It was affordable accomodation and the room had all the amenities we needed.

The floor in our room was dirty and overall it felt like there was no one at the hotel. The staff seemed confused about our arrival and were not expecting us, despite booking weeks in advance. The hotel was undergoing maintenance which is fine but being the only guests the vibe felt strange. I would not book this accomodation again.

We booked 2 rooms, in one of them water kept dripping from the air conditioning the whole time and they couldn’t fix it, the other room the air conditioning didn’t work properly. Swimming pool step edge need to be fixed, it’s broken with sharp edges and caused cuts for my kids. In addition the water was super salty not sure if it was excess chlorine

The hotel is right in the centre of Fort Kochi, with easy walking access to many sights, and to the Water Metro station. The rooms are very large, and very high quality. There is a large pool. There is a brilliant restaurant right next door. The staff are professional, cheerful and helpful.

I didn't like leaving!

The location is fantastic. The hotel itself is a little bit solace whilst it ticks all the boxes there is something missing in the atmosphere. The pool in the pictures looks amazing but there is no atmosphere around it. Nobody is using it. Breakfast wasn’t great. However, it’s perfectly located and perfectly functional.

Very comfortable stay, nice climate control in hot weather, well-positioned for the port and excursions.

Staff were perfect and the rooms were ideal. The location couldn't have been better for everything Fort Kochi can offer. Second time there.

A little close to the ferry and weekend late night revelry

The stay was very comfortable, the staff members were pleasant and helpful. The rooms are spacious, and kept clean. The service is prompt. And it is an excellent location.

The amenities the hotel provides are pretty standard these days, and therefore not worth the price. It might be due to its prime location. The TV is from the early 2000s and with very limited options. A couple of additions (sausages and pastries) would make the breakfast buffet as good as any, but as of now it is lower than one would expect with the high rent they charge.

My room was double booked & I had to insist I would not be moved to another hotel for 2 nights of a 4 night stay. Hotel requires refurbishment- it is clean but some aspects need updating (loungers by pool, bathrooms). Decor is very brown! Worth staying here for pool.

The restaurant was amazong regarding to the food. Really amazing!!! The best fish masala in India so far. Some misunderstandings with serving staff.but nothing engraving

Staff attentive and friendly. Breakfast was sufficient but not so varied. The bread was occasionally stale but in the main ok. The room was clean and tidy and shower was good. Rooms cleaned every day. Bar and terrace ok good.

There was very loud music and singing noise from the adjacent restaurant until 2am . On Saturday and Sunday. Not great.!

It was in a perfect position and very clean, it was cleaned daily. There is a good size swimming pool and a couple of sun lounges for those lazy days

The breakfast was poor, the Indian breakfast was usually cold, they did offer fruit and a freshly cooked omelette if required

Too overpriced for the facilities, rooms are old and dingy. Bathroom is also old school. It was worth half the price I paid

On the positive side, the staff did help us organize a boat trip and also arranged a taxi early in the morning on the day of departure, which we appreciated.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience was rather uncomfortable. The floors in the room were very dirty. It seemed that they were only swept and not properly washed. There was no wet cleaning, and after walking barefoot, our feet and socks became dirty very quickly. Overall, the room felt dusty and not well maintained. On our departure day, we had agreed in advance that the hotel would try to prepare an early breakfast for us. However, in reality, no breakfast was provided at all. We were told that there was no gas available, but even simple snacks or cold options, which do not require cooking, were not prepared. As a result, there was nothing available, not even on time.

The location is really good and the staff is very kind and friendly. I need a laundry service for the same day and they were very accomodating.

I think the value for money is the worst problem here. In my room the shower didn't work and the AC was dripping a lot, wetting my whole luggage. We had breakfast included and it was not good, there were like 2 units of each item, burned and stuck to the pans. On one of the days there simply was no breakfast because they had "too few guests" - while eight people were left there drinking coffee and eating some stale cereal they left at the buffet. Problems can happen, but for more than 500 euros and with a 4 star rating, I would say no.

Our tour group spent two nights here. Staff were very friendly. Room was okay but a/c did not work well. Thank goodness we had a big ceiling fan that spread cool air. We reported to the front desk that our shower light did not work, but no one ever came to fix it. Not very bright in bathroom. Hot water came on if you turned the switch and waited about 10-15 mins. Towels are poor quality. Breakfast was just okay. Pool area was nice but no chairs/lounges to sit and enjoy. Location is great, near shops and restaurants.

The location was great and the tuk tuk were available easily. Anina at the reception was very helping proving all the things to see around. Also would go get us rickshaw at the road side and afterhours she walked us to the beach and surrounding area. The restaurant Lily Grace was excellent. Their menu had good options. The waiters were super, providing good service.

The mosquitoes were lot around the hotel and in rooms as well. Was difficult to sleep. Kept the fan and AC running all night.

Petit déjeuner convenable et piscine agréable bien que fraîche puisque totalement enclavée dans la cour intérieur de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est bien situé à proximité du port et des petites rues commerçantes. Les coursives donnat accés aux chambres donnetn un peu l'impression d'être sur un bâteau.

Alors que l'hôtel était quasiment vide, on nous a attribué une chambre avec fenêtre "borgne". Un comble alors que l'hôtel avait de fort jolies chambres avec fenêtres exposées plein jour/soleil. Comme elles étaient toutes ouvertes nous avons pu constater par nous même. Le massage se fait dans un réduit qui ressemble plus à un placard qu'à une sallle digne de ce nom. Necessaire de toilette totalement absent.

Bra frukost, väldigt välstädat rum, otroligt läge i Fort Kochi, personalen är extremt hjälpsam och servicen kunde inte varit bättre! Poolen har sol under lunch/förmiddag och passar utmärkt för ett dopp. Vi var så nöjda med vår vistelse där att vi förlängde den ytterligare några dagar. Personalen ordnade med taxi från flygplatsen och en dagsutflykt till Kerala Backwaters. Dessutom fanns en trevlig bar på hotellet!

Lite svårt att få varmvattnet att fungera men eftersom det var så varmt gjorde det inte så mycket för oss. Badrummet var lite slitet men väldigt rent!

Qu' on nous ait demandé 20 euros de supplément pour 1 arrivée 1 heure plus tôt alors que l hotel était pratiquement vide. Et pas d'eau chaude !!!!!

Everything was okay except for all breakfast buffet dishes (5-6 cooked dishes) were completely cold and staff seemed disinterested.

Location was excellent close to the Fort Kotchi ferry , shops and cafes.

Our bedding appeared to have been recycled with remnants of previous occupants still in bedding. This was changed quickly after examination by staff but should not have happened in one of the more upmarket hotels in Fort Kochi.

Everything. Restaraunt served great food and also alcohol, which was a nice change as most hotels dont. Clean spacious rooms and lovely pool. Near the ferry terminal and chinese fishing nets. Also close to market and 10 minute walk to old colonial streets and cathedral.

The hotel has an old-world charm that we loved. The location is perfect and the food excellent. Deepasha and her staff ensured that we had a great stay. The amenities could be improved a little, especially toiletries.

The area near the pool stank really bad because of toilets right next to the pool.

Location of the hotel is in the center of the Kochi Fort; all the sightseeing places are walkable distances from the hotel. Excellent art cafes are nearby, and you can taste some of the exotic dishes in these cafes. Location of the hotel is its biggest plus point. It is an old property refurbished recently.

The food quality and menu needs to be improved. There isn't much to choose from. The room furbishing could be better and improved.

Breakfast recipes need a bit of revamping.

Service could be better. The cafe menu needs additional items.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Everyone was doing their utmost to ensure we had a good stay! It was nice & clean. The room was spacious & had everything in it that we wanted. The swimming pool was open & available. The location to the the town was excellent too!
