Decepción absoluta. No volveremos. Estuvimos en este hotel en 2023 y, como en aquella ocasión la experiencia había sido buena, decidimos repetir pensando que encontraríamos el mismo nivel. Nada más lejos de la realidad. Esta vez nos hemos encontrado con un hotel muy deteriorado, descuidado y, sobre todo, extremadamente sucio. El estado de las instalaciones deja muchísimo que desear y la falta de limpieza es algo que resulta difícil de pasar por alto. Da la sensación de que el mantenimiento y la atención al cliente han quedado completamente en segundo plano.

En general me gustó todo.

Me hubiera gustado un poco más de variedad a la hora de las comidas. Parece que todo en general( comidas y horarios) están más relacionados con los extranjeros que con los españoles.

Localización excelente. Instalaciones amplias y variadas. Piscinas, bares, salones, … Personal muy amable. Comidas variadas a combinar. Tengo relación con la cadena SBH pues soy director creativo de Anuncios Luminosos Torres S.L. y llevamos años fabricándoles todos los rótulos luminosos de la cadena en las islas y señalética direccional. Pude conocer al jefe de bares, gran profesional con un compromiso ejemplar con su labor y personal a cargo. Jefe de recepción muy amable y nos atendió correctamente en la extensión de nuestra estancia. El Maitre meter, del restaurante otro gran profesional con una impecable labor diaria. Nos sorprendió y encantó que mantengan una colonia felina dentro de las instalaciones, aunque la caseta de dicha colonia, aportada por los responsables de la misma, esté en malas condiciones. Nosotros somos amantes de los gatos y pudimos ver que muchos otros huéspedes se deshacían dando caricias y cuidados a estos felinos. Muy, muy, muy bien.

Poco personal en zonas de restauración. Instalaciones obsoletas y en algún caso carente de higiene. Entramos en hotel SBHCCBR el 15 de Agosto e hicimos un cambio de habitación de la la 208 a la 3063 porque la nevera, en suelo a los pies de esta y puertas y maderas del mobiliario de la primera (208) estaban muy sucias. Ya no es que tuvieran marcas de desgaste, como las cortinas de bloqueo solar que estaban rasgadas, por lo obsoleto del mobiliario sino acúmulo de suciedad. Esto sí puede subsanarse. Máquinas de self service, refrescos, café, etc… inoperativas en ciertos horarios. En desayunos, por ejemplo, de dos máquinas por área tan solo tenían encendida una de ellas generando colas de no menos 8 personas. Esto es extrapolable a grifos de refrescos y situación común en salones y bares en general. EN zonas de piscina no existe control sobre las toallas que los huéspedes dejan colocadas desde por la mañana en tumbonas y en ocasiones usan en un momento puntual, o ni tan siquiera usan, pero mantienen colocadas durante todo el día, reservándose con ello el puesto. No hay personal que revise y como mínimo retire las toallas del hotel y no hay señalización o no es bien visible que avise acerca de la prohibición de esta práctica egoísta que deja en clara desventaja a algunos huéspedes para poder disfrutar en igualdad de condiciones de las instalaciones. ESTO ES UN GRAN HANDICAP. Estuvimos hospedados hasta el 23 de Agosto ampliando incluso nuestra estancia y pudimos evidenciar que estos problemas no eran puntuales sino usuales y en apariencia asumidos o permitidos por la dirección o responsables. Mucha importancia en nuestra elección del hotel fue la existencia en el mismo de un gimnasio y sauna pero para nuestra sorpresa NO ESTABAN OPERATIVOS…increíble. Este hecho cercenó la posibilidad de realizar mi entrenamiento diario.

A localização é perfeita a simpatia dos funcionários é excelente. A equipa de animação é incrível.

A comida é muito pobre para um hotel de 4 estrelas. São poucos funcionários para um hotel tão grande causando enormes filas para ter bebidas

Hola , lo más que me gustó fué poder salir a la playa . Pero el hotel necesita reformas y sobre todo personas que realmente se ocupen de que todo el Personal cumpla con su trabajo .

No me gustó que el personal de piscina la mayoría trata con mala educación, dejan jugar con pelotas cuando pone que está prohibido, los clientes necesitan descansar y no les importó. En dirección se les dijo y al día siguiente todo fué igual . Limpieza horrible por poco personal ,hotel viejo ,sucio , cucas pequeñas caminando por las paredes en el comedor . No está adaptado para discapacidad los baños nos dijeron que solo tenían 6 habitaciones preparadas y el hotel lleno de personas como nosotros que se sentían engañados con bañeras para acceder a la ducha. A la hora de buffet colas inmensas para pedir de tomar y en tu turno siempre faltaba algo para un cóctel 🍹 y eso que era finales de Junio . Mala organización desde los más Grandes que son los que tienen que saber llevar un Hotel para que todo vaya en funcionamiento. Gracias .

Buena comida en general aunque poca variedad en los postres

No nos gustó lo apartado que estaba nuestro apartamento de la zona de recepción y comedor. El comedor estaba abarrotado sin control, colas interminables para esperar por la comida hecha al momento.Las instalaciones también eran pésimas, necesita varias reformas.

Ужасно неудобный матрас (очень старый жесткий с пружинами) спать не возможно после предложения персонала подстелить несколько одеял - немного лучше, но за отдых на получилось поспать нормально ни одной ночи, весь позвоночник, шея болят. Отель требует ремонта (замена, эмалировка ванн, ремонт и покраска стен…., но это не сильно сказывается на комфорте отдыха. А вот комфортный сон очень важен .

Die Strandlage mit Liegen am /im Sandstrand, viele Möglichkeiten einen guten Platz am Schwimmbad zu finden. Die Größe der Zimmer.

Die Unruhe im Speisesaal, die Hektik am Buffet. Die Öffnungszeiten sollten länger sein, von7h bis 11h, von 13h bis 16h, von 19h bis 22h.

General todo bien

La ubicación. El personal del comedor.

Ascensor y jacuzzi no funcionaba. Jueves y domingo no hacen la habitación. Hacía mucho frío en la habitación .

Absolutely nothing..

The hotel is most definitely not 4stars the place is falling apart the staff do not understand any English and are very rude. I had one woman smack my daughters hand away when she was trying to get a cupcake in the restaurant, very very rude people staying there,, the rooms are big and spacious but we had mould in our bathroom and over the front door.. I did not enjoy my stay at all I will not be returning for sure.

Everything was really poor. Gym not available, jacuzzi on spa doesn’t works, food poor quality, cleaning terrible, quality in general is very low

Menjar bastant pobre, poc variat, qualitat del.peix gens bona, la carn sempre la mateixa. Pel preu que he pagat crec que no ha estat a l'alçada

El trato del personal fue excelente

Las habitaciones eran obsoletas. Sustituyeron los sofas cama por camas y no había donde sentarse. Los muebles estaban golpeados y los cuadros, amarillentos y estropeados. Olvidamos una bolsa con ropa usada y la reclamamos por telefono desde la isla para ir a recogerla el mismo día de salida, pero nos dijeron que el personal de limpieza no había encontrado nada en la habitación.

Hay pocos trabajadores , no dan abasto, en el bar de la piscina nunca había de nada , siempre la Máquina estropeada, en el buffet se acababan los vasos limpios y todo y no se reponía quedando aún casi una hora … no es culpa del personal es culpa de la empresa debe contratar más gente y la Limpieza igual…

La amabilidad del personal, hermosas piscinas y un entorno maravilloso en sus alrededores. Muy buen buffet con gran variedad de comida

Piscine

Pulizia, cibo sempre uguale. La struttura dispone di diverse piscine e l' accesso alla spiaggia, ma, purtroppo non si trovano mai lettini disponibili in quanto in tanti li occupano alle 7 del mattino e poi vanno in camera o a fare colazione. Per i meno furbi, non ci sono alternative se non prendere lettini rotti o al bar sulle sedie

Le piscine

Molto sporco : scarafaggi e blatte a gogò Vasca da bagno sudicia e lavabo sempre otturato. All inclusive con prodotti scadenti . Piatti e bicchieri con tracce di precedenti bevande o pietanze. Insomma devono ricordarsi che l' igiene non si deve trascurare

The food was nice. Really lovely buffet my kids enjoyed it very well. The staff at the buffet were so friendly and trustworthy.

Didn’t like the staff at the reception upon checkout . The guy was rude and none of our complaints were heard. He literally asked me to fix all my complaints with booking.com . I even told him l was going to write a review about what had happened and he literally said l could go ahead. Felt discriminated 🙈

Das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage in Costa Calma. Das Essen war ok, es gab viel Auswahl.

Das Hotel braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Das sieht man schon am Eingang. Die Möbel im Zimmer waren sehr abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Das WLAN war kaum nutzbar, TV so gut wie gar nicht. An manchen Zeiten war das Restaurant sehr überfüllt. Es gab kein sauberes Geschirr mehr, langes anstehen und das Personal war sichtlich überfordert (da unterbesetzt) , ist aber verständlich bei der Masse an Menschen

The setting, location, lovely safe beach

Out dated room, very uncomfortable beds with no extra pillows just one. Our accommodation was situated on the far right of the complex (apartments )and was very untidy lots of rubbish and plates and glasses left for days . Never swept left neglected.

The food selection was great!

Unfortunately I ate a savoury rice in pool bar on day 1 which must have been cooked in seafood stock or something and I developed a SEVERE allergic reaction. I was then on a drip at Dr's clinic for 3 hours and only able to eat white rice and drink water for the next 3 days of our trip. Feel the kitchen should have noted this in the signage for the product. At first glance or taste, I couldn't have known that it was cooked in seafood which I'm allergic to.

All staff, food, lovely place

Everything was excellent!

This hotel is nice but definitely a work in progress. The staff are friendly but very limited as at times there were empty bottles and glasses left on the side for hours waiting to be collected. At the time of our visited the gym and sauna were under construction. In my opinion the safety railings should be much higher than where they currently are at waist level

• Rooms: The rooms are a bit outdated, but they are clean and well-maintained. Basic amenities are provided, and the beds are comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. • Breakfast: A standard selection similar to what you’d find in most hotels—nothing extraordinary, but decent. There’s a good variety, so everyone should find something they like. Fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and continental options are available. Coffee could be better, but it does the job. • Beach: The location is perfect! The beach is sandy and stretches for a long distance, making it great for walks. There are plenty of opportunities for a scenic stroll along the shore, with the option to return through the city center. The area is clean, and the water is clear, making it a great spot for relaxation.

Nothing there really to dislike. The only minor downsides were the long queues at the bar after dinner and the wait at the pool bar, which could be a bit frustrating at times. However, there was always someone around to have a nice chat with, so it wasn’t too much of an issue.

-location was amazing - animation team very friendly. Aqua-zumba was the best. -no shortage of pool beds -Bar staff did the best they could despite being extremely busy -snack bar was never worth the visit

-The beds weren't comfortable . -Poor WiFi. No connection in our apartments,could only get signal round reception -The food at restuaran⁰lt never hot. I think once I had lasagne and it was hot. Apart from that everything barely even warm -only 2 options of mocktails- very poor in my opinion for a 4 * -the evening entertainment was very disappointing -understaffed bar,queues always long

The view of the room

So first of all,one of the reception staff was rude cuz we have trouble with Internet in the room. A 4 stars hotel suppose to have Internet in all room but the only point were I can connect to Internet was in the balcony. I went to reception to ask for the problem and he says to me that closer to the hotel I could buy an Internet connection and put it in the room...also we just have one electricity outlet working..I couldn't believe in that moment what he was saying to me. 2 thing in the room a very small bin in the bathroom. 3. Cocktails really bad. Coffee machines at breakfast not working. THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL. For a 4 star hotel they should work more on it.

My room was perfect fior me travelling alone. Lovely balcony with perfect views. Beach was perfect. Private and right on site. Plenty of beds. Safe for swimming

No sockets either side of the beds for charging phone. Also no iron available...even to rent.

Food selection on full board was very good!

The scaled down staffing left a lot of room for improvement. Staff were unable to keep pace with the volume and demands of residents. Areas with tables were cordoned off, residents waited for placings to be prepared. The spirits served in the hotel were rubbish. We decided after the first night to purchase spirits at the local shops.

Rooms were large with nice large balconies. Great view of sunrise from my room or the hotel front. Lots of sunloungers and swimming pools. Location right on the beach, out of the main centre of Costa Calma. Staff friendly and helpful (although sometimes too few of them, especially on reception and in the food hall, often had to wait or ask for a table to be cleared). Room service helpful and flexible. Good hot shower. New Year’s Eve special dinner was really nice, with some excellent food options.

Facilities not as described: eg there is no gym on site, it’s a walk down the road. Food fine, rather than good. If you like to eat “nice” on holiday, plan to eat out. Wine from wine dispensing machine was even worse than I had imagined. Non-alcoholic drinks dispensers worked less time than they were down (I think run out). So i drank the horrible (desalinated) tap water most of the time. “Cocktails” in the beach bar were mixes of cheap, synthetic, sugary syrups with alcohol, rather than any actual juices etc. Dishwashers don’t work: cutlery and crockery often dirty. Room cheaply furnished, uncomfortable bed with low quality bedding. Late check out not available during busy periods. Not a suitable place for solo travellers.

Just location

It was not clean, and the food was bad—I couldn’t eat it at the restaurant. The plates and cups were very dirty, and I felt nauseous. Never again

The best resort I've ever stayed at. Spacious, clean rooms with a lovely big balcony. Air-conditioning works very well. The pools were big and lovely. The food at restaurant was delicious and fresh at every meal, fresh seafood and meats at lunch and dinner.. the resort has 3 bars, one at the pool, one on the beach and one opening in the evening with different shows to entertain.The resort has a private beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs which was just so convenient. The resort is easy accessible from the airport by airport shuttle ( 38 euro return ticket) the driver will drop you directly to the hotel and pick you up from the hotel too. All trips available from the south of island will come to collect you at the hotel too. Costa Calma is a lovely small town with a nice park and few stores. Would also recommend visiting a local market ( close to police station) every Sunday until 1pm. I would also recommend spending a day on a boat trip with Magic&Sailing company. (Tickets available on Getyourguide app)Last but not at least every single person from the stuff is kind and helpful.

the bed linen was not changed during the stay. it was corrected and that's it.

El personal en general eran muy agradables La comida muy repetitiva

Everything what you needed is in one places, swimming pool for adults and kids , kids club , private beach witch free sunbeds and parasol , cocktail bar opposite beach , evenings shows for kids and adults, all staff very good and very helpful. Hotel worth recommending !

- noisy kids without parent attention - small crying kids left in the hallway in the morning - people smoking cigarettes everywhere, main terraced all smokers you can't take a seat with kids because is hard breathing

Staff super friendly, Clean, different food everyday, close to the beach, plenty of beach chairs

the walls in the corridors should be overpainted, not a lot of entertainment in the hotel
