Jutlandia Family Resort

It’s clean, comfy bed with rooms big enough to fit a family of four. Housekeeping was good and every two days, good water pressure in the bathroom. Basic kitchen facilities. Clean pool, loved the artificial grass by the pool as it wasn’t slippery or dangerous for kids to run around. Spacious outside without it feeling to big. Very family friendly hotel and exceptionally well suited for young children. The entertainment team was excellent and our kids loved their shows (especially the mini disco). Loved the little small details such being able to put a safety gate at the balcony so your toddler doesn’t escape, or the kids club being very child friendly. The pool never felt crowded and there was always ample sunbeds to choose from. The pool with the slides were excellent for younger kids as well. I don’t think I have ever seen a better family hotel for kids in the ages 1-7 Meals in the snackbar are varied and reasonably priced.

El personal del otro hotel donde tienen la comida no es nada amable al mirar si tienes pago comida o no, primero te miran como si estuvieras robando. Incluso preguntaron la edad de mi hijo, siento que no es apropiado, si ya está pago.

La limpieza era escasa, no estaba bien organizada, llegaban a cualquier hora de la mañana y llegaron a pillarme cambiandome. Además la poca limpieza que hacia era superficial y repartian lo sucio mas que limpiar. Las almohadas super, super incomodas.

Jedzenie w ofercie all in było wyśmienite. Wybór ogromny, obiady/ kolacje bardzo zróżnicowane- od owoców morza po różnego rodzaje mięsa ryby makarony, sałatki. Słodki bufet, lody, owoce, koktajle, galaretki, ptysie i tak długo by wymieniać.

jedzenie tylko w restauracji- hotel powinien troszkę zmienić swoją politykę dotyczącą posiłków- jeść można jedynie na terenie restauracji- rozumiem. Dorośli mogą się do tego stosować….ale odbierać rocznemu dziecku rozpoczęte ciastko czy bułkę, które otrzymało od rodzica na drogę w wózeczku to kpina. Zwłaszcza, że z restauracji do hotelu w którym się zatrzymaliśmy trzeba kawałek iść. Dodatkowo roczne dziecko je bułkę całą wieczność a że restauracja jest na świeżym powietrzu i nie ma tam klimatyzacji, rodzić chce z tamtąd jak najszybciej wyjść. Pomimo tłumaczeń Pani kelnerka nie pozwoliła zabrać nam ćwiartki bułki. Przecież nie kosztują miliony. Taka sytuacja spotkała nie tylko nas i również chodziło o malutkie dziecko.

Per mangiare occorre spostarsi nel ristorante dell'hotel di fronte... non c'è ascensore per salire alle stanze al secondo piano... non c'è chiave magnetica per aprire le stanze... la cucina chiude troppo presto a cena (alle 21) che in estate mi sembra un pò troppo presto...

We had an 8 night stay in August. The one bed apartment was lovely and spacious for a family if 4(2 X adults, 1 x 4yr old, 1 x 1 year old). We were given fresh towel every second day, and light cleaning throughout the week. We refused twice because the baby was napping. The pool area was a kids paradise. Alison in the kids club was wonderful, Mercedes in reception was amazing to deal with, and Saul and the entertainment team were great fun!

The hotel’s advantages include good food and swimming pools for children. However, if you are travelling with adults only, this is probably not the right place for you. It is a hotel best suited for families with children aged two and older, mainly because ground-floor rooms are limited and you frequently have to use the stairs. The entertainment team is very good, and as long as your child isn't addicted to electronic devices, they should stay well entertained and have a great time. Another big plus is that the hotel allowed us to check out later free of charge, within reason. The loud music in the evenings is something you can get used to — it’s not too bad and shouldn’t be a major issue. The same goes for the deposit system — it’s not as bad as some people describe it in the comments. It’s actually quite convenient. The staff are helpful and genuinely friendly.

The downsides include some fairly worn-out items in the room, such as the furniture and sun loungers, but if the weather is good, you probably won’t pay much attention to that. The pool water could also be filtered more thoroughly, and the bottom of the pool should be cleaned regularly with special pool-cleaning robots. It would also be great if the pool stayed open longer on sunny days. A major downside is the amount of unhealthy, carbohydrate-heavy food. However, the restaurant actually offers a great selection of tasty and healthy options, so the unhealthy choices are completely unnecessary. As we all know, though, children tend to look at what other kids are eating and want the same things.

Bardzo fajny hotel, świetne animacje wieczorem. Personel bardzo miły. Hotel typowo dla rodzin z dziecmi - świetne baseny i basen dla dzieciaków. Jedynym minusem jest to, ze goście bardzo wcześnie rezerwują sobie leżaki, zupełnie nie rozumiem po co. Ogólnie hotel oceniamy bardzo fajnie.

Dobrze zorganizowany i zwarty kompleks wypoczynkowy w którym jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz żeby wypocząć i poczuć wakacyjny vibe.

Niestety od pierwszej nocy dziecko pogryzione,jak się potem okazało niestety przez pluskwy. Znalazłem żywą pluskwę w odzieży pozostawionej na łóżku. Problem zgłoszony do recepcji, która sprawdziła pokój i mimo sugesji że rzekomo przywieźliśmy pluskwy w walizkach i że absolutnie nie pochodzą one z pokoju w którym nas zakwaterowano ...to ostatecznie zostaliśmy przeniesieni do innego pokoju.Pokój z pluskwami wszedł w procedurę czyszczenia ( coś chyba jednak było na rzeczy bo sprawdzianie czy są jakieś tam pluskwy trwało bardzo krótko a decyzja o czyszczeniu zapadła szybko) a nasze wszystkie ubrania zostały oddane do dezynfekcji. No właśnie....i tu się zaczęło!!! Otóż pierwotnie miało być tak że pojedyncze ubrania ,te najbardziej potrzebne na bieżące okrycie zostaną zrezygnowane szybko i zostaną nam oddane tego samego dnia. Niestety bardzo się zdziwiliśmy kiedy pani w recepcji powiedziała że nie ma żadnych naszych ubrań a my przed kolacją zostaliśmy jedynie w bieliźnie kąpielowej.Nie było wyjścia i trzeba było tak iść na kolację. Niestety w restauracji w hotelu Plazamar Resort nie spotkaliśmy się ze zrozumieniem bo nasza obecność bez wymaganych strojów wywołała nieadekwatne oburzenie ( mimo iż byliśmy już na końcu czasu kolacyjnego i w restauracji byliśmy tylko my). Awantura była ogromna. Jedna z kelnerek... średniego wzrostu brunetka z zakolczykowanym nosem,uchem i czymś tam jeszcze napadła na mnie i oświadczyła że mam opuścić lokal bo tak nie mogę zostać na kolacji ( znaczy bez regulaminowego stroju). Moja żona wkroczyła do akcji i w sposób rzeczowy wyjaśniła iż z racji robaków w pokoju i akcji dezynfekcji zostaliśmy bez strojów.To niestety nie wzbudziło zrozumienia u tej pani, która próbowała mi brutalnie wyrwać talerz z nakładanym przeze mnie jedzeniem. I tu na szczęście miałem więcej siły i determinacji i nie pozwoliłem pozbawić się posiłku... udało mi się zapełnić talerz i zjeść kolację.

Les activités vraiment toujours la même choses , l’hygiène reste à revoir dans la chambre dans la piscine une horreur et cela tout les jours. Le stress constant pour avoir une place à la piscine avec leur système qui ouvre cas une certaine heures.

The hotel's good location, some of the evening shows, and the presence of air conditioning in the room.

In terms of the price-to-quality ratio, I find it completely unsatisfactory. I realize the hotel doesn't cost more than others nearby, but overall, the prices are far too high; we paid 350 euros for a single night, whereas I believe a fair price for a room of that size and standard of renovation—considering the grounds and amenities—shouldn't exceed 150 euros. Then again, that isn't the hotel's fault but rather a reflection of the local area. That said, I doubt we could have found anything cheaper, as rates at other hotels are even higher.

Posizione comoda rispetto al mare che è effettivamente a 10 minuti a piedi. La struttura comunque è pulita.

Gli orari dei pasti, per un family resort, sono completamente sballati. Si pensi ad esempio al pranzo dalle 13 quando per i bimbi sarebbe stato più comodo che fosse dalle 12 almeno. Poca varietà in generale nel menù e personale molto rigido.

We had a brilliant week, the room was ideal for us & the location in the complex with our kids was perfect, food & drink were excellent. The staff & entertainment was of the highest quality. Overall we had a super week & we will definitely be back next year

Basic accommodation, shower went from hot to cold (not good for children) fridge not big enough for a family, tokens for drinks seemed silly, air conditioning didn’t reach the livimg area, not enough parasols and sunbeds (all gone by 10am)

The location of the hotel was fantastic. Staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff are a credit, they were constantly on the go, from morning until evening, our room was checked daily, even better was the ability to trust them, not so much as a crumb went missing, and kids had devices left out. We found ants on 2nd day and were dealt with very quickly. Entertainment staff were super, kids had great fun, my kids were on older side but still enjoyed taking part and guy who was providing (didnt catch his name) was very good, even willingly took part in swim race with our daughter when she asked. Night entertainment was basic, but the bubbles show was great! Lifeguard also very good, my daughter was in pool and spotted a small boy in deep end struggling she had him in rescue position and was heading to pool side with him when life guard was in and took over, all in a matter of 20 - 30 seconds, she was only there quicker because she was beside boy when he started to struggle, lifeguards reaction was immediate and very quick We stayed bnb, had lunch in hotel three days, food was basic but nice. I did take some pastries on the last day to have at airport as it was and early flight, on leaving manager advised we weren't to take food for health and safety reasons, totally understandable, he pointed out we could have got a picnic for airport, which were weren't aware of but would have availed of if we did know Over all we had a lovely week there, would definitely go back, but feel kids could be a bit to old will be teen and almost teen next year will see when we go to book holidays. Santa Ponsa its self felt very safe aswell, family friendly

Lejlighed var fin, den havde hvad den skulle have. Der var rent, håndklæder og sengetøj blev skiftet hver dag. Morgenmaden var god, meget forskelligt, men også det samme hver dag. Pool området godt og tilpas størrelse iforhold til gæster. Der var noget for alle aldre, vores dreng på 3 elskede det. Kids klub og mini disko var sjovt, og med voksne der elskede at være sammen med børnene. Vi har haft en rigtig dejlig ferie!

My second year in a row going to Jutlandia. Its the ideal place for parents and younger kids. Daily activities and night time entertainment. Food and service was amazing and the cleanliness of the place was outstanding

We went for all inclusive. As I have a special needs kid, who loves the water, the set times were not great for breakfast and lunch. Not much on offer from the bar menu unless you pay separately from the paying menu.

It’s very dated, it runs a token system at the bar for all guests if you simply just want a drink. The restaurant fro breakfast and dinner is across the road in another hotel. Food quality and options were limited and poor

The complex is fantastic for children lots of activities. The entertainment guy is good but has to live up to someone else who the kids going year after year clearly liked. Personally reception staff really helpful called us taxi when needed and were professional and respectful. All in all good holiday.

I believe food could have been better. Everything is with chips which were mixed between under or over cooked. The kids chicken nuggets were challenging depending who is cooking. Some people seemed to enjoy food however I was glad to be able to cook in the apartment.

Las piscinas para niños, limpieza de las habitaciones mas que correcta y la ubicación

La habitacion en general es muy básica. No hay persianas, solo una cortina en un lado o estor en el otro, la cama supletoria es un horror de incomoda y lo peor de todo son las almohadas, duras y deformes La limpieza de las zonas generales deja mucho que desear y español hablan bien poco. Sobretodo la mujer del bar donde el esfuerzo para hablar en algo que no sea ingles es nulo

Everything was amazing my only tiny issue was as we were checking out our taxi was waiting to take us to the airport and the man behind the reception desk was very pushy about us filling in a satisfaction form and whilst I understand they are valuable to the business the timing was awful and he was very pushy about it saying we can’t leave until it’s completed! Not ideal timing with two little kids at 6am! Would maybe bet better to be in the room the night before check out!

Great resort for kids. 3 large pools to give variety. Lots of communal floatation devices that kids were free to use. Close walking distance to Santa Ponsa, which had the beach, loads of restaurants, shops and entertainment. My kids had a blast. Lovely newly renovated bathrooms. The staff were lovely and very friendly. I was happy because the kids were happy.

The AC in the bedroom meant the living area could sometimes get a bit warm. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable and instead of a comforter, they supplied an old blanket that I didn’t want to touch. I asked to swap but it didn’t happen. The cooking facilities were sparse and there were no cleaning products or sponges to wash dishes. Some of the outdoor play areas looked a bit tired (mini soccer pitch). The rooms are compact and the door between the living and bedroom should have been designed as a pocket door to make the area more functional. It was so frustrating getting clothes from the cupboard with the door getting in the way. Poor design that made the space annoying. Laundry was €25 per bag and no dishwasher so it’s not much of a holiday for parents on a budget. These things were not catastrophic, but it just took away from the entire experience.

Ļoti draudzīgs un izpalīdzīgs personāls. Kad ieradāmies, mums bij istaba kua airconditioner nestrādāja, bet kad aizgājām uz recepciju un to pastāstijām, mēs dabūjām citu numuriņu, kur viss bija kā vajag. Attrašanās vieta ir ļoti laba, nav tālu līdz mazajiem veikaliņiem un pludmalei. Bērnu izklaides programma bij izcila un bērniem katru dienu bij iespēja piedalīties dažādās atrakcijās un vakarā izbaudīt dažādus šovus. Izcila viesnīca, ja ceļo ar bērniem, jo tiešām atbilst family resort nosaukumam.

Mazliet sarežģīti likās tas, ka ja grib dzērienu no bāra, vienmēr bij jāatcerās žetons, ko saņēmām, kad samaksājām par to depozītu pie ierrašanās. Bijām arī pārsteigti, ka menu bārā, priekš all inclusive bij savādāks un krietni mazāks nekā klientiem kam bij half board. Kokteiļi tika izlieti no aparāta, līdz ar to, nebij sevišķi garšīgi.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like, it is a solid 3* hotel, the rooms are spotless and clean,they are basic not luxurious but main beds perfectly comfortable. As we were leaving the bar area was very busy and it took a while to get drinks, prior to that the queue was much shorter.

Only a 10-minute walk to the beach, a bus stop just a few steps away, supermarkets nearby, a great swimming pool, and an amazing entertainment team who always did their best to make every guest happy. I really loved my stay! It’s truly an amazing hotel for families with children. Highly recommended!

Acqua che non andava a temperatura nella stanza e con un bambino piccolo ho avuto difficoltà perché o era troppo calda che il bambino si potesse bruciare o era troppo fredda. E non ho potuto lavarlo sulla doccia ma sul lavabbo. E poi l’esperienza con una cameriera dove facevamo colazione di nome Sara, antipatica e sgarbata. Molto arrogante ci disse che non potevamo portare la colazione dei resti che già avevamo mangiato e poi vediamo gente che si riempiva anche l acqua e la portava via con prova di video. E dopo per la cena che ci hanno offerto lei è andata dal suo collega per chiedere se noi avevamo pagato. E non ha sparecchiato neanche il nostro tavolo e non si avvicinava neanche per chiedere. Lo staff per questa incompetenza l ultimo giorno per farsi scusare ci ha regalato all inclusive.

Apartman je bio uredan i prostran. Hrana, u snack baru, uvijek svježe pripremljena i ukusna. U restoranu preko puta je, također, bilo ukusno. Osoblje je bilo iznimno ljubazno. Najveće pohvale idu za animatore - Saula i Santosa. 😁 Njih su dvojica napravili odličan posao i svaka im čast. 👍👍👍 Kako je netko već komentirao, mini disco se, doslovno, morao vidjeti. 😁😁 Naš sedmogodišnjak bio je oduševljen animatorima. Veliki pozdrav Saulu, Santosu, Leonardu i Mariji...

TUTTO perfetto! noi abbiamo optato per la formula all inclusive , buffet a colazione pranzo e cena pieni di scelta, stile internazionale! nella formula all inclusive avete a disposizione vari cibi e bevande dal bar della piscina, hamburger toast hot dog gelati patatine fritte, tutto buonissimo e ben fatto! la posizione è ottima a 20 minuti da palma città con collegamenti di autobus davanti il resort, e parcheggi comodi su strada per chi affitta l'auto. santa ponsa offre una bella passeggiata lungomare con vari negozi e localini tutto molto turistico ma ottimo a piedi dal resort, la spiaggia è molto grande bella con acqua bassa e cristallina, pineta che la costeggia , servizi docce lungo tutta la spiaggia.le piscine dello jutlandia sono a dir poco fantastiche per tutte le età,tutte pulite. valore aggiunto il piccolo kids club che offre varie attività al chiuso per i più piccoli!animatori fantastici ogni giorno vari programmi e attività per i bambini e la sera anche spettacolo per i più grandi!complimenti a SAUL e SANTOS per la loro energie e allegria, GRAZIE !!! noi e la nostra piccola Milly non dimenticheremo di sicuro questa vacanza non ci pensate troppo, jutlandia è la scelta top per famiglie con bambini!

Que nos llamarán la atención por reservar una sombrilla cuando todo el mundo lo hacía y no les decían nada. Y que nos dejarán sin la luz de la habitación dos horas antes de que tuviéramos que dejar el apartamento, no se si coincidió o es una cosa que hacen siempre pero fue un fastidio.
