The staff were friendly

The pillows were uncomfortable and house keeping was extremely slow. Breakfast was dull and rooftop restaurant has a limited menu and offerings were average.

Location is excellent. Rooms are very spacious. The staff my goodness!! Amazing .. from the porters to reception and everyone during breakfast. They are friendly, respectful, helpful and very willing to go the extra mile ..

Water in the showers to be more consistent. Water was great during evenings but warm in the morning .

A cama do sofá não tinha bom colchão para minhas filhas, mas atendeu pois criança não reclama. Estacionamento fica meio ruim, em outro prédio ao lado. Mas não me cobraram então compensou.

The room they allocate to us was great. And the food also was great. A special thank you to Sisipho and Christina at the front desk. They were very kind and helpful. They made our stay very pleasant. Also a big thank you to the rest of the staff. They were nice.

The food was really very good, with very generous portion sizes.

The cappuccino was always lukewarm, and always served without a teaspoon. I had to ask 2 different staff member's to finally obtain a teaspoon with my coffee.

The stay was disappointing. The air conditioning system was set to heating, which made the rooms extremely warm and uncomfortable. There was also no hot water, and there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathrooms. In addition, our rooms were handed over to us much later than expected. Unfortunately, these issues affected our overall experience.

The staff was exceptional, from reception all through to breakfast. The hospitality was really amazing my stay was made special by little gestures, like staff offering to make me tea instead of me doing it myself during breakfast.

It would have been great to have a smart TV in the room; that's honestly the only thing I didn't like. The TV in my room was not a smart TV.

The location was great, very central. They have a van that can drop you off and pick you up from the V&A for free. The staff are really great as well and very helpful with everything. The sockets are a bit different depending on where you are from, but the hotel provides adapters. The view of the table mountains is great.

Such friendly staff, comfy beds, turndown service was a lovely surprise and the breakfast was great - they had such a variety of both hot and cold options.

I had a small issue with my original room and the staff were generous enough to place me in another room. Everything else was good.

A major problem is the restaurant on the top floor. There is for some unimaginable reason lots of prostitutes hanging around there. Skimpy dressed and sleezy. We were completely put off and reserved having dinner there. Such an expensive hotel but you sit with prostitutes. Disgusting.

I did not enjoy dinner and the other restaurant level 11 needed a booking. I decided to eat outside. For breakfast there was not so much choice of food.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly , from the gentleman who checked us in on Thursday, the front desk staff, the kitchen staff and the security staff. Customer service excellent.

Good location in terms of being 10 minutes from V&A for instance. The lady in room service was very helpful and friendly.

They only vacuum the rooms on the first day of arrival. Our child suffers from hay fever allergy and she kept sneezing, runny noise due to dust of the carpet. We had to buy medicine to calm her allergies. Even though in our room reservation breakfast was included, every morning we were told that it wasn’t which was frustration and embarrassing. The telefone is our room never worked we could call reception, housekeeping which was frustrating. The cost of laundry was astronomical for the amount of clothes we asked them to wash. When we asked to billed receipts they told us that they lost the receipts which make us feel like we were reaped off!! This would be last time we will be staying at the hotel! Shame!

The location and the view it gives on the eleventh floor is incredible. The room had a table Mountain View which was amazing to look at at every minute of the day.

The time we visited it was cold, the air con’s could not be adjusted as you prefer because the system on the entire floor is controlled by one person. And the temperature is only adjusted at the central system. That made our room cold. And extra blankets could not be provided on time.

The staff was very welcoming and wonderful. Sisipho at the front desk and Rea at the restaurant were outstanding in their work. From arrival to room service, they were excellent. Security around and in the Hotel was great. The Food was good.

The Aircon in the room was malfunctioning and need fixing or upgrading.

The staff promised but did not provide heater in the room. I almost froze to death in the cold room with outside temperature at 10°C. On top of that, the staff, including the manager, were not courteous and helpful. Disappointing stay. So, I checked out after one night.

The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, and the rooftop offered beautiful views of Table Mountain. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.

The stay was too short to fully enjoy the hotel’s facilities. Other than that, everything met my expectations.
