The own entryways very clean quiet and comfortable

The beds we comfortable, the manager was accommodating.

The room had alot of dust everywhere,on the lamps,the floors felt grimy on my feet.

It was comfortable and well-equipped for our one-night stay. A great location for getting around town easily and a very easy check-in/check-out.

Can’t say anything negative. It was as expected.

Clean outside the room cigarette butts, trash it was disgusting. Inside was ok but nothing special.

Quite run down, carpet both inside and outside were dirty. Cleaning overall was not great.

Cigarette holes in the comforter, stained towels, stains on the carpet, broken chain for the door, smelled like cigar smoke.

Very clean good parking

Stayed before - much the same as last few times. Location is OK as was the parking. Stayed on main floor - for access - but they have an exterior lift for second floor access.

At the time of year I was there, sun doesn't set till late.[ Not a problem with the accomidations though.] Sadly, COVID killed the complementary Breakfast option of the past.

The sheets smelled clean

Clean up garbage around property maybe weed it too to make it look more presentable. Power wash dust off outside

Bathroom wasn’t super clean

The room was clean and comfortable. Quite a nice size for the price. The gentleman checking me in gave me the option of a ground floor or upstairs room, which was appreciated. Perfectly located for easy access to the Airport of the Rockies, set back from the highway to minimise the highway traffic noise.

The WiFi was inconsistent and after a couple of hours quit entirely. In some ways that was good because it made me stop working and read a book.

Very private..

The towels looked very old..hardly big enough to use for an adult. The person next door had 2 dogs and they kept barking.

Overall a very good sleep, comfortable bed. Great location at north end of town.

Suggestions I’d offer would be carpet is ready for replacement … and some towels seemed past their prime.

No kettle for hot water to make a hot drink. But the micro wave oven worked.

Very comfortable beds, and convenient location where my room was you were unable to hear the busy highway. Very clean and friendly staff

Bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean. Shower has excellent water pressure and amenities were there. Room temperature was also good. I was only there for 1 night and it was really good.

Breakfast wasn't included in those $150 and wifi wasn't working either but I was too lazy to go downstairs to tell staff that

Randy always is the best host. I fly in very late at night and I can count on him to be able to check me in after midnight! Always a good stay and I always stay there when I travel.

The motel was dated but clean. The bed was comfortable. The owner and his daughter were very welcoming.

The only drawback was the unit could do with updating

Attitude of manager

Needs a facelift. The pictures show this motel has seen better days. Two stars because the bed was comfortable. Otherwise it really needed a deep clean (floor and bathroom). Trash around the property and the office and residence/patio above have broken windows and deteriorating wood. We paid too much for a run-down motel.

The room must have been cleaned very quickly. Surfaces were very dusty, the bathroom walls and baseboards looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The inside of the shower curtain had black specks on them that looked like it could have been mold. The towels didn’t smell clean and had a grey tinge to them, like they hadn’t been bleached.

This property had the bare minimum of standards. It was old, dingy and the safety lock on the door was broken. The only thing that felt clean was the sheets.

Have stayed here many times, and always because i want the "mom and pop" business uo thrive. There is a Tim's right across the street, and several full-service restaurants close to the Model-A.

Dated, carpeted, flat old pillows, sheets came off the bed, mattress exposed.

Nice motel. Decent price especially for these days. Super friendly receptionist (I checked in the night).

The tap water tasted a little “musty” AC a bit noisy but no big deal if you don’t mind a little noise. A coffee maker would be nice.

While it's true that this property is old school and dated, with door keys and paper check in, our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was in good working condition. I would stay again if I need a decently priced, dog friendly place to stay in this city.

Had a good 8.2 rating that's why we stayed there. Guy at front desk was friendly and kind but as soon as we started using the stairs we should have turned back. Very dirty. Siding hasn't been cleaned in years and outside rugs and nearly most everything else is is need of being replaced.

The internet access was poor to no access at all. There was no food options - not even a coffee maker in the room.

It was very user friendly with all nighters were excerpted very ice machine full of ice.

It was all pleasurable to meet. I'll be back to stay with them.

Towels were old holy and grungy. Outside parking dirty with garbage cigarettes butts.

A little noisy in the parking due to lots of truck drivers and bikers staying at the motel

Super clean, comfy bed, and a fridge in the room! Very friendly staff, would stay again! Easy spot to stop from banff to the states. I wish we had stayed an extra night to just relax and veg out after camping&hiking!
