Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The spaciousness and the cleanliness of the place was incredible. I was happy being there, it felt like home and I could see myself moving in for sure.
We had issues with the TV remote. It kept failing to work and it didn't make sense why. The delays on maintenance staff to come and fix the issues were also a problem, they'd take an hour to come assist.

The room was smaller compared to what I saw on the internet, and I found a jersey I was the cabinets which I think I belonged to a previous quest so I started to question if the place was properly cleaned, and there was no water in the fridge.

The aircon was a bit tricky blew cold air most of the time but later got warm. The guy who came to the room to fix the DSTV should have done before my arrival, it didn’t feel right having someone work whilst I had just taken a shower and wanted to relax.

Everything. From the kitchen staff refusing to assist at 9pm while the key card and room notice say they close at 10pm. The reception staff making me come down and up and down to fix card, access, to upgrade rooms etc. First room felt claustrophobic.

The receptionist in front was not very friendly or helpful. He first did not know that we booked two rooms and only provided one room key. He did not explain anything about how the hotel works and about the facilities - we did arrive a before a scheduled check in time, but asked if it would be okay or alternatively we would have waited. He said it is fine, once we got up to our rooms they were still cleaning the one room - it had no fresh bedding and did not smell clean.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Poor service. Waited too long to be served, more than 30 minutes to place an order. After ordering we waited over 20 minutes for the order.
Noise, noise, noise, right through the night. We had no sleep. Terrible experience would not recommend to anyone. People are disrespectful. People were loud, screaming and shouting all night long. St@y will never see us again, or anyone we know. We left at 05:00 on Saturday morning, just to get away from the place.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The place got plenty sunlight during the day. The balcony got extra warm. I really like the water pressure. The interior of the apartment was extraordinarily beautiful.
I was worried about one thing though the security door by the wing I stayed at was broken. Meaning anyone can come in and out as they please. There weren’t any throws and blankets. And winter in the Pretoria is super cold.
