Clean room conditions

The location and the room size was apt for us.

1. The bathroom had a constant smell 2. Late night there was a lot of noise like people fighting on the corridor and the staff did nothing to reduce the sound. It lasted 15-20mins. 3. They gave us a room on the top floor and in the morning (peak summer time), power goes and they proudly claim they don't have back up for a basic necessity as a fan instead they have back up for all the lights in the room. You could get cooked in that room. 4. The neighborhood noise also lasted beyond 10. Some people were singing with mic and speakers. The noise level is not checked here. 5. There were no toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. 6. They did not provide water bottles. Overall not a great experience. Irresponsible staff. I have worked in a dorm/hostels before and i know how things can be turned around. Disheartening experience.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, el dormitorio que me tocó estaba limpio y acorde. Alguno de los dormitorios que le tocó a mi grupo no tenía ventana. Salvo esto, el resto bien. Buena calidad/precio. Muy bien ubicado cerca de todo

The bathroom light didn't work. I mentioned it and messaged but no reply. Eventually I gave up and just used a head torch!

Four bed dorm was awful. Beds old and curtains broken. Room was small with no fresh air, very foisty and Smelly. I didn’t even stay the night, I checked out after two hours

Locality of the residency Bed facility , cup board

No independent water heater inside the room. During winter season , this residency is not preferable since no sufficient hot water is coming . Bad adour inside the bath room is there . Cup board with mirror set ip.lights are not working . Complementary breakfast orders are to be received in time in advance themselves with clear menu . Otherwise customers may not avail this facility properly . Proper follow up must be there by the management .

Wir durften das Zimmer früher beziehen ohne Aufpreis. Das Personal war freundlich. Sehr gute Lage um Kochi zu erkunden. Kein Gestank im Bad!

Laken und Bezüge waren leider sehr stark fleckig. Raum sehr klein, man hatte kaum Platz.

Geruch im Badezimmer und daraus ins Zimmer war fast unerträglich

War im 6er Dorm. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich ok, war aber leider super dreckig als ich ankam. Eine andere Reisende die vor mir da war hat gesagt, dass sie das Zimmet die letzten 5 Tage nicht gereinigt hatten…genau so sah es aus. Schmutziger Boden, kein Klopapier, leere Wasserflaschen lagen herum. Nicht mal die Betten waren überzogen vom letzten Gast der ausgecheckt hat. Nachdem das Zimmer dann gereinigt wurde war es ok. Die Lage ist gut; sehr nah am Zentrum. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption freundlich

La chambre était climatisée, il y a un rooftop pour se caler, une salle à manger avec frigo et fontaine d’eau filtrée, le matelas était bon, le personnel adorable et l’emplacement central. Y’a même une petite cuisine collective au cas où. C’est une de mes meilleures expériences de dortoir en Inde.

La chasse ne marchait plus à la fin du séjour. Un peu déçu par Fort Kochi. L’environnement est assez pollué même si c’est incomparable à d’autres grandes villes. La seule plage qui avait l’air sympa est un terrain militaire accessible. J’étais content de partir pour aller à Marari Beach.

Dat je geen gebruik kon maken van de gezamenlijke keuken dan alleen thee maken. Ook geen parkeerplaats, moest langs de straat parkeren.

We stayed for two nights for 2400 rupees. The room was very small, right next to the staircase, not well insulated, but had both A/C and a fan. The bathroom smelled like smoke and coriander, and there was mold under the A/C. We weren’t very satisfied with the value for money, but it was okay for two short nights.

The staff were lovely and very friendly, making my stay pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable overall. The bathroom was slightly clean but could be improved, especially the odour smell. Otherwise, everything was great — a super room with good service.

The owner and staff were really sweet and friendly. They helped us with information and also with storage of our bags when we were leaving for a few days to Munnar! The location is great, as it's close to the fort and a lot of nice cafés and restaurants! The staff was always ready to help, told us when the breakfast was ready and making it as comfortable as possible.

For 2 persons we had a pretty small room and bed, at the booking site it's not well pointed out that it's actually a 1 persons room. Also the fan made quite a lot of noise. Other then that, nothing to complain about this hotel!
