Location great as can walk to center of town, clean comfy, super king beds, we have stayed here before and will stay here again, staff great and helpful, stay and see for yrself 🌻

My family is my business. Was my second time here and me and my son love this place and the people are so lovely and considerate. Me and my son enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to plan another trip here.

There was nothing not to like.

The mt taranaki views were beautiful. Room service was excellent and clean.

The internet streaming app sky sports now was very slow, hence why I had to use my own mobile data to watch the allblacks game live to mirror the screen onto the TV. Other than that there were no other issues.

Definitely better motel than most for the price in the region. Outdid previous overnight stays I have done at: novotel- stench in hallway, New Plymouth international- filthy bedding and noisy fridge (similar priced) & heritage dirty fridge and bed linen. Had to wait for room to be re-clean yet checked in late afternoon. No compensation. Likes: overall clean, bed and pillows good sleep.signage re: cleaning dishes, reception - easy, smooth, lovely service. Small comfy couch. The place felt clean as my house and bedding. Bonus: fast wifi and layout of power points/charging points easily accessible. Location is 👍handy Would book again.

Immaculately clean, compact unit but with everything you need, very large comfy bed, big shower, perfect for a couple. Car at door and easy walking distance to everything

Great for us, but being objective not enough space if you have hiking boots, skis, not sure where you would store bicycles

We had taken our baby girl of 4 months with us, we had no problems because of the 2 separate bedrooms. plenty of room, huge beds and comfortable . Only thing would be the price was pretty high.

The room was super clean. The bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy room, and the shower had great pressure. 👍

The motel is very well located, within 10-15 min to the city centre and Pukekura Park, the supermarkets are basically next to it. The staff were super nice, giving a lot of advice and tips. The room and kitchenette was very well stocked. We were lucky with the weather, so we could see the Mt. Taranaki from the balcony.

It’s next to the main road, so you can hear the traffic, but that is obvious. On the other hand, it wasn’t disturbing much. The mattress is rather soft, but that depends on personal preferences.

The room is clean and equipped with essential products. Owners are extremely nice and helpful!

Motel is in a perfect central location. Everything is in walking distance like super markets, bars, restaurants, park etc. The service was like a hotel. They checked the room every day and cleaned dishes and filled up coffee, changed towels etc. The room was very clean. Bed was comfy too.

it can be a bit noisy for light sleepers because of the street next to it. However we were tired and wanted to get up early anyway. I would come back again for sure.

The owner was very helpful with places to visit . She made check in easy would definitely stay there again . The unit was very clean the shower and spa bath was amazing good water pressure and hot . Very handy to supermarkets and cafes .

Room looked like it had been recently renovated - new appliances, bathroom fixtures, etc.

Bathroom fan was a bit noisy, & turned on when the bathroom light was turned on. Bed was a little too soft for me.
