Reviewed Aug 11, 2026My unit had all of the facilities that I needed for a very comfortable stay.
There was no Heat Pump in the unit but adequate heaters. Temperature management had to be done manually which worked well but would have been automated if there was a Heat Pump installed. I very minor criticism :-).

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026It was clean and simple, if a little dated in terms of colours, furnishings and fittings (why do motels always go for that particular shade of terracotta?).
It felt very basic, nothing luxurious or special. When I went to take the key back, the customer in front of me rang the bell, we rang again, and waited. No response. So we left our keys on the desk. A faster response would have made us feel a little more valued.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Would have been nice to have air conditioner in the rooms. We would have preferred a joined room but side by side was okay. Can understand other reviews of stairs not covered in wet weather as we had dry weather not an issue but could see it would have been different in rain. Officer did not open until 7.30am they had a number of people waiting to open to checkout no Dropbox.
The location of site was good.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and very comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was also surprisingly quiet, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay even though we were close to the city. The location was perfect for us — just a nice walkable distance from the CBD if you enjoy walking, with plenty of things to see and do nearby. We also appreciated the ample parking available, which made coming and going very convenient. Housekeeping was excellent! They did a great job every day and thoughtfully replaced our towels daily, keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. Overall, we felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
The biggest issue was the thin walls — we could hear every sound from our neighbors bickering... :-( The kitchenette didn’t have an exhaust fan, so when we tried to cook breakfast (bacon and eggs), the smell quickly filled the entire room. We had to open the windows wide to air it out, which wasn’t ideal, especially in the mornings with it being cold outside.
