スタッフの対応、立地、全てに◎。運河も目の前で地ピールも歩いてすぐでした。朝食は混んで少し待たされました。総合的にみて値段以上の値はありました。

朝食の待ち時間が長かった。

・小樽の運河沿いの観光エリア中心部に位置し、周辺に見所がたくさんあってアクセスが良い。夜ごはんを食べるところもたくさんある。目の前がルタオ運河プラザ店で夜は空いているので狙い目です。 ・朝食がおいしい。海鮮や北海道ならではのメニューもたくさんあって楽しい。自動パンケーキメーカーが楽しかった。 ・窓からの景色も目の前が運河で素敵だった。

・駐車場があまりない。ない場合は近隣のコインパーキングを案内されるが、観光地ど真ん中のこともありそこまで安くない。 ・清潔感はあるが、ホテルの建物や設備自体は少し古めの印象を受けた。 ・部屋も少し狭めに感じる。

朝食が、とても美味しかった。

お風呂のバスが、ｻﾞﾗｻﾞﾗして気になった。

Good, convenient location. The check out time is slightly later than most other hotels at 11 am. There’s paid parking, but on a first come first served basis

Room is a smaller than it looks in the pictures. Service is adequate and efficient but not warm or welcoming

除了位置好以外，房間舊了，18:00多check in，已經沒有休旅車車位，要我們停到外面的停車場，24小時1300日幣，我們要先下行李，但沒有可以臨停的地方，一直被催促，櫃檯人員態度不夠友善，早餐普通，而且要等

Great location with direct lookout to the canal. The breakfast buffet was amazingly fresh and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious but the decoration was a bit outdated. The sink drains slowly.

The location is excellent. The breakfast was great, lots of variety, good selection. Provide umbrellas for use. Check-in and checkout was fast.

The room decor was old and tired. The room smelled smokey but since I was only staying for one night, I was too tired to ask for a change of room. Room was small for 2 people.

女子旅で５人で宿泊しました。お部屋にトイレが二つあるのはとてもありがたかったです。またマッサージチェアーもあり旅の疲れが癒されました。広々としていて快適に過ごせました。小樽運河、クルージング船乗り場も目の前でした。ルタオもすぐ目の前、また宿泊したいホテルです！

レディースのアメニティがもう少しあるとうれしかったです

離運河很近，自駕過來有附停車位，很方便！迎賓有飲品可以喝，房間內浴缸很大，很深，泡起來很舒服，只是飯店看的出來有年紀了。

Location is so good, with easy access to most of the Otaru's tourist destinations and the train station. The building was memorable, and the lobby area was nicely decorated. (The room was very normal though.) I didn't have a chance to visit but they have a great-looking bar. I attended an event in this hotel, and their service during the meeting / lunch buffet was so good. Their signature soup curry and milk pudding were delicious. I can imagine this hotel is a great place for family or groups, including exiting breakfast and a good view.

For the (very clouded) breakfast, the staff were busy dealing with the queue, and my table was occupied by someone else when I got back with dessert. The staff must have been exhausted, and the breakfast venue were designed for family / group guests (4 seats per table), but they were not so polite to a solo breakfast eater even before this incident. Also, I stayed in the smallest single room, but the bathroom was dated, and the room itself felt like standard business hotel. Wifi was good in the room but patchy in the common area. I don't feel this hotel is particularly solo-friendly, especially regarding the value for money.

古色古香的飯店，在運河旁下樓就可以在河邊散步！房間乾淨舒適、風景好，早餐豐盛好吃、蔬菜水果很豐富！

The A/C wasn’t working sufficiently. Also the light switches were malfunctioning. We expected more from previous reviews for breakfast buffet.

飯店本身很復古，內部裝潢很有特色也很漂亮，但房間偏小，且三人房再加一張床之後就變得很擁擠了。

大廳旁就是吸煙區，所以經過大廳總是可以聞到煙味；早餐有時候會客滿，門口不一定隨時有接待人員，要自己抽號碼牌，但只有日文，所以看得懂日文的人可以自己抽牌，看不懂的…等到接待人員回來，前面已經有幾個人先抽牌了～位置是運河最前面，離蒸汽鐘有點距離。

小樽運河など、観光スポットや小樽駅にも近く、行動に便利だった。

仕方ないかもしれませんが、宿泊した部屋の窓から街並みが見渡せなかった。

Location was ok, on the quiet part of the canal.

Being on the quiet part of the canal, attractions need a bit of walk. But Otaru is small so not too bad if not raining. Hotel is old, and can clearly see is being patched.

Comfy beds, clean room, great breakfast buffet with a large variety of Western and Japanese/Asian food. The pancake machine which produced tiny pancakes was hilarious. The location was perfect with all major tourist attractions being within walking distance. The parking garage was amazing and incredibly space efficient!. The way it functioned and how it was operated by the parking garage attendant was something we'd never seen before. It was great to able to park, directly at the hotel as well as the price for parking was great!

The room was a bit of a tight squeeze for the two of us. We had only one carry-on size suitcase each, 2 carry-on pieces in total, plus two small bags. But we stayed on night , so it was fine.

위치가 너무 좋고, 오타루와 어울리는 오래된 호텔에서 묵는 경험이 특별했다

오래된 호텔이라 세면대나 욕조 등이 노후화 된 것 감안해야 할 듯 하다.

這次入住北海道六家飯店，這是唯一一家工作人員不但會講中文，還主動提供很親切的建議。Nord飯店的位置優異，唯獨這次住住剛好遇到停車場整修，只好再找地方停車。偏偏又遇到大雨，所以嬰兒車和行李都濕了，只好去買雨衣。＠＠ 早餐很好吃，適合有小孩的家庭入住。

小樽運河前第一排景觀不錯

雖然在大廳有設吸菸室很好，不過似乎排煙效果不佳，大廳菸味很濃，整體上房間設備老舊，而且沒有提供礦泉水，性價比不佳。

飯店位在小樽運河最好看的一段，晚上要走出去拍夜景也不用走太遠。飯店內外都很復古，很有小樽輝煌年代的感覺，大廳還有一個很漂亮的花窗。飯店頂樓的酒吧還有免費開放讓人上去看日出。Standard Twin Room 以日本飯店來說大小算蠻大的，還有浴缸，房間乾淨沒有異味。員工很友善。

Old property with rooms clearly showing their age with stains and a musty smell throughout. Staff was entirely unhelpful with our complaint and couldn’t bother changing our rooms or even attempting to get rid of the smell.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore Otaru on foot. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Our stay at Otaru Nord Hotel was disappointing. The hotel feels very old-fashioned, and the furniture is worn out, with peeling and damaged surfaces that make the rooms look neglected. The front desk staff were polite, but they were unable to help us make a reservation at a restaurant, which was frustrating since we were not familiar with the area and expected some assistance from the hotel. Breakfast was another disappointment. On one of the days, we had to wait a long time before we were allowed to enter the breakfast area because it was overcrowded and poorly organized. Overall, the hotel does not provide good value for the price, and I would not choose to stay here again.

This is my second time to stay this hotel. It’s located by Otaru canal and very accessible. Breakfast is delicious, great selections and great value. Staff is helpful, friendly and polite.

The breakfast restaurant was very crowded. We were told to avoid 7:00am as there was a large group of students staying. But it didn’t seem to matter it constantly had a line and people waiting outside. We ended up missing out as last time to be there was 9:30 and we wanted to see the seafood market too.

2連泊なのでベッドメークの必要はなかったのですが、タオルだけを交換するオプションが欲しかったです。日本の他のホテルでは遭遇しなかった状況でおどろきました。

The location is superb - just across the road from the Canal. The breakfast was good - a good range of food.

Parking rate inside the hotel is slightly more expensive than parking lots nearby. Hotel is a bit dated.

This was a last minute booking for us and we were lucky to snag the last room at this hotel. The location was great, right next to the canal and across the street from the main Letao store. Our room was small but adequate. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar.

The bar doesn't open until 7pm. Would have been nice to be able to go for a pre-dinner drink.
