Massey also tv not working
Noisy! Uncomfortable, small, tiny bathroom, toilet water wouldn’t stop flushing, load drunks everywhere!
Noisy! Small and uncomfortable!
The location and the view
No knifes or forks in bedrooms, tv with no channels, no facecloths, no soap, no shampoo or conditioner
Great location, great price for a room.
Really not sound proof, loud people outside very easy to hear. Beds a bit uncomfortable as two single beds pushed together instead of a double. But I guess it makes it more flexible.
Good and clean

The rooms were cosy and warm and the beds were so comfortable! We slept really well here. It was really clean too! The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a short walk in to town. The views of the mountains are lovely from the bar area. Also pretty close to the airport.
The bar area was extremely cold inside - we were there at a very cold time - it would have been nice to have some heaters inside there to be able to enjoy a drink more.
Has it own parking, good location, amazing views
Loved the staff, facilities and location. Staff always friendly and happy to answer questions, provide info, and change towels when needed. Comfy beds, great look out and facilities. Dinner was delicious at hugos. 10min walk max into the centre of the shops/main bus stop Will be staying here again!
Thin walls so could hear every movement above us on level 3 and at times the people next door to us (but they were loud guests, didn't have a problem with the guest before them). Noise shut off by 10pm every night so was pretty good - not really a complaint just a heads up if you're fussy
Good location
Noises of people walking upstairs
Great views of the city, and super close to everything all within a walking distance
Room was a loft room and the bed is so close to the ceiling so you can’t stand up
For the price one can not complain. Can be noisy as its a hostel but overall it was a great atmosphere and everything you needed. Great price
Mattress was liumpy but they were scheduled to be chanegd.
I like the view nice
The wifi slow The shower (water is too slow)😞 The bathroom space to small Washing machines to noise The next door some people have a party after 10clock night 😩
Location was good, easy walk to city.
Our shower broke on the first night and was told by staff it would be fixed although never was. Most nights we had cold water, which when in new zealand in winter isn’t ideal.
Great location and views
A lift would be lovely it would be hard to get around if you have mobility issues
Location was perfect.
Please advertise that rooms are not on ground level and no lifts/elevators available.
Close to town
A little noisy at night
Nothing much
Too much noise from people walking on the floor and stairs.steep stairs to acess rooms.only one small packet of milk provided.had to ask for extra.
Pretty good. Luke the fruit and alternative milks. An egg would be great. The staff were great - especially the ski workshop staff !
Wifi could stronger. I would have loved a box of tissues.
The staff was very nice and helpfull
The single bed in out room was not very comfortable, it will keep sliding around when you turn on it.
Value for money
溫馨 乾淨 位置佳
早餐 只有吐司跟麥片 以為至少有蛋跟肉
breakfast 7-9am quite crowded during peak period. may be can consider to extend the time perhaps 6.30 to 10.30 am
1 st floor quite high for knee problem people
Warm room, friendly helpful staff, hot shower, cheap ski gear rental, plenty of parking, good location, lower floor room for families. Good option for drinks, dinner upstairs and free breakfast is great.
Bit noisy at times but not all the time. Common bathroom not very nice to use, fire not on in lounge/games space.

The views around it and close to town
The ceiling was leaking and the room up from our room was very noisy with squeaky floors. Couldn’t sleep all night The hand basin was so small with a glass shelf just slightly above hit our heads on it few times while brushing! Health and safety concerns
The location is fantastic and very convenient. The views are beautiful, especially in the morning. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was very simple (toast, cereal, and milk), but it was reasonable for the price.
The shower water never got properly hot and was only lukewarm, which was a little disappointing. The breakfast options were quite limited, but acceptable considering the price.
Great location, value for money and comfy beds.
Noise location
No worth the $180

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of common sense, professionalism, and basic customer service at Revers Lodge Queenstown. Although housekeeping was explicitly asked to clean the room, that is never an excuse to throw away a guest's personal belongings that were kept neatly on top of the table. This was not a stray wrapper; it was a bag containing four packets of dry fruits, three packets of chocolates, assorted dry snacks, chips, peanuts, a cake, and even our phone charger cables. I do not understand what sane person looks at a bag placed directly on a table and assumes it is trash, as it is basic common sense that rubbish belongs in or near the bin. Even during a requested cleaning, if housekeeping is unsure about an item, the golden rule of hospitality is simply do not touch it. To make matters worse, when we confronted management, the person at the desk gave the lame excuse that it "clearly looked like rubbish" to them. Calling our food and electronics trash when it was sitting on the table is incredibly insulting, and it proves that their team desperately needs proper training in hospitality. As a New Zealand citizen, I know firsthand how incredibly thoughtful and kind Kiwis generally are, but the attitude of the staff and the person at reception was strangely dismissive and downright rude. While I understand protecting your staff, giving absurd excuses for their blatant incompetence is entirely unacceptable. All I required was a genuine apology without the insult of them repeatedly calling my food bag rubbish, but due to their defensive and unprofessional attitude, I cannot recommend staying here.
