Staff was helpful, room had microwave & fridge. Bed was comfortable. Ceiling light was bright. Parking was close to the room.

Disappointing due to the highway noise and neighbours smoking & talking right outside the door which was poorly sealed- as was the AC unit- daylight showing around both. Very small room, a hair on the sheets in the bed- no bedbugs though. Poor finishing on baseboards, dents in tub, wall, damaged mirror in bath, dim bedside lamp, no clock or phone. Guests came in late and left early with thin uninsulated walls - heard talking, plumbing, car parking & leaving. Poor value for the money!

No ventilation in the bathroom and no way to open the window while you’re having a shower because it hinged inward

Es war wunderschön, leider zu kurz. Hätte gerne mehr von Cranbrook und von Kootnays gesehen. Super Freundlicher Kontakt, einfach unkompliziert und sehr Hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hat meine Vorstellungen übertroffen, es hatte alles was man braucht. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen. The guy who greeted us was very friendly. They had a microwave and fridge.

The place to hang your clothes was right over the desk you were supposed to work at. The lighting was poor and there wasn’t room to put things, especially in the bathroom. A place to plug our vehicle in.

The lady who runs the motel is a wonderful person. I did not give her much notice but she was able to get me a ground floor room due to health issues. The owners are lovely people and so is the young man at the desk. I highly recommend this motel in large part due to the owners. The fact there is a coin wash on site is an added bonus and it is within walking distance to a number of restaurants.

Terrible spring beds Terrible homemade bed bases that were incredibly too high Too many rules($25 to wash my dishes??? Seriously???!) Tiny bathroom, toilet very low to ground Plug in right above sink suggests extreme fire hazard/construction code concerns. Felt dirty Felt cramped Parking lot left poorly lit and unsecured.

There was no breakfast included, and the location was central to most of Cranbrook, but it was right on the freeway, so it was pretty loud

The gentleman that checked us in called the rumor suite it was definitely not a sweet. It was just a room.

We appreciated that we were given a room much earlier than regular check in.

Very old property, bed was comfortable and it did have a fridge, new tv and micr. I prefer a newer type of accomodation

Great staff, really friendly, has a laundromat connected to the building so you can clean all your clothes. It is staffed, so you don't have to watch over your clothes. Great location, good restaurants and things you need in walking distance.

Some might complain that the building is dated, but it is clean and well maintained

The room was just off the highway, so easy access. Bed was comfortable. I asked for a ground floor room and was given one. There was an on site laundry, but I didn't need it.

The air conditioner was under the window. The breeze caused the curtain to stay slightly open. People walking by the window could see into my room. I had a choice between having cool air, or privacy. Also, there was a light outside the window.. There was a second bedroom, but I chose the front room

I really like the location and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind. It’s an older property but everything was clean and stocked. The mattress is quite firm but I prefer them that way.

The water in the shower was constantly changing from very hot to cold.

Pretty outdated, bathroom a bit rough, staining on the roof, no fan. Parking lot was a bit of a nightmare, full to the brim. Shares location with laundromat and vape store. Busy spot.

Good convenient location for an economy overnight stay

Property is somewhat run down but was clean. Desk clerk was very nice. Good enough for a quick overnight stay while on the road.

Updated rooms with fridge and microwave. And clean. I also love rooms with bathtubs.

The room was large, comfortable, and conveniently located right beside Tamarack Mall, which made it very easy to get around. I also really liked that there was a laundry area next to the office. The price was reasonable, and the owner was very friendly and helpful with clear instructions and guidance.

For me so far, nothing major to complain about. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

I was greeted by friendly staff and provided with all the information I required for my stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The fridge worked great and so did the microwave. No complaints about the location. It was right on the main road. SO easy to find!

Access to the parking lot was sharply inclined and I worried about scraping my undercarriage going over it, but nothing made contact so it's all good. The road noise was noticeable, with the highway not 30 feet from the window, but it died down before I went to sleep and didn't get loud until well after I was up again.

The property was conveniently close to the Hwy. The room was very clean and the host Jade was very kind and accommodating.

The owner was very kind and the room was clean.

The beds were a little springy and the building was just old so it showed some aging. My kids were not light on their feet and we could feel every step and I am sure the downstairs people did too.

Shower pressure was so low it was hard to rinse the shampoo out of my hair
