Reviewed Sep 17, 2026아침 식사가 훌륭함. 운하및 오르골당등 모든 여행지가 가까이 있어 도보로 가능했고 밤늦게 운하 전경을 감상할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 가격에 비해 방도 넓은 편이고 1층 대중 온천이 좋아서 매우 만족하였습니다. 오타루에서는 특급호텔을 꼭 이용하지 않아도 된다면 여기를 강력 추천함.
주차장 요금을 너무 비싸게 받음. 바로 옆 일반 주차장에서 1,000엔~1,400엔/24시간. 12시경 호텔에 도착하였는데 주차장이 텅텅 비어 있었는데도 꼭 14시 이후에 주차가 가능 하였음. 호텔에 딸린 주차장에서 주차요금 징수는 한국에서는 거의 없어 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다.

特にないけど、以下2点かな ・大浴場が激混み時間がちょい長い（洗い場が取り合い） ・観光情報をフロントで聞いたが、欲しい情報が得られなかった（調べて答えようとの姿勢はいいが、基礎知識がもうちょいあると助かるかな）

We felt that the size of the room was too small. There were also inadequate car park slot at the hotel and we had to park at a public carpark nearby.

大浴場が狭い。脱衣所、洗い場もシャワーが6ヶ所しかなく 立って待ってる人が大勢いました。 また、朝食のお味噌汁がぬるかったのが残念でした。

鏡子上方的灰塵沒清到，隔音介於好與普通間（因人感受不同）。

Reviewed Jul 26, 2026Its a good place. Centrally located and reasonably priced and with that, it should be one of those which you would come back to but... 1. Wifi was non-existent. All three of us could not get any data access. We can connect to the wifi but no data 2. The toilet in the room did not smell right. So, its not like a public toilet but I could make out the urine smell. Luckily it was not bad enough to smell the whole room out 3. The room is ok sized but it does not offer any reasonable space for even one suitcase. There are literally little room for anything else and it feels almost like you should come with what you need each day and leave everything else in the car (if you are driving) 4. The public path was a hot tub. I didn't have much expectations and did not even go but I did check and wonder why they even provide such a service 5. What they can improve is advising customers where to park. I was told to park elsewhere because it was full and thank to Gemini, it translated for me some festive event that was taking place would result in over 9,000 yen to park my car overnight. I had to find somewhere else and if the hotel was kind enough to even warn me... With all that, I would like to say it is a good place to visit but 4 of the 5 points I stated would push me to not return. It's an "ok" hotel... don't get me wrong but just not for me,

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of Otaru Canal and many restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. What impressed us most was the outstanding service. After I accidentally left my Anker power bank in the room, the front desk found it, contacted my hotel in Sapporo, and even arranged for a staff member to personally deliver it there before we left Japan. Their kindness and professionalism were truly exceptional.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026部屋はさほど広くなかったけど、バスルームは十分な広さがあり、またとても清潔に保たれていて、快適に過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんも丁寧な応対をしていただき、本当に気持ちよく宿泊出来ました。立地は、だいたいの観光スポットに徒歩数分のところにあり、とても便利でした。
ホテルの駐車場の数が少なく、近隣のコインパーキングの空きを必死に探す感じになったのが、強いて言えばちょっと残念。当日の予約状況から逆算して何処かに確保してもらえていれば、なお良かったかもと思います。

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026小樽運河から近く周辺の観光、お買い物に歩いて行けるロケーション。 お部屋もキレイでした。 あと、トイレと洗面・シャワーが別々になっていた所が最高に良かったです。 友人と4人で1部屋に泊まったので誰かがトイレ中でも洗面が使えて渋滞緩和出来ました（笑）
大浴場の混雑が大変でした。「大浴場」と言っても温泉宿の大浴場とは違いますのでそれほど大きくはないです。 シャワーが6~8(？)なので私が入った時はシャワー待ちの人が発生してました。 お部屋のテレビで混雑状況確認出来る事をお風呂から帰ってから気づきました。

大浴場は大ではなく小浴場でした。只今空いていると案内があったので行ったら、着替えるスペースもなく、浴室は洗い場待ちでたくさんの人が立って待っている状態。シャワーヘッドも壊れていて残念。髪も乾かすどころではなく即部屋へ。入り口付近にあるウォーターサーバーも人だまりができていて使用できませんでした。

Our room had three beds, which was perfect for our family, and the location right by the Otaru Canal was very convenient. During our trip, I accidentally left my iPad Pro and keyboard on a JR train. After I had already returned home, the hotel staff went far beyond what I would normally expect. They personally visited JR Otaru Station to collect my lost belongings, helped prepare all the necessary arrangements, and coordinated the international shipping for me. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. I am truly grateful for everything they did. If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding service and genuinely caring staff, I highly recommend Hotel Torifito Otaru Canal. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Otaru.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026New and Clean: The hotel is brand new, very clean, and comfortable to stay in. Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
Paid Parking: We felt that the parking should have been free for staying guests. Strict Check-in Policy: The hotel is very strict about check-in times. Even though room was already clean and ready, they still charged an extra fee for check in early.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026スタッフさんは海外の方が多く一生懸命な姿に微笑ましくエール送ります。 堺町観光にとても近くよかったです。
15：00過ぎ丁度混み合う時間帯？チェックインに時間要して その後の観光17:00閉館の所も多く足早になりました。 部屋のテレビでお風呂混雑状況確認して行きましたが 洗い場が少なく故障の箇所のも有り 中に入って来た方が裸のまま待た無くてはならない状況が次々と重なり 宿泊人数に対しての広さ等 改善される事願います。駐車場料金近隣より高く せめて1000円位だとサービスの一環かとおもいます。

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026員工服務很好，又都很有耐心的回答顧客的問題，遺漏了外套忘記帶回，和他們聯絡時也很認真的幫忙尋找，還幫我們保留到方便去取回來的時間。
浴缸和牆壁之間的縫隙有發霉，我知道在浴室很難避免！但我有點龜毛，所以比較在意這點。

大浴場の脱衣所が狭く、他の人とぶつかってしまったりドライヤーも２台しかないので待ってる場所もないので諦めて部屋に戻りました

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026部屋が広く、ベッドが4つあってよかった また、駐車場を誘導しているサービスマンの方(韓国の方？)が土地勘に詳しくおすすめの観光ルートを教えてくれた
清掃がいまいち(ベッドの縁などに埃があった) 全身に刺青を入れたおじさんが風呂にいて怖かった(規約ではだめとなっていたし、おじさん自身のモラルの問題だが)

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The room was extremely spacious and great to stay in with ample charging ports and sockets. Location was slightly further away from the train station but still manageable
The wifi was rather weak and I had to use my mobile data most of the time over there especially to book the airport limousine bus tickets.

狭い畳の部屋に布団が2組敷かれていました。寝るには十分でしたが、くつろげる広さはありませんでした。シングル部屋に畳を敷いてツインにした感じ。

上の階の音がうるさく、フロントに言ったら、その部屋のドア前で騒いでないか音を聞いただけで直接注意してくれなかった。その為上の階の音が続いた。

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026歩いて行ける範囲に沢山食べたり見たりする所があったしホテルの近くに🅿️もあり思ったより安くて助かりました。
お風呂の洗い場が少なく混み合い立って待ってなきゃならなかったのとドライヤーも１つで風力も弱く皆さん時間かかり部屋に戻って乾かしました。
