Really clean, well kept and brilliant staff. The two bed villa was amazing - and the outdoor shower was just beautiful

Only downside was slightly limited breakfast menu and the gym was pretty basic

The staff could not be more helpful, the location was superb. The villa was tranquil and quiet with good privacy, the food in the restaurant was also very good.

The one and only minor complaint and this may be harsh as the visit was exceptionally good, was the pool had some loose/ cracked tiles on the bottom which was a little dangerous if young kids are jumping in etc

The staff were beautiful and the beds were nice

Showers took 10 minutes to get hot water

The staff were so caring and helpful and happy. Free bikes available were great to use.

A little maintenance and updating is required in our villa. Very comfortable though. I would stay again.

The staff were lovely. Breakfast was good. The gardens are amazing. Villa was very nice.

Our pool kept going green so we couldn’t use and it is hard to get in and out of the pool as no steps. We also didn’t have hot water for showers some of the time

The doors rattled in the wind everynight - Kept me awake -I eventually had to stuff towels between door and windows tos top the rattling

Amazing stay

The staff is very kind and helpful. They helped us many times. The Shuttle was very practical. The villa was clean. Actually the staff are the best thing in our stay but unfortunately it not enough for a good holiday.

Our room was very noisy because it is near to the street. But the beach was disaster! Not clean at all and the smell was terrible. We cannot stay more than two minutes then we looked for another beach. So if you want to stay in Sanur for the beach, I will not recommend the Stay hier. The breakfast in the restaurant was cheap and complicated.

The gardens were superb. The villa was beautiful. The villa pool was a good size. The staff very friendly and professional. There is a calmness and restful mess at the property.

The villa my friends and I had was exquisite. The daily breakfast was outstanding and provided a wide range of dishes. The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. I would come back but note the area is quieter than the busy parts of Bali and would suit families. There is a shuttle offered by the villa which was very handy not only dropped us off but picked up us when we messaged.

Unfortunately the neighbourhood dogs are very local at night and ear plugs might be needed. This isn't something the villa can control but something to be aware of.

The location was good. Staff friendly & helpful.

The breakfast was fixed menu. Too many insects & bugs in the room & around the villa. The outdoor shower was very dirty & not nice to use. The toilet was hard to flush. The water had black sand coming out constantly. Saw a bat on the ceiling of the villa & snake around the pool. The pool was dirty though they came twice to check the water quality. The rooms need good cleaning

La villa est très propre malgré le mobilier un peu vieillot et le personnel super gentil, l’emplacement proche de centre commercial très pratique.

Ma grande déception pour le petit-déjeuner choix très limité et le café latté est payant en extra, pas de machine expresso dans la villa pour un 5 étoiles. On a petit-déjeuner 7 jours de suite la même chose. La plage privée est désastreuse à côté d’une évacuation de bouche des eaux usées. C’est mon troisième séjour à Bali et j’ai connu beaucoup mieux.

Very good location - 5 min walk down to Icon Mall. Several nice cafes in the streets around the complex. Villa was good - comfortable and well laid out. Staff very helpful. Breakfast lovely.

Large room and courtyard, comfortable bed. Good size courtyard with pool, great to have cold filtered water provided as well as two small bottles per day. Shuttle to the town was prompt when requested.

Aircon very noisy, not great if you were intending to leave it on while sleeping. Outdoor shower ok but could be a bit awkward, an inside option would be a bonus. Pool and rooms a bit tired in need of a spruce up.

Great location near mall and beach. Very walkable but free shuttle made it even easier. Good value restaurant on site.

We had a 3 bed villa which was luxurious and everything we needed was there. The villa had its own pool and we had the privacy needed to relax and unwind

The reception, house keeping, and in particular breakfast staff were all amazing. The Villas provided a pick-up and drop-off service to and from the airport at no extra cost. Shuttle to the market, beach and Icon was great. The grounds and gardens are well kept beautifully.

Some of the Villa is a little bit dated like the lounge and kitchen. The shared area was large but a bit tired and dated.

The villa was spotless and the resort was amazing. This is our second time coming to Mahagiri and we will def come back.

The only thing which is confusing between the resort and booking.com was the charge for extra bed we weren’t aware would be an extra.

All the staff members were great The villas were lovely, clean, spacious Breakfast was great - on the last day we had to leave early so they made us a breakfast to-go

Walk to the beach /centre was not that nice with small children/prams - but they do offer a shuttle service as well

Staff were great - very friendly. Food was lovely - we often enjoyed room service in our villa. The gardens and setting were wonderful. Villa and pool were beautiful. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend it here.

I think the property is a little old and outdoor shower a little scary. Could have a good indoor shower option. The ar condos and o other facilities like living room tv and fridge a little old and no option of an oven.

Das Wlan könnte besser sein und was und leider enttäuscht hat ist der Wäsche-Service. Der Service an sich mit der Schnelligkeit und wie sie die Kleidung verpacken wie neu gekauft ist top! Aber leider waren alle Flecken noch auf der Kleidung und sie riechen nach nichts.

Property started to date a little but still fine. Air con needs an upgrade could hardly keep up and some nights were hot.

We loved the private pool and villa with the ease of having the restaurant close by. We have a 5 month old baby and while she slept, we were able to order lunch to our villa, which was so helpful.

The location on the back streets BUT the resort offers a free shuttle/taxi service, which was amazing for us, they will pick and drop you off wherever you need.

Staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Gardens were stunning. Beds super comfortable and king size in every room. Room service was excellent. Meals at the resort were of a high standard as was service from wait staff!

Der Garten die Ruhe die Lage die Villa mit dem Pool, allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sehr dunkel gehalten. Dafür war der Empfang und das dort eingenommene lunch hervorragend so dass wir nochmal nachbestellt haben. Es gibt einen Shuttle an den Beach sowie nach downtown rein. Wobei der nightmarket um die Ecke liegt.

Je nachdem welche Villa man zugeteilt bekommt, kann es Schonmal was Straßenlärm geben. Wir hatten 102.

Restaurant food was excellent. Staff were very friendly nothing was a hassle for them. Shuttle service was great. Cultural events where the girls were shown and got to make offerings were the highlight of their trip. ±

Leaving

We had a wonderful 7 night stay at Mahagiri. All staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful and we spoke with them often. The menu options (particularly breakfast and afternoon tea) were broad and amazing! The 2 bedroom villa we stayed in was spacious and comfortable - we spent more time in our accommodation than we usually would as it was so peaceful and the pool was great. Good location with easy walking access to restaurants and the main street, close to the icon mall, and we used the very handy shuttle service daily to explore other parts of Sanur. We would definitely consider staying here again.

3BR villa was huge, accommodation up to 6 people. Staff super helpful and friendly. Location very good, within a walking distance from the Icon Mall and other shops.

Internet connection wasn't good. Everyday there were issues with either with speed or range or both.

Loved the setup of the villa, and having our individual courtyard. Beautiful grounds. Attentive staff.

Air conditioning could be stronger.

Fantastisk smukt sted. Meget stile og roligt område, men stadig tæt på by, centeret og stranden. Smukke omgivelser, som hele tiden bliver ordnet og holdt. Skøn villa med dejligt ugeneret poolområde. Fuldstændig privat. De ansatte er utrolig hjælpsomme og servicemindede.

Quiet area but close enough walk to everything. Great shuttle service to get around if needed. Staff were very nice and helpful. Food was great and quick, a massive selection to choose from also. The villa was clean and great size to suit all staying, very comfortable also.

It was located close to all the restaurants in Sanur and beach including 30mins to Ubud to explore attractions.

Thy gym area can be much better with latest equipments.

Bardzo uprzejma obsluga, bardzo dobra restauracja i smaczne posilki. Bardzo piekny i cudownie utrzymany ogród. Ogolnie raczej polecam, bo jest to piekne miejsce ale nadgryzione już zębem czasu. Obsługa jest jednak niesamowita i tworzy bardzo przyjemną i przyjazną atmoswerę. Do tego śniadania i posiłki są wyjątkowo smacze co nie jest standardem w podobnych obiektach w okolicy

Niestety domki mają już swoje lata i widac po nich upływ czasu. Wiele elementow zwłaszcza w ogolicach basenu i patio willi wymaga juz remontu. W samej willi wilgoc tez zrobila swoje, przez co zapach z szaf i elementow drewnianych jest bardzo intensywny i wielu osobom może po prostu bardzo przeszkadzać.

I like to be able to walk from my hotel to places and it wasn’t in the best location to be able to with a child but in saying that they drive you wherever you want to in the area so it’s pretty good

Prachtige villa , erg rustig! Schoon en zeer gastvrij. Je loopt straat uit en je bent in centrum. Als je naar het strand wil dan wordt je gebracht.

Het is een authentieke beleving. Verwacht geen hip ontbijt. Ontbijt is wel van goede kwaliteit. Wij hebben in de villa ontbeten.

Mahagiri Villas ligger privat på en stille vej. Der er 10 minutters gang til Icon Bali og adgang til en masse mindre restauranter i området. Selve hotellet var fantastisk. De forskellige huse er dejlige, godt indrettet, rene og skaber ramme om dejligt privatliv. Service er høj og der udvises stor fleksibilitet.

Vi havde mange problemer med wifi, som desværre krævede flere teknikere end forventet .

Great location staff were amazing

Very tired nothing like the photos on the website. Not a 5 star. The gardens were beautiful but needs a total renovation. Food was terrible.

it was a bad experience, the villas are highly rated, they should be improved, the air conditioning did not work and we had to call them to fix it several times, the wifi signal was lost several times a day, and the end was that the restaurant charged us a bill twice
