Such a lovely hotel. Lively but not noisy bar, spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable room. Spotlessly clean. A really delicious breakfast and varied menu. Excellent coffee! And a great location.

Staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. Outstanding all of them.

Nothing! There were a couple of small things (nothing worth complaining about) but the most important thing was that staff were very receptive, apologetic and keen to put right.

Very tastefully furnished, very clean, looks brand new. Comfortable bed, very quiet as well, excellent shower too. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of cooked food available. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Location is perfect with it being central, near to the castle and the car park just across the road. All in all, a very pleasant stay

The hotel has just been renovated and is absolutely superb… Everything is clean and brand spanking new. Perfect location as in centre of Warwick and easy walking distance to everything. Beautiful room, tastefully decorated and lovely bathroom. Amazing breakfast with lots to choose from. Very polite and friendly staff , will defo use again !

Recently refurbished. Lovely, airy, quiet room. Excellent comfy bed. Complete with thoughtful touches - aircon; plug sockets at bed height right next to the bed; free online newspapers; an enormous and delicious breakfast included in the price.

I liked everything.

The service at breakfast was very poor. The food took over 45 minutes to arrive. Many other guests faced a similar delay. No apologies were offered. It took the edge off the stay.

Could not have been better!!

Very good location close to the shops, bars and the castle. The staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel it's self has recently been refurbished and looks amazing. There was live music on the Saturday night. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a relaxing weekend.

There was nothing I didn't like. The only thing I would suggest would be a choice of size for the full English as I couldn't eat it all and it was delicious.

Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was good too. The bathroom was spotless and little extra touches like the radio were good too. The staff were really friendly, helpful and professional.

The room was next to a fire door which closed very noisily every time someone went through. Some of the fire doors were much quieter, so maybe this could be adjusted? The only other downside was a complete lack of storage space. I know this was a very small room and I don’t know what the facilities are like in the other rooms, but there are ways of making storage space ie bedside and other tables with drawers underneath. I’ve noticed that there is a trend in most hotels these days to avoid storage space and I find it baffling!

Everything - My room was beautiful, great ensuite and the shower was superb. Toiletries that were provided were of a fantastic quality. The bed was comfortable and air con in room added to the perfect night sleep. Breakfast tasted wonderful with a great selection.

The newly refurbished rooms are stunning, very high quality especially the bathroom. The beds are large (6ft) or as twins, plenty of space in the rooms as well.

No mini fridge which was a shame as we bought products from the local market which resulted in them being ruined. I thought a mini fridge would be standard in such high quality rooms.

Super friendly staff, clean accommodation. The room was lovely! The breakfast in the morning was one of the best meals we had our whole trip!

Only tip we would suggest is to let the guest know where to go to check in to the rooms. We figured out it was at the bar but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

No parking and staff didn’t seem able to advise on where best to leave the car. When found paid car park, although it was close, the pricing / paying was confusing and ended up costing me £12.50 for 24hrs that I wasn’t planning to budget for. Could make this clearer when booking. Room a little noisy with window open as bins must have been just outside.

Leuke locatie in het centrum van Warwick, alles zeer goed in orde in de kamer en heel netjes. Echt Engels ontbijt, maar misten toch wat kaas en fruit. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.

De geluidsisolatie tussen kamer en pub is heel goed, daarentegen isoleren de ramen aan de straatzijde niet zo goed zodat er toch wat geluid van auto’s is ‘s morgens en ‘s avonds. Gelukkig stopt dat ‘s nachts.

It was a high charge for a pub, with no parking, though the staff and facilities were of a high standard.

The room was large and recently beautifully remodeled. A/C, now needed in the UK, great water pressure, right above a pub with a proper English breakfast, two blocks from the central square-I don't think I could have found a better place.

It has many fire doors, which make noise when they close. It didn't bother me as I was already awake, but if you're a late riser, they might wake you up.

The room was described as a cosy double, and was exactly that. Beautifully furnished, immaculate - and really cosy. The choice for breakfast was phenomenal and cooked to order. Really friendly staff, reasonably priced food. Excellent lunch and dinner menus. Perfectly situated in a beautiful little town a very short walk from the castle. I stayed at the weekend, so parking was really easy and cheap too. It was the perfect stay. I am already planning on going back.

Gorgeous pub in a central location, room was very tastefully furnished to a really high standard. Exceptionally clean so well done to the housekeeping team. Bed was super comfortable and air con was a nice surprise during the recent heatwave! We enjoyed a lovely evening meal in the pub and the breakfast was also very good. Credit to the kitchen team. Despite bieng above a pub and next to the road we had no noise issues and slept really well. We'd definitely stay here again.

Shower pressure in room 16 was poor. Need a bin in the bedroom not just a small bathroom bin.

Luxuriant twin room and en-suite. Central location, car parking 2 mins walk away, competent and professional staff and fabulous breakfast. Wished we had eaten at the pub as the dishes looked incredible and every table was taken. And in this heatwave- very grateful for the air conditioning.

Parking near hotel is a bit difficult without paying.

Recently refurbished, the bedrooms were excellent, aircon and L'occitane toiletries, the shower was excellent coupled with tea, coffee & biscuits - could not fault the rooms or location. As I say, the food (when it arrived) the rooms, location and refurbishment was excellent but the staff and "some" management staff do need further training.

Length of time to wait for breakfast/coffee each day, over an hour. Felt for the young staff as they needed a lot of training but this is a management issue not the young staff. We got the impression the staff were new and had not been adequately trained, some looking out of their depth which was not their fault but a criticism of the management. Breakfast when it arrived was very nice but took an hour on both days to arrive. Coupled with a sarcastic comment from the duty Manager on Sunday morning that we had not checked out of our room by 11.00a.m. my husband did not mention we had been waiting over an hour for our breakfast with reminders about our coffee did not make for a positive end of visit.

It’s in a great location, very close to everything you could need. The staff were by far the best part. We didn’t have the greatest weekend away due to an unplanned A&E visit but the staff were exceptional. They took the worry out of the situation by keeping the room blocked for me should i have needed it and just went above and beyond for us and i can’t thank them enough. Also the breakfast is fab.

The room we stayed in in the evening and then again in the morning there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom coming up from the shower drain or something!

The room decor was beautiful

Unsure on parking situation, nobody asked or advised so hoping to not get a fine! We heard more corridor noise than expected and the bed was quite uncomfortable, but it was nicely decorated and looked like website photos. We received a welcome/congratulations card on our marriage, however, it was tainted by a passive aggressive 'housekeeping!!!!' sign off in a different pen, so we felt there was hostility between teams that had nothing to do with us as guests.

Quite noisy, as the hotel is located next to a busy road. Windows and walls are very thin. We found mould in the bathroom and windows.

Location was excellent - well placed in the centre of Warwick and within easy walking distance of many bars, restaurants, places of interest. Stayed in comfortable room offering all the facilities needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Received online notification to "check-in" and "check-out" which made things run swiftly and without hassle. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices from cereals, fruit to hot items with the Full English being superb.

Appreciate it was very cold on the night we stayed, but even so was disappointed that our room was not particularly warm (even though radiator turned up to the max). Also the restaurant for breakfast was not overly warm either so have downgraded my score on comfort because of this

A very spacious room with a four poster. We had never come across a double shower before! It was close to town which was celebrating a Victorian evening but we had no noise from that or the busy pub.

TV was complicated and we gave up on it! So busy celebrating a special birthday we weren’t worried!

The room wasn't clean, the were cobwebs on the ceiling and mould in the shower. The bathroom was like a freezer with the towel rail turned off presumably due to a leak. The attention to detail was severely lacking particularly at this price.
